I chose a Little Hamburger combo with a Little Fries and drink. They have a modern drink machine that allows you to create your own beverage. I opted for a vanilla ginger ale. It was delicious. On my burger I added grilled onions, bbq sauce, pickles, and lettuce. I also added extra bbq sauce to dip my fries. Everything was delicious and incredibly filling. I still had fries left over. Service isn't super fast, but not too slow. The prices are INSANE. My husband and I split a burger, medium fries and one shake and our bill was over $30 (we split one of each). The seats are very, very uncomfortable. The staff was friendly. Our burger looked NOTHING like the pictures. Our medium fries were fine and tasty. The shake was kind of soupy considering they just made it. We were not happy with that for the price we paid. They have peanuts that you can serve yourself. Would be nice if the burgers looked something like the pictures, they were small and kind of slopped together. We tried this place for the first time and we're so disappointed! We ordered 2 burgers and 1 fry and waited 15 mins even though there was only one other person in the restaurant ! When we heard our number called they quickly scolded us they didn't call our number and we'd need to wait patiently . We then waited another 15 mins and were told our order had actually been given to someone else and they would make it again! No apology, no compensation ...just a "what do you expect?". 5 Guys Burgers isn't cheap...we just expected professionalism and honesty....and we would of been more understanding! COVID-19's indelible stain is there today in the form of masks, no self-service peanuts or condiments, half-capacity seating, and the awkwardness of finding an available "twiddle nervous thumbs here" floor decal as you hope to avoid the occasional irresponsibility of a mask-free customer. (To avoid dealing with such miscreants, the Guys also waive delivery fees during this difficult time.) The food? If you want a no-frills burger for something to get in your belly, visit a dollar menu at any of the "all-beef" or "impossible" patty competitors. If you want a full-flavored, fully-cooked, piled with fresh ingredients meal that sticks to your ribs for hours...this is the place for "regular" (too much) and "little" (right-sized) burger excellence and the best fries on the block. Cost? You'll pay part of the franchise fee with every order, though it's hands-down better than similarly-to-higher priced hipster semi-gourmet competition. The "little" burger can also be eaten without need of sundry utensils or chasing ingredients all over your lap. Food was okay but they no longer give you a bag of fries. I spent almost four dollars on a small cup of fries that was barely a serving and 3.00 for a coke. Place that on top of 9.00 for a "Little cheese burger" and you wind up with almost $20 for lunch. They have just about priced themselves into not having customers. I was surprised when I saw only a handful of people there during lunch. Lines used to be wrapped around the wall to the front door. Okay, I am not one to criticize a fast food place and usually love Five Guys, but this trip was vomit worthy. After ordering, paying, and tipping, I noticed one of the line servers wipe his nose on his wrist numerous times while putting together orders. I assume his nose either itched or was running. I received my order, got into the car, removed the wrapper from the burger, and noticed the bun was stale and the meat questionable (there was a rotting odor). This will be my last trip to the location in Franklin, TN. Management or supervisors should remove all employees from the food line if they have symptoms of a cold, allergies, COVID, itchy nose, or the Flu. Employees can make or break a company. Now five guys burgers and fries on the other hand is a win-win situation. The help is always cheerful and attentive and the food is excellent. It is worth every penny and I always leave their restaurant feeling full and satisfied. If I had to leave a tip for you I would say order the small order of french fries it comes in a huge paper sack filled with golden crisp french fries seasoned to perfection. And if you're feeling a little edgy try sprinkling a little malted vinegar on top of them OMG! I'm not sure that there is anything five guys could do to be a better dining experience. That's it. $14.36 FOURTEEN DOLLARS!!! And the burger was honestly no better than something you could get at a decent Sonic or Steak & Shake. I love Five Guys! Gluten free french fries? Yes please. I order a single patty (I believe it's called a "little cheeseburger") and get lots of toppings to make up for the fact that I cannot eat their hamburger buns. If you just order a cheeseburger you'll receive two patties and about 800 calories! I know, you aren't eating here if you are on a diet, but I'd rather consumer my calories from their french fries instead of the patty. The toppings are free which is great. My only caveat is to ensure they include the toppings before you leave the store. They've forgotten a few of mine before but I didn't notice until I got back to my desk to eat.
