Went for the first time with my partner. It was a bit of a wait- surprising. We asked for the sandwich to be shared between us, to which we initially were met with pushback by employee. Eventually we got it figured out and received our sandwiches. It was relatively crowded, but nice setup. Our table was in a corner so private. I liked my sub Mike's Way- do not get it any other way. The way they slice the meat fresh and just with the perfect waviness it's so so good. It was a Saturday night about 530pm and gradually got busier while I was there. We got a regular Turkey provolone, honestly that's too small to share. Next time will be giant! There's not too many choices to add on but everything tasted fresh and great! The store is clean, bright and the staff wore gloves, keeping things sterile as much as possible. They have great sweet treats and a good variety of chips too! I have been to this location many times - I purposely go to this one over ones closer to me because they have the operation down - quick, accurate, great customer service, and excellent subs! I hope the franchise owners will recognize Nemo as I have seen the place packed and full of chaos to which he stays calm cool collected and leads the way to fulfilling the orders. Amazing job! I and my 3 children were in there today right around noon and the line was already to the front door. I thought with the tickets hanging and all the people in front of me, it would take us forever to get our food. (We were hungry and dining there.) The guy slicing and taking orders worked in online orders along with the people standing in line as well. It was a very smooth operation and one I enjoyed watching. They really worked well together! Then, the lady in front of me had her phone in her hand and told them she had a large order. She ordered 10 subs for 10 different people and that did not phase the crew at all. Even the guy wrapping and bagging the sandwiches told her the they were making them in order and asked her for the names and I saw him writing the names on the bags so she would know which ones were which. I thought that was extremely nice of him. The crew did a TREMENDOUS job and I was thoroughly impressed with how well they worked together. I was shocked at how little time it took them to get to me and my kids. (Especially with that huge order in front of me.) The store was clean, all the tables were clean and our sandwiches were perfect. I've been to many Jersey Mike's on my travels, and I have never seen a team more impressive than the one I saw today (December 14, '24). The crew was amazing and I was extremely impressed. They have set the bar very high for other Jersey Mike's that I visit from now on. I WILL BE BACK (and tell my family and friends about my experience). This Jersey Mike's location is situated on one end of the large shopping plaza that is also home to Kroger, Staples, and several other retail and food spots. Given it's location, parking is never an issue! This particular JM is a smaller footprint than other locations I have been to and my only issue is if you want to dine in, you are basically sitting and eating where everyone else waits in line. For me, not a big fan of folks standing over me while I eat, so it is always carry out or pick up for me at this location. My go-to subs at any JM are the #7 Turkey and Provolone (add bacon!) and the #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheesesteak...both regular on white bread! I never get disappointed with either and I love the fact that I have a sammy for when I feel like a cold sub or a hot juicy and greasy one! I always scoop up a bag of Miss Vickie's and a cookie to boot. Service here is usually pretty solid with my last trip in for two subs was met with 4 people behind the counter working as an assembly line to pump out that lunch time rush of subs! Overall, I am a big fan of Jersey Mike's and of this location. read more

I have to agree with all the negative reviews that the service here is not good. The staff was not friendly at all, and they all seem like it is a bunch of trouble to actually have customers show up. This location needs new management and/or new staff. The food is consistently good, as I've found at all Jersey Mike's locations. I really like their sandwiches, and they do a good job with the "Sub in a Tub" option if you prefer a salad version of a sandwich. However, I will now avoid this location, as the service was unpleasant. I recommend going to the Meridian Blvd location (off of Carothers Blvd) instead of this location, as I've always had great service at the Meridian location. read more

This jersey mikes location is a hit or miss. I definitely do not recommend ordering thru the app because they don't follow special instructions (light Mayo, etc.) I live 5 minutes away and by the time I brought my sub home it was mush from how much oil and vinegar they loaded on. I hate to write things like this as I really like going to JM's on Mallory. I picked up a sandwich on 1/10/21 and only 1 of 3 employees was wearing a mask (the woman putting the toppings on the sandwiches). In today's world, and after having many friends and family effected by COVID, it was just concerning/disappointing (when all of the customers were wearing one). Ultimately, after thinking about it on the way home, I decided to dump the sandwich and will choose another JM in the future. :( PS In retrospect, I should have said something when I was in the store, but you never know how these conversations will go. This is my fave, fave, fave sub shop - bringing back memories of the sandwiches we ate in high school (in another town, another era, another lifetime....another store.) Piled HIGH with all the fixings of meat-cheese-hot or cold you'd want, fresh-sliced as you wait (not a long wait), then topped off with mountains of shredded lettuce and onions. A swift drizzle and splash of vinegar and oil (MIke's Way) and you've got a great sammie-sub-hoagie-hero - whatever you want to call it. For the carb-conscious they will "gut" the bread for you (rip out the excess in the middle so you get a shell of a roll). Or you can have your fixings chopped into a salad instead. Sweet! read more

I love subs and haven't been into a Jersy Mike's in a long time. I avoided it because I developed a gluten allergy and just assumed I couldn't have subs there anymore. I recently went with a friend while she ordered her food, and found out they have gluten-free sub rolls. Not only did they have that but it was even an option to get a giant gluten-free sub (2 regular-sized subs on their gluten-free bread! For all the gluten-free people out there, this never is an option). I got a sub for the first time in years and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was great in helping me with my allergy needs, including cleaning surfaces to avoid cross-contamination. I will definitely be going back to get more gluten-free subs and might even splurge on one of the multiple gluten-free desserts Jersey Mike's offers too! For anyone who is gluten-free and actually wants more than one option, this is a great place to go! read more

What a JOKE! Waited 30 minutes after my online order was supposed to be ready for a simple two sandwiches. They were telling other customers any hot sub would be a 20 minute wait. How is that acceptable during lunch time? There were no cold drinks in the refrigerator. No one knew what was going on. But most importantly, there was no customer service. No apology to the multiple people who ended up asking for refunds and leaving after waiting so long - no apology to the people who did actually wait that long. I try to avoid them and only do the other ones around town...I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time we do we regret it. We won't be back after the experience today. When I travel, I usually try to avoid franchises in favor of local fare, but I have to admit, I was ecstatic to find Jersey Mike's here... quite by accident. I wasn't even hungry, but the find warranted a meal, so in I went. If you're used to common boring sub sandwich fare from the big guys, have your paradigm reset at Jersey Mike's. It's old school, they slice the meats and cheeses right in front of you as you order. You choose your sub, fresh bread, toppings, and that's about it. Simple... delicious! They also have hot subs like cheesesteaks and such. I got the Italian. Very generous, cheap and delicious! Service here was great... efficient even during a lunch rush. So we popped in and I got the #42 chicken chipotle cheesesteak...and boy am I glad I did. The sandwich was amazing especially the sweet peppers which sent it over the top!!! My son got the big kahuna cheesesteak which he would not stop raving about...lol. My business partner got the Original Italian and judging by his face it must have been delicious. I guess the bottom line is if you're in the mood for a good sub either hot or cold I would definitely give this place a try. The gentleman who made my sandwich simply did the motions with no acknowledgement to anyone and the lady at the register (who I think was training some people) had a negative tone and body language that could very easily turn anyone off. Legitimately CONSISTENTLY one of the worst places for service. They close at 9pm and on 3 separate occasions I have started calling at 8:20pm to try and place an order. A full 40 minutes before close. No answer. Last time I called 15 times. I thought maybe they were just really busy. Husband got there to pick up food (that I never got to I order!!) at 8:35 and they had everything already wrapped up and put away. They were so rude when he asked them to make him a sandwich 25 minutes before they were closed. Just all around terrible. I literally got the app just to go on here and warn people with this review. In the Franklin/Cool Springs area there is every sub sandwich chain I am aware of. I have eaten at all of them many times seeing as I work in this area. Jersey Mike's is my favorite. The quality of the subs is just a bit better, especially if you want a hot sub. The Meatball and Reuben are probably my two favorite. This place is clean, never crowded, the people are always friendly and I am able to get in and out without too much fuss. I might have given this place 5 stars but its hard to get that excited about a sub. read more

I'm an out of towner wishing this Jersey Mikes was in my home town! I was in Franklin visiting family and decided to try this J Mikes for lunch and was quite happy I did. Being a long time fan of Jersey Mikes, I've seen both ends of the spectrum in terms of quality between different locations for sure. So when I decided to bring my family in to this one in particular, I was definitely a bit skeptical as to how it would go when we came in for lunch to find the line practically out the door. With the kids in tow, we figured we were already there so we might as well give it a shot. I should've known the line was there for a good reason. Thankfully, the line went through in no time and we were eating before I knew it. But what really topped it off for me was the fact that the staff, under the pressure of a big rush remained in great spirits while working super fast. Nothing more annoying than getting stuck in a long line just to make it to order from the grumpy trolls on the other side of the counter. Trolls they were not. These guys were top notch and the sandwiches followed suit. A great experience. It's well understood that Jersey Mikes is in a different category all together than the other 'fast food' so called sandwich competitors. But having eaten at several Jersey Mikes locations all over the map, this one stands above the crowd. It's normally quick and painless. I called Jersey Mike's and placed a catering order for a client of mine and even included a handsome tip... The guy that took my order repeated it back to me, including the delivery date. The day the lunch was scheduled, I got an email from my client stating that the food was NEVER DELIVERED!!!!! I called Jersey Mike's and spoke with the manager and she said the guy that took the order scheduled it for the following Friday!?!? The manager apologized and offered to make the food and deliver it ASAP. My client refused. The manager then offered a percentage off of my next order. I was so pleased when I came to this Jersey Mike's store! The staff went out of there way to cater to my little three year old daughters 'interesting' sandwich request and they did it with a smile!
