Went for the first time with my partner. It was a bit of a wait- surprising. We asked for the sandwich to be shared between us, to which we initially were met with pushback by employee. Eventually we got it figured out and received our sandwiches. It was relatively crowded, but nice setup. Our table was in a corner so private. I liked my sub Mike's Way- do not get it any other way. It will ruin the point of going to Jersey Mikes. read more

The way they slice the meat fresh and just with the perfect waviness it's so so good. It was a Saturday night about 530pm and gradually got busier while I was there. We got a regular Turkey provolone, honestly that's too small to share. Next time will be giant! There's not too many choices to add on but everything tasted fresh and great! The store is clean, bright and the staff wore gloves, keeping things sterile as much as possible. They have great sweet treats and a good variety of chips too! Highly recommend and I'll be back so soon! read more

I have been to this location many times - I purposely go to this one over ones closer to me because they have the operation down - quick, accurate, great customer service, and excellent subs! I hope the franchise owners will recognize Nemo as I have seen the place packed and full of chaos to which he stays calm cool collected and leads the way to fulfilling the orders. Amazing job! Highly recommend this location. read more

Love the subs! They never disappoint and is always so fresh!! This is my favorite sandwich place!!!

This Jersey Mike's location is situated on one end of the large shopping plaza that is also home to Kroger, Staples, and several other retail and food spots. Given it's location, parking is never an issue! This particular JM is a smaller footprint than other locations I have been to and my only issue is if you want to dine in, you are basically sitting and eating where everyone else waits in line. For me, not a big fan of folks standing over me while I eat, so it is always carry out or pick up for me at this location. My go-to subs at any JM are the #7 Turkey and Provolone (add bacon!) and the #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheesesteak...both regular on white bread! I never get disappointed with either and I love the fact that I have a sammy for when I feel like a cold sub or a hot juicy and greasy one! I always scoop up a bag of Miss Vickie's and a cookie to boot. Service here is usually pretty solid with my last trip in for two subs was met with 4 people behind the counter working as an assembly line to pump out that lunch time rush of subs! Overall, I am a big fan of Jersey Mike's and of this location. read more

I and my 3 children were in there today right around noon and the line was already to the front door. I thought with the tickets hanging and all the people in front of me, it would take us forever to get our food. (We were hungry and dining there.) The guy slicing and taking orders worked in online orders along with the people standing in line as well. It was a very smooth operation and one I enjoyed watching. They really worked well together! Then, the lady in front of me had her phone in her hand and told them she had a large order. She ordered 10 subs for 10 different people and that did not phase the crew at all. Even the guy wrapping and bagging the sandwiches told her the they were making them in order and asked her for the names and I saw him writing the names on the bags so she would know which ones were which. I thought that was extremely nice of him. The crew did a TREMENDOUS job and I was thoroughly impressed with how well they worked together. I was shocked at how little time it took them to get to me and my kids. (Especially with that huge order in front of me.) The store was clean, all the tables were clean and our sandwiches were perfect. I've been to many Jersey Mike's on my travels, and I have never seen a team more impressive than the one I saw today (December 14, '24). The crew was amazing and I was extremely impressed. They have set the bar very high for other Jersey Mike's that I visit from now on. I WILL BE BACK (and tell my family and friends about my experience). Thank you all for making lunch for me and my kids a very easy and great experience. Tim. read more

Horrible location! They don't start working on your online order until you arrive! Then you wait! They have no idea what they are doing with customer service! Probably should close! read more

Staff was friendly, service was good, but the Philly Cheese Steak left a lot to be desired. The sweet bell peppers masked all the other flavors so, basically, it tasted like a sweet bell pepper sub with some meat and cheese added in. read more

I have to agree with all the negative reviews that the service here is not good. The staff was not friendly at all, and they all seem like it is a bunch of trouble to actually have customers show up. This location needs new management and/or new staff. The food is consistently good, as I've found at all Jersey Mike's locations. I really like their sandwiches, and they do a good job with the "Sub in a Tub" option if you prefer a salad version of a sandwich. However, I will now avoid this location, as the service was unpleasant. I recommend going to the Meridian Blvd location (off of Carothers Blvd) instead of this location, as I've always had great service at the Meridian location. read more

Definitely won't be eating here anymore. Ordered a giant roast beef and there was barely any deli beef. Super thin cheese and soggy tomato and lettuce. For a $20 sandwich that thing should be loaded. Very disappointed. read more

This jersey mikes location is a hit or miss. I definitely do not recommend ordering thru the app because they don't follow special instructions (light Mayo, etc.) I live 5 minutes away and by the time I brought my sub home it was mush from how much oil and vinegar they loaded on. Some of the employees also do not wear masks. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #13 The Original Italian - Delis Near Me - Franklin, Tennessee

Rudest service I have ever experienced. I asked the young girl working there, which seemed to be the manager, if she was having a bad day and she said "yes , I have a lot of bad days" They had three people working yet they said they could not make hot sandwiches due to "short staff". Not one "welcome to Jersey Mike's" not one "hello" not one smile..... what a shame. I love Jersey mikes. But will NEVER go back to that store. read more

Very frustrated with this place the last 2 times I have been in here. The workers only focus on online orders- I have stood here for about 10 minutes with no one even acknowledging me or the person in front of me. Would be great to have a place that actually cares about the customers right in front of them. Also- wasn't even offered a receipt. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - 5 workers and bad service - Delis Near Me - Franklin, Tennessee

When I walk in I was amazed. There was no dirty tables and all the staff were really nice. The food was really great, they had my order ready within 5 minutes and correct. I would 100% recommend this jersey mikes for a sub. read more

I hate to write things like this as I really like going to JM's on Mallory. I picked up a sandwich on 1/10/21 and only 1 of 3 employees was wearing a mask (the woman putting the toppings on the sandwiches). In today's world, and after having many friends and family effected by COVID, it was just concerning/disappointing (when all of the customers were wearing one). Ultimately, after thinking about it on the way home, I decided to dump the sandwich and will choose another JM in the future. :( PS In retrospect, I should have said something when I was in the store, but you never know how these conversations will go. If I had not pre-ordered, I would not have ordered at all. read more

This is my fave, fave, fave sub shop - bringing back memories of the sandwiches we ate in high school (in another town, another era, another lifetime....another store.) Piled HIGH with all the fixings of meat-cheese-hot or cold you'd want, fresh-sliced as you wait (not a long wait), then topped off with mountains of shredded lettuce and onions. A swift drizzle and splash of vinegar and oil (MIke's Way) and you've got a great sammie-sub-hoagie-hero - whatever you want to call it. For the carb-conscious they will "gut" the bread for you (rip out the excess in the middle so you get a shell of a roll). Or you can have your fixings chopped into a salad instead. Sweet! read more

Thanks for the response, I went back and all is well with the masks and great food! Will keep coming back and appreciate it. read more

I love subs and haven't been into a Jersy Mike's in a long time. I avoided it because I developed a gluten allergy and just assumed I couldn't have subs there anymore. I recently went with a friend while she ordered her food, and found out they have gluten-free sub rolls. Not only did they have that but it was even an option to get a giant gluten-free sub (2 regular-sized subs on their gluten-free bread! For all the gluten-free people out there, this never is an option). I got a sub for the first time in years and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was great in helping me with my allergy needs, including cleaning surfaces to avoid cross-contamination. I will definitely be going back to get more gluten-free subs and might even splurge on one of the multiple gluten-free desserts Jersey Mike's offers too! For anyone who is gluten-free and actually wants more than one option, this is a great place to go! read more

Nothing special about subs here. May be not a good option folks looking for vegetarian or fish option. The seasonings and toppings are very limited. Don't have any special bread type. I wud prefer Subway over Jersey Mike any time. BTW, Isnt this reflecting Jersey? Is there anything in New Jersey to like? read more

Just NO - no wonder they have 2 stars! overpriced, dry sandwich and do not inform you they charge extra for gluten free bread-plus they ask "why?" You are ordering it?? Allergies? What? What a waste. Guy on the phone who rang me up, on the whole time. First time there and never again. Rip off! read more

What a JOKE! Waited 30 minutes after my online order was supposed to be ready for a simple two sandwiches. They were telling other customers any hot sub would be a 20 minute wait. How is that acceptable during lunch time? There were no cold drinks in the refrigerator. No one knew what was going on. But most importantly, there was no customer service. No apology to the multiple people who ended up asking for refunds and leaving after waiting so long - no apology to the people who did actually wait that long. I am a long time Mikes Jersey Sub customer but will never be back to any franchise thanks to this terrible location. read more

This Jersey Mike's by far is the worst in town. They're extremely slow and not nice at all. I try to avoid them and only do the other ones around town...I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time we do we regret it. We won't be back after the experience today. In addition, they are repetitively out of bread but wheat...and if you come in 30 minutes before closing, they are rude and don't want to serve you. read more

When I travel, I usually try to avoid franchises in favor of local fare, but I have to admit, I was ecstatic to find Jersey Mike's here... quite by accident. I wasn't even hungry, but the find warranted a meal, so in I went. If you're used to common boring sub sandwich fare from the big guys, have your paradigm reset at Jersey Mike's. It's old school, they slice the meats and cheeses right in front of you as you order. You choose your sub, fresh bread, toppings, and that's about it. Simple... delicious! They also have hot subs like cheesesteaks and such. I got the Italian. Very generous, cheap and delicious! Service here was great... efficient even during a lunch rush. Not much more to say, simple menu, genuine sub taste, great value... go go go! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - In front of Jersey Mike's - Delis Near Me - Franklin, Tennessee

So we popped in and I got the #42 chicken chipotle cheesesteak...and boy am I glad I did. The sandwich was amazing especially the sweet peppers which sent it over the top!!! My son got the big kahuna cheesesteak which he would not stop raving about...lol. My business partner got the Original Italian and judging by his face it must have been delicious. I guess the bottom line is if you're in the mood for a good sub either hot or cold I would definitely give this place a try. The staff was very friendly and attentive and got the subs out to us very quickly especially during the lunch rush, I was pretty impressed. read more

On our way to Florida and stopped for a quick meal. 3 employees working and only 1 was really helping customers. Philly steak took longer than normal to cook. After the long wait I then had to go up to counter to pick up the sandwiches. Our local store brings it out to your table. Considering there were 2 employees twiddling their thumbs....food was good though just bad service. read more

I am a big fan of Jersey Mike's subs and the sandwich was fantastic (as always). The service, however, was sub par. The gentleman who made my sandwich simply did the motions with no acknowledgement to anyone and the lady at the register (who I think was training some people) had a negative tone and body language that could very easily turn anyone off. The people being trained were the friendliest, in my opinion, just trying to learn and do things right. read more

In the Franklin/Cool Springs area there is every sub sandwich chain I am aware of. I have eaten at all of them many times seeing as I work in this area. Jersey Mike's is my favorite. The quality of the subs is just a bit better, especially if you want a hot sub. The Meatball and Reuben are probably my two favorite. This place is clean, never crowded, the people are always friendly and I am able to get in and out without too much fuss. I might have given this place 5 stars but its hard to get that excited about a sub. read more

Legitimately CONSISTENTLY one of the worst places for service. They close at 9pm and on 3 separate occasions I have started calling at 8:20pm to try and place an order. A full 40 minutes before close. No answer. Last time I called 15 times. I thought maybe they were just really busy. Husband got there to pick up food (that I never got to I order!!) at 8:35 and they had everything already wrapped up and put away. They were so rude when he asked them to make him a sandwich 25 minutes before they were closed. Just all around terrible. I literally got the app just to go on here and warn people with this review. That's how bad it is. read more

My favorite sub shop in this area by far. And this is my favorite Jersey Mike's location. I go there nearly every Saturday after a long workout in the morning. Sooo good and really enjoy the staff there! They have treated us right over the years! read more

While I have enjoyed a sub from Jersey Mike's, I have never gone in myself to any location. Unfortunately, I found both employees preparing the sandwiches unwelcoming. The one cutting the meat seemed to be tired or perhaps having a bad day and the man making the subs seemed annoyed that I didn't know what Mike's Way was. Their short and curt tone and body language was very off-putting. Next time I'll try a different location. read more

I stopped in after work yes it was 30 mins before closing . I ordered a American club which was made right. Then I ordered a chicken bacon ranch . she didn't ask me what I wanted on it. So I thought maybe she would ask before she rolled it up . nope . I took it only cause I saw she was annoyed at my order. Since it was 30 mins to closing. I tried talkin makin. Convo. Was not polite etc. Got home to eat it. Was greasy falling apart. No ranch on it . had lettuce and tomato which I didn't want on it . and if she would have asked before walking away what I wanted on my sandwich I would have told her ranch and mayo only. Won't be going back to this store will stick with my other crew at a different jersey Mike's. Sad sandwich night read more

I hate when a business closes before their posted time!!!!!!. The manager either wants to grow sales or manage the business to a level where he/she can execute it . 7:55 and closed on a Tuesday night. Your losss. I'll go to Subway and purchase the 7 Subs that I need for our office. read more

I'm an out of towner wishing this Jersey Mikes was in my home town! I was in Franklin visiting family and decided to try this J Mikes for lunch and was quite happy I did. Being a long time fan of Jersey Mikes, I've seen both ends of the spectrum in terms of quality between different locations for sure. So when I decided to bring my family in to this one in particular, I was definitely a bit skeptical as to how it would go when we came in for lunch to find the line practically out the door. With the kids in tow, we figured we were already there so we might as well give it a shot. I should've known the line was there for a good reason. Thankfully, the line went through in no time and we were eating before I knew it. But what really topped it off for me was the fact that the staff, under the pressure of a big rush remained in great spirits while working super fast. Nothing more annoying than getting stuck in a long line just to make it to order from the grumpy trolls on the other side of the counter. Trolls they were not. These guys were top notch and the sandwiches followed suit. A great experience. It's well understood that Jersey Mikes is in a different category all together than the other 'fast food' so called sandwich competitors. But having eaten at several Jersey Mikes locations all over the map, this one stands above the crowd. If only it were back in NC near me. :( Whether your a local used to seeing this place on your daily commute or a weary traveler like me, stop in and you'll be glad you did! read more

I wish I had the option to leave zero stars, but one will have to do. I host business lunches almost every day of the work week and have never EVER had an issue placing a catering order. It's normally quick and painless. I called Jersey Mike's and placed a catering order for a client of mine and even included a handsome tip... The guy that took my order repeated it back to me, including the delivery date. The day the lunch was scheduled, I got an email from my client stating that the food was NEVER DELIVERED!!!!! I called Jersey Mike's and spoke with the manager and she said the guy that took the order scheduled it for the following Friday!?!? The manager apologized and offered to make the food and deliver it ASAP. My client refused. The manager then offered a percentage off of my next order. (Please insert eye roll *here*) My clients were pissed and it all reflected on me!!! Stay away from this location for any and all catering orders. DONT RISK IT!!! read more

I was so pleased when I came to this Jersey Mike's store! The staff went out of there way to cater to my little three year old daughters 'interesting' sandwich request and they did it with a smile! My turkey and provolone sub was delicious and the ingredients tasted so fresh. I will definitely be back to enjoy another yummy sub! read more
