I asked Richard if I could speak with him. He rolled his eye at me. Walked over and stated yes. I explained the telephone situation and I called back to confirm. He immediately caught an attitude and stated we don't call back order. I said I didn't asked that I call back to confirm please advise if I am wrong. I stated to Richard I see that this is not a concern to you. Richard stated I'm listening to you. I stated no problem, who is the GM of the store Richard stated I am.
