Food was fresh and service was fast. This McDonalds is on a small size. When we pulled in -there was a bus in the parking lot. So we almost changed our mind-but we went ahead anyway. We ordered through the kiosk and food came as we were looking a place to sit! The lobby was full of teenagers and I guess teachers-so the place was full! Finally found a spot to sit and enjoy our delicious meal! Applause to the staff /crew -they were able to handle a big crowd -by delivering great SERVICE and GOOD FOOD! read more

McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - La Vergne, Tennessee

This is the worst Mcdonald's I have ever been to. The workers in the drive thru and dining area are so rude and speak minimal english. Today I went and was rushed through the line just to receive someone's order once I brought it to their attention they took the food back and tried to give me the bag they had given someone else. The inside is over decorated and looks like the workers take more time with interior design than the actual food. Very disappointing!! Food is also horrible SKIP! read more

The most rude employing have ever came across. I pulled up after leaving work and all of them completely ignored me in the window! The window says 24/7 but they have just completely ignored me and havnt even said they are closed. They just are not coming to take my order. read more

Your run of the mill Mickey D's. The construction made it difficult to get into this place, so for breakfast and lunch hours the drive thru line is really long. The food is what is expected if a McD, and I've never had an order messed up here. read more

Worse ever. Ordered through Uber Eats (posting a review wasn't working - convenient) and it was horrible. I was Suppose to get free basket of fries AND fries with my combo meal - yep you guessed it - didn't get either. The cinnamon roll had no icing and not real moist. The tea tasted bitter and OLD - almost like instant tea. I'll never order from this McDs again. Thank goodness Uber did give me some credit back. read more

Usually hit the drive thru. It's a gamble on both speed and order accuracy. The biggest issue is usually missing items, so it's a good idea to check things out before you leave. Food quality seems to be on par with what you expect from Mickey D's. On a brighter note, the drive thru staff is always friendly and cheerful. read more

We went through the drive thru tonight. First, the young woman taking the order was very nearly rude. Second, we were told to pull to the third window to wait for our order. And wait we did. And wait. Finally, the order was thrust at us without so much as a sorry for the wait or have a nice evening. Third, my husband refused to eat the chicken sandwich because he said it wasn't even warm and more resembled shoe leather than chicken. Fourth, there were no fries in the bag. There were no fries. What the heck?! Basically we spent $25 for two happy meals - thankfully the kids are more forgiving for poor food quality. Always wait until you find a Chick fil A. Always. read more

I don't have high expectations for McDonald's. But these people are just straight up rude. Will definitely go out of my way to avoid this location next time. read more

Half the food left off order today. Legitimately the worst McDonald's in the area. Zero stars but that's not available.

People were very rude, poor customer service! After working 12 hours a day, we sat in the drive thru for 20 to 25 mins after we had paid. We sat and sat and no one said anything we finally honked the horn and asked for our money back. No apologies or anything! I will never go there ever again no matter how hungry I am!!!! read more

Mention I'm from out of town. I pull up to the drive thru, getting our order all together with everybody in the car right? The person/window lady on the speaker says "can I take your order?" I don't answer right away because I'm still getting all the orders in my head to repeat it to her. Literally 2 seconds later, didn't even get me a chance to say ANYTHING, she goes, in the rudest fking way "HEEEELLLOOOO?!" Like everyone else should know if a customer does not answer right away then give them a minute to answer and be more professional with your job, aka taking someone's order. But other than that, our food is ok. Missing one of our Fries but that's not a big deal. read more

This was such a dirty place! Every table was sticky and there were no customers in there when we arrived. A used cup just sat on an empty table collecting bugs. The trash was overflowing and some of it was even on the floor. I know that when fast food places get busy it's hard to stay on top of messes in the dining room but the employees were all playing around when we entered and no one bothered to do any side work during the downtime. I know the manager was aware of the the condition bc there was an interview finishing up when I entered. The bugs were the biggest nuisance...flies and gnats everywhere. I had to kill a flying ant on our table stopped here bc it was right off the interstate but I'll make a point to avoid this location again! Visited 6/20/16 5:30pm read more

McDonald's - This very slow moving fly (meaning it's been in here for a while) was one of the many insects that I had swat away from my meal - Fast Food Near Me - La Vergne, Tennessee

If I could give zero stars here, I would. We travel a lot and get McDonald's whenever we go on road trips, and most of them are pretty good. This one is the absolute worst we have ever experienced. We went through the drive through today, and they gave us our food immediately. They then asked us if we ordered sweet teas no ice, to which we tried to respond "no, we ordered diet cokes". Without listening to our response, they just walked away. They then came back with the sweet tea and tried to give it to us, at which point we again said "No, we ordered diet cokes." There was then a ridiculous amount of panicking and asking supervisors what could possibly be done since the sweet tea had already been poured, because these geniuses could not possibly figure out how to pour out the incorrect drink and pour us a new, correct one. This went on for a while, and then they told us to pull up in front to wait so they could get the drinks to us. They then ended up giving us the drinks, with no straws. We had to go in and pick up straws, tried the drinks - and guess what, it's not two diet cokes. They weren't sweet teas either, they were two completely different drinks that were probably a mixture of coke and sweet tea. Completely unacceptable and incompetent staff here. If you are the owner or managing this place, please consider training a better team. read more

Me: orders food and a sweet tea Worker: tells me my total Me: pays and drives to next window* 2nd worker: we're out of tea, and hat else do you want Me: that's okay can I just have my money back 2nd worker: "you gotta pull around to the first window" read more

Please do not waste your time at this hellhole. We visited the drive thru during a road trip and I can say with confidence that it is by far the worst McDonald's experience of my life. Our order was taken incorrectly, we were overcharged, the staff was rude when we asked them to correct our order, and there was a mistake on the corrected order which required 5 minutes of arguing to get the Dr. Pepper we ordered in the first place. Seriously, if it's late at night and this is your only option, do yourself a favor and starve. read more

Every time I go here, the order is always wrong. If I want no whip on the frappe, I get whip. If I want unsweetened tea, half the time I get sweet tea which I can't drink. Today is the fourth time in a row where my frappe either has a lid with a crack or is not closed or has beverage in the indentations. Then when I take a drink, it goes down my shirt. Overall, this place has some quality issues. Particularly today, the people at the drive thru window handing out the food seemed to be aloof. read more

They are always out of supplies!!! Today, they werent ready to serve lunch at 11 am. Its so ridiculous that mcdonalds would allow this franchise to represent tuem so poorly read more

This location is by far the worst I have been to. Food is consistently bad such as cold/old fries anD buns. The people are usually rude and take a long time to give you your food. On multiple (at least 5) occasions at night around 10pm my good has been done sitting in a bag at the window while they all just stand around in plain view talking and laughin. They are just cutting up while my food that I paid for sits there and gets cold. The owner of this locations cares so little they should have his/her franchise taken away. Don't go here if you can drive a little further. read more

I waited for a long time at the drive thru without getting a hello, once I placed my order and went to pay the person taking my card was just sitting on their phone and I didn't even get a receipt? Once I got my food it was not very hot and overall the experience was not pleasant ‍ read more

I'm shocked I had a great experience here. Dining room was clean, employees were friendly, and the order was correct. No complaints.

Their employees touched food with bare hands. The cashier was listening to music in his headphones. Some employees did not have their hair properly restrained. I'm ServSafe certified and they have a 99 Health score. Inspector come in on cause they deserve below an 80. read more

Terrible! Drive thru only open so no inside business to overwhelm anyone. A few cars in line but not tons. Out order was simple - a coffee with a single separate creamer, a Dr Pepper, large fries. They forgot to give me my creamer, they gave us a Coke, and the fries were luke warm. And no receipt. read more

This McDonald's is terrible. During the morning shift, service is quick but lunchtime and later, you're better off going somewhere else. They are super slow and after waiting 10 minutes or more, your food still isn't hot and delicious. They only are decent for breakfast although they need to clean the coffee maker regularly. read more

Pulled up and the girl offered breakfast specials of which we said hold one so we could quickly decide. (There was no other cars behind us waiting for us to get our act together or we'd have been faster.) When ready to order about a minute later the guy says we can't have breakfast. What the?!? They changed over for lunch in less than two minutes and it wasn't even 10:30 a.m. yet when they do the change over so they were running about 12 minutes ahead of schedule. We said she just offered us breakfast and it's not even 10:30 a.m. yet of which then he decided the best thing was to get rude and our answer was to drive off. I'll be writing McDonald's corporate about this one as well, unacceptable. Plenty of other places to pick from that won't offer rude service. read more

I pretty much quit going there because they kept giving me expired yogurt parfaits. When I would give it back and asked for another I got attitude and the last straw was when some guy tried ripping off the sticker(not even all the way) and giving it back to me. Ended up getting my money back and haven't gone back since. read more

Service speed is hit or miss. Either really fast or really slow. It's odd. Some of the employees are really good and some couldnt care less. Again, odd combo. Food is standard McD quality. Sometimes the fries are good and sometimes you get a box full of fry numbs. read more

My husband and I both worked at McDonalds in High school and college and have visited McDonalds Restaurants in every state in the country. This was, without a doubt, the worst drive through order fulfillment we've ever experienced. Everything was correct on the screen. When we pulled to the first window, the woman read our complete order to us before taking our payment and the order was correct. At the pick up window, almost everything was wrong. They handed beverages first and we got a large iced tea and a large Coke. I explained that we'd ordered Diet Coke, not Coke, and it should be a medium as it came with a value meal that wasn't upgraded to a large size. Then she handed me the salad with Southwest dressing. I explained that I wanted the "diet dressing." She said, "We don't have a diet dressing." I told her I'd ordered the balsamic vinaigrette and she gave that to me. On the package it clearly says low fat. Next she handed us a strawberry shake instead of vanilla. Again she said sorry and returned to the window with a vanilla shake. After we finally entered the highway and divided the food up for all the folks in the car, we realized the iced tea was really sweet tea (despite my husband clearly saying regular and it showing up on the screen as unsweet tea, there were only 2 orders of fries instead of three, and rather than using a new cup for the vanilla shake, they simply dumped out the strawberry and filled it with vanilla (there's no covering up that fake strawberry taste) and my boy couldn't drink it. Our visit to McDonalds on Waldron and Kill Something (can't remember the word after Kill) was 7/13 at 12:30ish during the lunch rush. read more

Every time I go I say I will never go back. Late at night, No other choices close; maybe it has gotten better. No such luck. I wait in drive-thru, first in line, and the mike is on so I can hear two of the workers talking, not about business. After about two minutes I ask can I order. The reply. "wait a minute. Five minutes later, I get to place my order. I order a Big Mac combo. When I get home and take the sandwich out. I have to wash before I can eat it because there is a huge glob of "special sauce" on the bottom. The bun is stale, the patty is dry and not even warm. I live less than five minutes away. Never again read more

There was a burnt cock roach in my food. The customer service had me appalled. I went through the drive through and the woman ignored what i had said about me not wanting any pickles or mustard on my burger and when i looked in my mcdouble there was something that looked like a burnt small onion but then i saw legs on it and i was OUTRAGED . So I went inside to confront the worker she yelled at me and tried to kick me out of the place and i when gave my burger back and asked for a new one, she through it at me and it was at around 9ish and there were not any one in there to stop the situation, not even the manager. Anyways I will not be returning. read more
