Service!! February 3, 2026 Between 2 and 3 There were 3 employees and one other customer when I walked in. I ordered online by bill was $47.26. The older (middle aged) employee was helping a customer. It was unclear what the other two were doing. Having already ordered I went to the cash register. I waited for an employee to notice my presence, which never happened! Another customer came in and walked up beside me, she mentioned the pickup shelves and I looked. My order was there hers was not. At that point the middle aged woman addressed the newest customer. Not one time did any employee speak to me. I came out in the rain because I thought their products were worth the effort. It's pretty good. The chipotle sandwich was delicious but small and chincy. The açaí was less than mediocre in my opinion. Mostly just toppings. The actual açaí base was icy, inconsistent in texture, and overall not very flavorful! I'd come back just for the sandwich once in a while. read more

I really loved Saladworks Pick 2. I could get a small soup and mini açaí bowl for 11.99. It is the perfect size lunch and I get a little variety. I went in last week to get the usual, and when she rang it in it was $17 and some change. I asked her if they didn't have a pick 2 deal anymore. I was informed it's still pick 2 but you pay the individual price. So after a small tip, my total came to $20. For a small soup, maybe 6 bites and a mini bowl. It's fresh and a great option but not as affordable. Kind of disappointing and probably will be visiting less. read more

Save your lunch and DON'T eat here. The Sandwich was dry with zero sauce. They just piled chicken and lettuce on white bread. The smoothie literally tasted like lightly flavored water. Unfortunately this place is completely flavorless. It also took forever to get our order out. The vibe is off too. One server slammed a salad in the trash because he messed up and the other dude working there seemed like he hated his life. I suspect it's because he also ate here on his lunch break. Decided to give this place a shot since I was looking for something quick and lite. And this turned out to be exactly that. I had the Buffalo Bleu and it was awesome. For the atmosphere it felt a little "fast foodyish" but if your wearing your comfortable sweat pants and 20 year old TShirt, then you should be fine here. You will be in and out in 30 minutes after having fantastic salad and tighter sweat pants cause the portions are large. Worth the visit. read more

Good and fresh! Prices reasonable. Something for everyone. I would recommend studying the menu online before you go, it's a bit overwhelming when you're in there trying to order for the first time. I got the Mediterranean salad bowl and it was really good. My husband built his own and my kids enjoyed the kids meals. Had to visit today for lunch. And thought it was time to do a review. I've been there two times now. Today we had a Panini chicken chipotle sandwich. And honestly, nowadays you gotta look at what your value is for what you're buying. The sandwich only had Chicken on half of it for $11.99. It's really not a good value. We also had the broccoli soup which was not too bad. And I had a tropical smoothie, which I could highly recommend as it was very tasty. With prices Being so high nowadays, it's difficult to go somewhere and spend $50 for lunch and not get very good value. I think the key when going to Salad Works is get a salad the way you want it. I will have to rethink visiting this establishment in the future because they're very slow, the prices are expensive. read more

The staff is super nice! I order the Build your own warm grain bowl so I can add what I want cause I'm picky (sorry to say.) lol but the portion size for my bowl and everything was perfect. It tasted great! The restaurant itself is clean. My kids tried their smoothies too and loved it. I go here at least once a week or more cause it's a perfect healthy choice of quick food! The price for my bowl is with tax about $12 but it includes a roll too. So to me that's a good price for a lot of food plus a roll. I'll 1000% be back! read more

STOP!!!! Dont go, Yet. give them some time to get their employees trained and their kinks worked out. I waited 3o mins for a sandwich, soup, and smoothie, and it wasnt busy. It was around 10 -12 young staff running around not knowing what to do. mistakes like crazy, and when I finally received my togo order after having to ask a second time for it, I got home and it was completely wrong. Nothing like spending a lot of money on nothing. Their portion sizes also need some work. As I was waiting and watched them make salads down the line, All I could think was I would never pay 15.00 for that tiny side salad. reminded me of Chipotle skimping on their portions. The staff despite being very new to the job were super friendly and sweet. Will try them again in a few months and hope its better.
