The Brunch Collective is a special place!! With everything cooked in tallow or butter, ethically sourced meat, and all around curated and intentional menu items, if I could eat here everyday - I would!! It took me so long to decide what to get because everything looked amazing. Thankfully they have tasty flights throughout the drink and food menus, so I was able to have it all! The people who work here are very kind and clearly carry the care that was put into the menu through to their work there. Everything has a homey, sweet feel that makes you want to go home and redecorate, or just stay and keep eating their delicious food and feeling the good vibes!! Will be coming back today for the pickle lemonade, french toast, and the breakfast tacos.. have been dreaming about them since my last visit a couple of weeks ago. read more

Wow...I wish I could give zero stars. Don't get me wrong the food was phenomenal and the cook was very nice! He should take his skills to a new restaurant, however. The service was beyond horrible. Get ready because here is a LONG list of all that was wrong: 1. My drink was not what I ordered. I ordered earl grey and they gave me a coffee...I hate coffee. 2. We had a party of four and our food and drinks were served all scattered: some would get their drinks (after 45 minutes of waiting) and some would already get their food. Why did it not come at the same time? 3. We all got our food at different times, and some didn't get their drink until 25 minutes after their food. We had a lovely group of girls who came before us and had yet to get ANY drinks or food (they order water mind you) 4. We had absolutely no silverware even when the food came and when we got it they were soaking wet. We tried explaining this to the owner and she said "well I run my restaurant differently" 5. The server was very rude and seemed annoyed when we asked for simple requests 6. When the server brought sugar as we requested it was practically empty 7. The "owner" (I don't know if I can even call her that as she was EXTREMELY unprofessional) came over to ask us what was wrong because she overheard us complaining and we listed all of our recommendations kindly and she proceeded to give a list of excuses. She also said that she "runs" a restaurant differently than what we would when we stated we have worked in restaurants before and this is not how it is done. She rudely walked away as we were explaining our issues. That's not all. When one of us said "Clearly you don't know how to run one" under our breath she ran back and screamed across the restaurant "What did you just say about me" directly to one of us who did not even say it. This is extremely unprofessional for an owner. You should always respect customers even when they are being a pain. Trust me, I have been a server and you will always have difficult customers but you ALWAYS treat them with respect and never lose your temper. All in all, I will NEVER be back and hope this "owner" becomes more responsible and respectful towards her customers. It is a beautiful establishment that just needs better management. So the food is 5 -we got the burrito Pamela style and the cinnamon French toast. It was delicious but It was overpriced. Service was a star- the person taking orders wasn't friendly at all. It took a long time to get drinks, They charge $2 for the smallest glass of water and don't ask you to refill, you have to ask. The food took a very long time, but they were pretty busy in Sunday morning so they get a pass there. The servers were less than friendly. Dropped our food, one kind lady did check on use as we finished we were waiting for a lemonade $8!) and the server checked on all the tables around us to see if the needs anything and completely ignored us! I was a little nervous after reading some reviews, but my mom really wanted to try this place so we gave it go and I'm so glad we did. We came around 11:45AM on a Tuesday. The greeter and host was kind and helpful. We got the Pamela burrito and the peach pie French toast and water. Super cute and quaint Nashville vibes. Our waitress was kind and refilled my water with a smile on her face (some reviews acted like they were given grief over the water refills). The food came out quickly and they were huge portions and it was absolutely delicious. The prices here are higher than fast food, but I expect that at a brunch place. It's not something I'd be able to afford weekly, but it is absolutely a go to now for special occasions like mama/daughter brunches. Glad I went to see for myself. The Brunch Collective has been on my list for awhile and I was excited to finally give it a try. My daughters and I really enjoyed it. We just checked out the new location for a second visit and loved it even more. The parking situation seems a little better at the new location with the lot next to the house. The restaurant is in a charming old house. There are several rooms with tables. It's decorated very cute and has a cozy feel. You'll want to settle in and relax for a bit. You order at the counter right inside the door. Your food and drinks will be delivered to the table as they are ready. The employees are friendly and welcoming. The employee delivering food to the tables checked on us and was able to help with things like extra napkins. All of the food I've had here has been excellent. Favorites if I had to choose would be the Apple Fritters, Toast Flight, and Christy's Burrito Bowl. The Apple Fritters were large, fluffy, and perfectly fried. The flavor of the fritter spices with the stewed apples at the bottom of the dish was incredible. Christy's Burrito Bowl is the most delicious combination of cheesy eggs, spicy crunch hash browns, a sausage patty, bacon, avocado mash, fresh salsa, jalapeño ranch, and two slices of their amazing sourdough. This is a hearty meal and every bite was great. The Toast Flight featured a mix of sweet and savory toasts that were all excellent. The Banana Matcha was my daughter's favorite item here. She talked about it for two months until I brought her back. The Lemonade is a generous portion, served in a takeout container. The Brown Butter Toffee coffee is perfect for people who love a sweet coffee drink. On second visit I had the drip coffee and enjoyed that. My girls and I will be back. Ok this place is sooooooo good but I will warn you it's more on the expensive side. It's expensive for good reason though, a lot of the stuff is really high quality or made locally/ in house. However, $4 for one sausage patty was a little much for us haha, we thought we would at least get two patties! The sausage was really good though! However, this place is super good. Everything is fresh and high quality. Their coffee was also really high quality and they have a lot of fun options! I would definitely recommend it if you're in the area! The menu claims that this burrito is California certified. I wrote into the comments, "As good as California, eh?" and the chef himself came out to tell his story and why he wrote it up this way. When the burrito arrived, I was instantly met with a splash of deliciousness that did replicate the flavors of a beachy burrito. I am from California, a small surf town called San Clemente, and this burrito would definitely compete with some of the local spots. This is a very cute spot- with modern and fun lighting, wallpaper, flowers, and more. Our server was extremely patient, kind and helpful! They had colorful hair for reference (apologies I did not get their name). The food was also quite delicious. Note: it's quite difficult to find seating as the space is limited. BUT our server was the saving grace in getting our food, as the QR code online menus were quite confusing (as we even discussed with the group sitting next to us). The descriptions of items need much improvement (ie the croissant sandwich comes with hashbrowns INSIDE, not on the side). Also, I did not appreciate the surcharge for the "online service fee". Even though it is only $1, it is not something that should be charged to customers for a service they were not offered an alternative to! Even more so when the online ordering system was entirely unhelpful. I would not recommend this spot based on the latter. read more

I went here for the first time Saturday morning at 10 am with some friends I have not seen in 30+ years. I am going to start off with the parking, they have a lot that is small and you can also do street parking in front. Next, the outside is super cute with various places and spots to mingle from picnic tables to chairs and a chaise, to a tree swing and patio tables. (definitely coming in the fall) When you first walk in there is a pick by the stem flower stand to the right as well as a small backer counter and pick up area. The idea is to seat yourself. We quickly found a seat in the 2nd room upon entering. Upon sitting we discovered that you don't get a menu, you do it the "old covid" way of scanning it to view and even order from your phone which sends the staff the information of what table your at. Now, while I am not old, old and work in tech, it wasn't that bad, but I do prefer a real menu. It was kinda confusing to me whether to add meat to an entree that I thought already had meat and to make a drink "happy size", turns out it was already happy sized. The good part about ordering this way, is that you put your info in already like your email, credit or debit card number and if its already saved in your phone its super fast. No paper receipts as it's emailed to you, so that is great. I would have liked a clearer menu so that it wasn't that confusing what was in the actual dish and what you could add. The food, was impressively delicious! I had a breakfast burrito bowl with bacon. Bacon from heaven! I think I died with the first bite. Next, you get a little cup of salsa and whomever made it, I would like to bathe in it! OMG best salsa, I was so busy talking I didn't get to ask for extra! It was a little warm in there so maybe take a handheld fan if you are in the hot flash phase of your life, this is because the servers are running in and out trying to help/accommodate the guests inside and outside. They were super busy, but every time we asked a question they graciously stopped to answer. They checked on us many times and I am sure wondering when this gang of old ladies were going to leave lol, Thank you to The Brunch Collective for allowing us to sit and chit chat even when we were done eating. I wish we could have tried the cinnamon rolls that went past our table, but were told they sell out before 9 usually so we will be there super early next time because they looked divine! I also wish I would have asked how much it costs to make a floral bouquet because I love and buy myself flowers all the time. Next time for sure! The space was really nicely decorated, they had help yourself water, board games for everyone if you wanted. I also wished I would have went to the counter to see what was in the bakery case. I was just so overwhelmed with a heart full of love from seeing old friends and delicious food. I also forgot to take any pictures of my food or really any pictures what so ever. Cute place-Horrible food and service! Coffee was cold.We waited over 45 minutes for food and drinks and were given WET silverware to eat with.The meal for 4 people was over $130. The woman waitress early 60s is unprofessional and rude. She excused her poor service and her bad attitude and stated "I don't know how you run your business but this is how I run mine!" My advice to her is simply-don't make excuses why your place has issues -just say I'm sorry and then make it right. They collect your money and tip first because I'm pretty sure they know people would walk out and definitely tip according to service.Wont visit this place again until the new owners take over-based on the experience today won't be long. read more

From the moment I walked into Brunch Collective, I was instantly amazed. The décor, the atmosphere, the whole vibe is absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully done. I ordered the BC omelette and enjoyed every single bite. And the French Toast coffee? Out of this world !!! truly one of the best flavored coffees I've had. Pamela and Josh are so creative and passionate, and you can feel the heart and soul they've poured into this place. Brunch Collective is going to be a true Spring Hill staple, no doubt about it. I wish I liked this place but the food and the service were both extremely lack luster. everything was bland foodwise and the service issues need to be worked out. I was eating with some friends and all of food came out at different times and there was only 1/6 dishes that were actually correct upon arrival, which was a waffle (hard to mess that up! lol!). my water had a hair in it which kind of turned me off from the experience from the beginning. I did try the matcha drink they had on the menu which was decent although for the price, it was a lot of ice and not a whole lot of matcha. Overall, there are MUCH better brunch places out there and if you are paying as much money as you are here, money is better spent elsewhere. read more

I had the Christy Bowl that hit the spot perfectly, and my friend's french toast flight was spectacular. The staff was extremely helpful in helping my friend who doesn't drink coffee choose one of their great options and curated something he loved. The ambiance is so cute, classy, and spunky all in one. With my breakfast, I ordered what I thought was a regular mocha that turned out to be a sweet drink. As a diabetic that's a no go. The owner came by and I asked why it was sweet. His response was "It's what you ordered. We do drinks differently here". After a bit of discussion he offered a regular coffee with cream. That's disappointing since I paid $8 for the fancy mocha. (You pay in full for your meal as it's ordered.). Already half way through the meal , I waited and waited; Finished my meal and had to go in to get to-go box. Asking about the drink, the owner wouldn't even turn to look at me. He spoke to a server and the order was placed by the barista. When she showed up she told she had 10 orders in front of me! Genuinely the best brunch place my family and I have been to. We've been talking about it nonstop since we got brunch there yesterday. The food is AMAZING, fairly priced for the portions and the staff is so kind and hospitable. The decor was so cute and the bathrooms were cutely themed. I *want* to give them 5 stars.....their concept is whimsical and fun. Their menu is robust and even offers treats like cotton-candy lemonade. However....my experience was a huge bummer today. I ordered around 9:50 am, and didn't get my to-go order until 10:35, around 45 minutes later. At one point a staff member came out and told me that they might have given my food to the wrong person and had to remake it? It was beyond frustrating. They only offered me a bottle of water and a free flower in response. I had to go, or I would have asked for my money back. The bagel sandwich wasn't toasted, the "burrito bowl" was just some scrambled eggs on hash browns with a side of burnt bacon. This spot is so cute - tons of outdoor space, stylish chairs inside....but they are seriously disorganized and inefficient during busy rushes like a Saturday morning. So disappointed. read more

My wife and friend went there Monday. Menu was confusing, some QR code nonsense that was not user friendly, the item ordered was unappealing and tasteless. When they complained to the people working there ( piercings and tattoos galore) they displayed a nasty attitude, my wife and friend requested a refund to which the person replied:" we don't give refunds". Whatever happened to satisfying your customers? They left- never to return. And more importantly- to share this negative experience with their many many friends. Dear owners: you are only as good as your last meal. The restaurant space is huge and competitive. More than half of places that open don't last 3 years. Hope you all get your act together. I went here for my birthday. It was all so special. They gifted me a birthday pastry and a birthday bouquet. All of it surpassed my expectations! The place was such cute aesthetic.
