I'm obsessed with this place. New goal in life is to buy a house next to this cafe because the views and vibe here is so unbelievable. The manor is gorgeous, especially in Fall with all the leaves. The coffee was rly good- I got the Pumpkin Spice Latte. Just loved the scenery here and definitely will be back to this quaint spot!

What a great place nestled around a historic house with plenty of beautiful yard seating. Seems like a popular meet up place. Great hot teas as well to choose from at reasonable prices.

What a beautiful spot to have a coffee shop! I love how full of nature it is and nestled within history. Coffee was yummy and the baristas were helpful with high energy. Perfect way to start a Saturday!

Inside This is where you order and there are several tables, but there is also a separate area with additional seating.

We love 1819! My husband I find their greenhouse area to be one of our favorite. We sneak away often on Saturday mornings (don't worry. Our kids are teens) just for some alone time. We always feel welcomed and the baristas always know what they are doing. I've found that they keep adding new food ideas but we enjoy a good quiche or scone. Highly recommend this place!

1819 Coffee offers a serene, historic charm with cozy seating and beautiful surroundings--perfect for relaxing or working. Friendly baristas and expertly crafted drinks make every visit a treat.

We loved the coffee and the ambiance. But there wasn't any place to sit in the mansion. That was disappointing plus they were all out of their baked goods. We sat out back and enjoyed our coffee and then left.

I took so many pictures and videos, I thought I would make an IG reel, but I am not that savvy. This is the most beautiful get out of the city escape to a coffee shop and study, read, walk the grounds, have a date, or meet a friend or group of people. The Homestead Manor that houses the 1819 coffee shop is stunning - built circa 1809-1819, this historic home is reminiscent to the tours I have taken around historic Franklin (Lotz, Carnton, etc.), but you get to actually come inside and sit and enjoy the rooms. You can walk out on the patios upstairs and down - the lower with a porch swing. And, the coffee - WOW, homemade syrups and quality espresso blend! I enjoyed the Peach Cobbler latte iced with oat from their summer menu and it was a divine Southern experience! I am sad they are closed on Sunday (this is a Christian company) because it's the one day I could consistently come out here, I came on a Saturday and it was beautiful and lively. I highly recommend a visit to anyone who can venture out this far or lives near here!

This was a wonderful coffee shop. Upon arrival, it is difficult to figure out where to go. There are no signs that say it's a coffee shop. I only knew it was a coffee shop because a friend recommended it. I parked my vehicle and there was a wedding taking place. However, I still walked around the premise and found the coffee shop. I ordered a chocolate covered strawberry latte and a brownie cookie. The latte was delicious and the cookie was warm and soft. After exiting, I walk around the first floor of the next door mansion, which is free of charge. It was a great day to spend a good hour or so.

I LOVE visiting this coffee shop! The ambiance alone is enough to keep bringing me back. The bakery items are well made and taste AMAZING. They often have drink specials, and so far I've only ordered off of their "specials" menu because the drinks always sound SO good! Not only are the drinks aesthetically pleasing, they taste great as well. This is absolutely a place to visit if you're in the area!

Friendly staff, great sprinkles cookie, eggnog latte and peppermint mocha latte (Christmas specials). We will return when we are back in town.

This is a really nice space to gather with friends & family or do some remote work. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. It seemed like everyone new each other as well.

I downloaded the app and ordered tater cakes, two womelettes, and a cortado with brown sugar syrup. The total ended up being around $32, which I honestly did not think was that expensive. When checking out, I was disappointed to only see a card and PayPal option, as I use Apple Pay for everything. It would not save my card information, and I tried to save it for 10 minutes before closing the app for the 5th time, and then the option for Apple Pay randomly appeared. When I picked the order up, the staff kindly greeted me. I said I had a mobile order, they got it, and that was it. Quick and easy, which is how I prefer. The inside was really clean and cozy, and I wished I had eaten inside instead of in my car. For the food itself, it was fine. The tater cakes seemed to be tater tots pressed in a waffle maker. I did like the womelette, but it tasted like nothing special, like something I could make at home. The salsa and sour cream made it better, though it was a little cold, even though I picked it up on time. I could not drink the cortado. I added brown sugar syrup, but barely tasted it, and it was too bitter. However, I am used to flavored cortados. There were other menu items that caught my eye, so I would definitely give it another try.

I walked in, glanced at the menu for approximately 2.7 seconds, and knew exactly what destiny had in store for me: the Salted Queen Caramel Latte. (Yes ma'am. Royalty in a cup.) I placed my order with a young lady who was polite, friendly, and engaging, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if you just figured out where to stand. Five-star customer service before the caffeine even hit. Seating options? Oh, they've got you covered. You can sit outside upstairs and pretend you're in a Hallmark movie, or stay inside where it's cool and comfortable. We chose inside. The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. And yes, there's WiFi if you feel the need to actually work instead of just looking productive. Then I heard it, my name called out like I'd just won a prize. I stepped forward... and met my Salted Queen Caramel Latte. Wow. It was better than expected. Smooth. Rich. Perfectly balanced. I took one sip and this Old GOAT almost fainted. Which is ironic... because that's exactly where we were. If you live in Franklin and haven't tried The Fainting Goat Coffee, you're missing out. Go meet the Queen. Just be prepared... you might faint.
