They see very fruity and flavorful, and I really enjoy that kind of coffee. They make them right where you can see them do it, and It's fun to watch the process. I've often come to try the pour over only to later buy a bag of beans for home. When you do, you get a free 12 ounce drip coffee. However, to be honest, the drip offerings seem rather mediocre to me. I would not go there to buy the batch drip coffee. I do know they have a good cappuccino, though. I debated lowering the rating when I thought about their main medium roast blend on drip - Confluence. They had a blend of Ethiopian and Kenyan beans, and it was some of the best coffee I ever had. Now, they've rotated to a blend of beans from Ethiopia and New Guinea. I bought a bag thinking it would be similar to what I had before, but it just wasn't anywhere near as good, unless you brew it as espresso. This store only sells CAKE donuts?! That's like someone advertising their store as a full on bakery and then ONLY selling banana nut bread. What's worse is they just sell plain cake donut rings and THEN after purchase slap some glazes and toppings onto them. But hey at least you get to customize your donuts right... right?! NO! The business model wants you to select from preset donut groupings. I was offered the "classic" set of six or the "party" set of six but I just wanted to grab one or two random donuts from a bunch of the different preset groupings. The cashier heard the word random and immediately rang me up for their "random grouping" which is a thing they have but it is not you picking the donuts to go into a random grab bag it is the donut topping jockey choosing them for you?! How is the idea of someone wanting to specifically pick out six different donuts themselves such an unheard of concept for this store? To the credit of the people serving me, when it was understood that there was a miscommunication after I had already paid they offered to let me pick out my donuts. BUT this was when, to my horror I discovered that this place only sold one kind of donut; a plain cake donut, that's it, and then an attendant would grab it with their gloved hand and dip it into this glaze or that glaze to "make it" a specific flavor. I happened to be in the area and the craving hit, so I popped by for a cold brew. The cold brew was as expected and hit the spot. There were a few folks in line, but the baristas were efficient and kept things moving. This location has a lot of mobile orders, and given the small footprint, those folks can trip over the ones who are waiting in store for their orders. The space was clean and the baristas were friendly. Overall, standard Starbucks location that comes in clutch when in the area and the craving hits.

This is a pastry having an identity crisis. The beans were basically the entire personality of the thing. Barely any vegetables. The egg tasted like it had been cooked twice, then sentenced to another cooking session inside the pastry. Everything was doughy, mushy, buttery, and sad. I took a few bites, stared into the distance, questioned my life choices, and eventually threw the damn thing away. And it's $10 now. During my visit, I ordered a cappuccino made with a medium roast, while my husband went with a mocha. My cappuccino featured their Sunrise Espresso Blend, which combines beans from Brazil, Guatemala, and Costa Rica. The resulting flavor profile was wonderfully fruity and a little chocolatey (from the Brazil- Blend), with very low acidity, exactly what I prefer. It delivered the precise caffeine hit I was looking for and felt incredibly refreshing. My husband's mocha, however, was a bit of a letdown. It was overwhelmingly mocha-heavy to the point where there was barely any discernible coffee flavor, so it was not a hit for him. The baristas were polite, though the wait time felt a little longer than expected considering the cafe was not very busy at the time. Beyond that, the vibe inside is very chill, there is plenty of seating, and the free parking availability makes visiting super hassle-free.
