I do think the food is better than that of most coffee shops, but I don't actually eat the food often. I've found the service to be good and for the staff to be friendly, but they only have one register, so the line may be a bit long if they are busy. It can be a bit loud, it it's a pleasant place to sit and drink coffee. The Well will normally have three pour over choices that are from their limited time offered beans. They see very fruity and flavorful, and I really enjoy that kind of coffee. They make them right where you can see them do it, and It's fun to watch the process. I've often come to try the pour over only to later buy a bag of beans for home. When you do, you get a free 12 ounce drip coffee. However, to be honest, the drip offerings seem rather mediocre to me. I would not go there to buy the batch drip coffee. I do know they have a good cappuccino, though. I debated lowering the rating when I thought about their main medium roast blend on drip - Confluence. They had a blend of Ethiopian and Kenyan beans, and it was some of the best coffee I ever had. Now, they've rotated to a blend of beans from Ethiopia and New Guinea. I bought a bag thinking it would be similar to what I had before, but it just wasn't anywhere near as good, unless you brew it as espresso. However, it's really the pour over that I drink here, so I'm keeping the eating at five stars.

This location added some lunch options to the menu months ago. I haven't tried the lunch options, but I have tried all of their Signature Biscits and these biscuits are fork and knife huge. My favorite is the " Five & Dime" and they also have a biscuit that was featured on the Food Network (Squawking Goat) They serve Signature Biscuits, Waffles, Breakfast Classics, New Lunch Bowls, Lunch Baskets and Kid options. They also have Cafe Beverages like Coffes, Mimosas, Fresh Squeezed O.J. and Lemonade. There is plenty of free parking. The staff are friendly and the food comes out quickly. This store only sells CAKE donuts?! That's like someone advertising their store as a full on bakery and then ONLY selling banana nut bread. What's worse is they just sell plain cake donut rings and THEN after purchase slap some glazes and toppings onto them. But hey at least you get to customize your donuts right... right?! NO! The business model wants you to select from preset donut groupings. I was offered the "classic" set of six or the "party" set of six but I just wanted to grab one or two random donuts from a bunch of the different preset groupings. The cashier heard the word random and immediately rang me up for their "random grouping" which is a thing they have but it is not you picking the donuts to go into a random grab bag it is the donut topping jockey choosing them for you?! How is the idea of someone wanting to specifically pick out six different donuts themselves such an unheard of concept for this store? To the credit of the people serving me, when it was understood that there was a miscommunication after I had already paid they offered to let me pick out my donuts. Inside is smaller than your other stand alone Starbucks location and doesn't offer much seating, but it flows well and gets the job done. I happened to be in the area and the craving hit, so I popped by for a cold brew. The cold brew was as expected and hit the spot. There were a few folks in line, but the baristas were efficient and kept things moving. This location has a lot of mobile orders, and given the small footprint, those folks can trip over the ones who are waiting in store for their orders. The space was clean and the baristas were friendly. Overall, standard Starbucks location that comes in clutch when in the area and the craving hits.

I don't know if they have remodeled, but when I walked in, it looked like a brand new location. The staff was friendly and even double checked on me to make sure I have been helped.
