From the moment you walk in, the staff greet you with genuine warmth and politeness -- the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like a regular on your first visit. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, striking that perfect balance between a quiet work spot and a friendly hangout. It's the sort of place where you plan to grab a quick cup and end up lingering for an hour.

Chill, calm, kind. Very open and great for studying! Great avocado toast and iced caramel latte was soooo good. Coffee shop used to be owned by an Australian so some options are Aussie inspired! Very pretty and very kind people, love this coffee shop!

A darling coffee shop with really unique items. We happened to pop in during a mother's event. I grabbed an iced strawberry matcha and it was great! They have some fun brands and interesting items you can shop that you definitely don't see everywhere. Excited to have another coffee shop option in this area.

Impressive lattes and cozy coffee shop! We came early on a Friday and ordered two iced lattes to go - went with the Cinnamon Roll (whole) and one from their spring menu - Sunshine Coast Cuban (oat) - both were incredibly well done striking the perfect balance of espresso and syrup. I was happy to learn they have housemade syrups! All the staff were friendly and it was cool to see local items being sold. We'd for sure come back.

BBQ bacon & egg wrap

Great (almost hidden) Jim just off Downs Boulevard in Franklin. Great coffee, small selection of local pastries, and a sandwich or two. I had the breakfast bacon wrap with egg, cheese, and thick, delicious bacon. Cheese added just a hint of creaminess to a this perfectly grilled wrap. Barbecue sauce was just a little too sweet for my taste. But all in all a great start for the day, along with freshly poured Ecuadorian coffee. Staff was exemplary... Helpful, courteous, engaging,. Overall the atmosphere was great: plenty of space to work or just sit and enjoy your coffee inside at a table or one of the comfy sofas ... or outside in the fresh air at one of the smaller tables.

What a great find! We really enjoyed our visit to Elroy Coffee. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and helpful with all the details about the menu. The coffee and tea were excellent, and the food was very good too. They have a variety of gluten-free and dairy-free options available. My wife had the OG Avocado Smash on gluten-free bread, and it was excellent. I had the Breakfast BBQ Wrap, which was tasty and good. Interestingly, the eggs were slices of hard-boiled eggs, which actually added an nice texture to the wrap. While enjoying our beverages, I also noticed that the staff behind the counter was keeping themselves busy in between customers, cleaning and stocking and making sure everything was great. They clearly take pride in their work. Everything was clean and tidy and welcoming. The interior is really incredible, with lots of light, cute decor, and a variety of Australian products that suit their theme of bringing the best of Australia to Franklin. They also have a drive-through, which adds a nice convenient touch. The food portions were a little on the small side, but the prices were good for the size. But I felt that most of the items were more of a snack than a meal. But it was all very good, so I'll just order a bonus pastry next time I stop in.

I tried this place for the first time. It is super cute and cozy! I tried the seasonal peppermint candy cane coffee. The coffee was really smooth. No after taste and not bitter! I will be back! Service was fast and friendly

Elroy Coffee has created an impressively inviting environment tucked behind the main drag in Franklin. The staff was warm at every turn, and my flat white was perfectly balanced between rich & creamy. I stayed and worked for a couple hours (strong WiFi!) & loved watching cheerful customers flow in and out. Elroy has already established itself as a shop with great energy and a good product to match.

The coffee shop is tucked away in Franklin off Downs Blvd on the Main Street side. Anyway it is an unexpected jewel. A very relaxed ambiance in a large space with plenty of seating, if I were still in college, this would be my go to spot to come study. The staff was great, very pleasant with a calm and laid-back vibe. Order process was simple and fast. Onto the coffee & food: Iced coffee - simple, iced coffee Bacon spinach Quiche bites - good, a little too much spinach for my liking, but a great keto breakfast option Keto Lemon, blueberry tart (Spinach Tiger Bakery*) - a wonderful keto dessert option. * I found this coffee shop because I was wanting to try Spinach Tiger keto Bakery

Service: polite and efficient. (One member of our group thought it was just perfunctory. I felt otherwise.) Food: brewed coffee - meh. Other breakfast food - very very good. Avocado toast was seasoned nicely and slathered generously with mashed avocado. Breakfast tacos were judged just fine. Eggs Benedict absolutely five stars!! Perfectly - runny yolk - poached eggs on top of tender Canadian bacon sitting on lightly toasted English muffins, all covered with a delectable slightly lemon-forward (I loved it) hollandaise. A small, albeit adequate, portion of hashbrowns, accompanied the eggs along with a few fresh greens. I would order this again in a heartbeat. Ambience: here's where Fika stumbled a bit. While, it is technically handicap-accessible, including wheelchairs" it is difficult for someone in a wheelchair to maneuver as attested by folks sitting next to us. Tables are so tightly packed, it is difficult for anyone to maneuver through to get to a table or all the way to the back to get to a restroom. Fortunately, everyone who was there the morning we visited was reasonably polite and made way for a few people who had some ambulatory difficulties, myself included. Biggest drawback for our group of three was that the acoustics were/are horrible. Nothing on the bare walls or ceiling to muffle or enhance the sound. Screaming children (not a complaint, just an observation) sent piercing squeals reverberating off the walls. Polite conversation was virtually impossible. My suggestion would be that the owners hang some sort of draperies or whatever to absorb the deafening cacophony.

I walked in, glanced at the menu for approximately 2.7 seconds, and knew exactly what destiny had in store for me: the Salted Queen Caramel Latte. (Yes ma'am. Royalty in a cup.) I placed my order with a young lady who was polite, friendly, and engaging, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if you just figured out where to stand. Five-star customer service before the caffeine even hit. Seating options? Oh, they've got you covered. You can sit outside upstairs and pretend you're in a Hallmark movie, or stay inside where it's cool and comfortable. We chose inside. The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. And yes, there's WiFi if you feel the need to actually work instead of just looking productive. Then I heard it, my name called out like I'd just won a prize. I stepped forward... and met my Salted Queen Caramel Latte. Wow. It was better than expected. Smooth. Rich. Perfectly balanced. I took one sip and this Old GOAT almost fainted. Which is ironic... because that's exactly where we were. If you live in Franklin and haven't tried The Fainting Goat Coffee, you're missing out. Go meet the Queen. Just be prepared... you might faint.

It didn't take them long for them to make my drink, a salted queen latte, even though they were quite busy. I'm sure thanks to how they have their space setup as well as some fabulous workers! Loved how there were more private booth spaces. Genius! The drink was nummy + exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much, Fainting Goat Coffee!! Hey next time carry more sizes of shirts so I can continue to spread word of your great coffee shop!
