What a cute coffee shop with the friendliest staff! I feel like it's really hard to find a place where the staff genuinely cares, but it felt like everyone was so intentional here. I was visiting from out of town, but I felt so welcome. I didn't try any pastries, but the cinnamon rolls looked incredible. I got an iced vanilla latte and it was perfect. I popped in around 2pm on a Saturday and there was a line, so expect to wait a bit. Parking is also tight, but it's worth it!
Such a cute coffee shop! The inside has such a well-curated relaxed and homey vibe as soon as you step inside. The details in the space even behind the bar match the farmhouse aesthetic throughout. When I got up to the counter to order the staff were super friendly. The interior does not leave much room for picking up to-go orders, but they make the best of the space for seating. The outside patio area is perfect for relaxing while sipping on a drink if you want to be a little less cramped. My matcha with almond cold foam was delicious, but it was quite pricey (probably the most expensive matcha I've ever had).
Hanks coffee station was one of the best coffee shops we've been to. The staff was super nice and the drinks were great. The avocado toast was probably the best I've ever had. The peanut butter banana toast was also super good. The crème Americano was something I've never had before which was great. Such a unique place to go get coffee. We will definitely be back!
I finally made it in to try Hank's and it is such a vibe--beautiful, minimalist aesthetics and a calm, relaxed energy that makes it the perfect spot to slow down. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. I tried the seasonal blackberry thyme lavender latte (swapped for matcha!), and wow... it was delicious. Subtly sweet, earthy, and perfectly balanced. At $10 for a latte, it's definitely on the pricier side, but for an occasional treat, I'd say it's worth it. If you're looking for a spot in Franklin to unwind with a thoughtful drink, Hank's is absolutely worth a visit.
Great option for coffee in Franklin, it's off the historic Main Street a little bit. They have several parking spots and ample seating. We took our coffee to go so we could utilize the 15 min parking spaces. Cute vibe, very clean, friendly service. They have cool hats and candles, we got a hat! The iced latte was very good, I didn't try the food but they had a variety of pastries at the counter. No complaints, we'll be back next time we're in the area.
So cute! I love this little cozy coffee shop. I tried the pistachio latte and it was very yummy. I should have stirred the bottom though because the paste was there at the end. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. It is also a great place to work. Only tough park is parking, but who doesn't have tough parking now a days.
Ever since I visited Iceland back in 2018 and had what I considered the best mocha ever, I've been on a quest to find the perfect mocha back home in the states. It's obviously taken a long time, but I can say that hands-down Hank's has THE best mocha I've ever had! I love the way they've redone the inside of an old gas station and created such a warming environment. The servers are always friendly and discretely clear your table while you're doing a Bible study. And don't get me started on the cute I love it! Happy my mocha journey led me to Hank's!
Service was friendly and prompt. The vibe of this shop is SO cute and carefully curated. I love the down to earth feel, while still being very modern. Coffees were delicious and so were the donuts! The donuts were definitely smaller than I expected, but still good. Can't wait to come again!

This is a welcome addition to the Franklin area (a bit out there but worth it). I really love that they utilized an old building for this coffee shop. If you live in Nash, you know this is sadly becoming more and more rare. The inside is adorable and you get that down-home welcoming vibe when you walk in. We only come during the week as it's ridiculous during the weekends & drinks take a very long time to come out. I don't even drink coffee anymore but their fleur de sel latte is insane. They have a bit of a consistency issue here though because depending on who is making the drinks, the end result can differ. Sometimes the lattes are amazing, yet other times they are a bit off. Staff is all really nice. We enjoy stopping in when in the area.
We went to Hank's on the recommendation of our daughter. She lives in Franklin and visits here often. The coffee is very good. During busy times, the line can be out the door but it still moves fairly quick. It is a little on the small side and tables can be difficult to get. It's a short drive from the busy downtown area and is a great place to stop when you are on the way to downtown to shop or just wanting to grab a cup of coffee and bang away on your computer. Keep in mind, they are only open from 7AM - 2PM, so don't drag your feet getting there. Bottom line - A very good cup of coffee and a world that has convinced us that $5 for a cup of coffee is normal. This one will not disappoint. Bon appétit appétit, y'all.

Charming is truly an understatement! This Nashville-area attraction is nostalgic, welcoming, and absolutely worth a visit. Fresh-baked goods, amazing coffee, and a wonderful atmosphere make this a staple. The avocado toast and cinnamon rolls are the best I've experienced so far. The owners are fantastic, and the staff is absolutely impeccable. They are friendly, attentive, and welcoming. There's a wonderful sense of community. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it's a great spot to relax. If you're anywhere around the Nashville area, this is a must stop. read more

We LOVED Hanks. Oh my goodness it might have been one of the cutest coffee shops I have ever been to. It's in like an old gas station, and looks so vintage and homey inside. I had brought in an almond croissant from another bakery, but my friend got their gluten free banana bread and said she loved it. I got the house made salted honey latte, it was incredible! I wish we had more time there so I could have tried their other flavors. But I absolutely loved it. read more

I finally got to come to Hank's Coffee Station! The staff was so friendly and I loved chatting with the baristas. I ordered the Coconut Creme Matcha and my husband got the orange blossom which is an espresso with a blood orange tonic water. I loved my drink and the cold foam on top was delicious! This is a great coffeeshop to come hang out at with friends or even a bible study. There are picnic tables outside and a small parking lot. I even saw some girls having a picnic in the grass nearby too. Such a great spot and I highly recommend if you're in the area! read more

This is such a cute little coffee shop. Even though we went on a weekday during the middle of the day, it was bustling. There were quite a few picnic benches outside (in addition to generous seating indoors) so we were able to stay there for breakfast and coffee. I ordered the Yogurt Bowl and the Salted Whipped Honey Espresso. The tartines looked amazing, but I'm gluten-free, so yogurt was my only option--but it was really good! I believe the granola was homemade, and it was some of the best granola I've ever had. I'm only giving Hank's four stars because I wasn't a huge fan of the espresso. I asked them to make my drink only slightly sweet. It was still pretty sweet, and I could hardly taste the espresso. It felt like I was drinking a milk steamer. Maybe they were just having an off day! If I'm ever back in Franklin, I would definitely try again for that granola. read more

I've only been here the one time but I can tell you that I already know this is hands-down my favorite coffee shop in the greater Nashville area. My latte was superb. I ordered an iced oat milk latte with whipped honey. My husband got the same drink only hot. We both we're over the moon about our choices. Let's talk about the ambience of Hanks. We went on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty crowded, but Service was still speedy. We found a table in the front in the shade and enjoyed the absolutely gorgeous May day. There were people all around and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I love that this place is an old gas station with antique pumps still present. The café is light and airy and very inviting. We also had a couple of pastries. I had a vanilla scone and my husband had a cinnamon coffee cake muffin. They were both delicious. I wish we lived closer to Franklin. We will definitely be back, probably next weekend! read more

First of all...the CUTEST grandma vibes! We tried two signature lattes and the whipped ricotta toast and everything was phenomenal. Fantastic service from the second we walked in the door. This place is an absolute gem in West Franklin. read more

I ordered the Whipped Honey Latte, and from the first sip, I knew I had found something special. The whipped honey added a silky, airy texture that blended seamlessly with the smooth espresso and perfectly steamed milk. The natural sweetness of the honey was delicate yet deeply flavorful, striking a perfect balance--neither too sugary nor overpowering. Every sip was like a warm, velvety hug with just a hint of floral richness. It was so good that I couldn't resist ordering another one to go! The way the honey-infused foam lingered on my palate made each sip feel like a small celebration. Hank's has truly mastered a unique and unforgettable coffee experience, and I can't wait to come back for more! Wanted to mention some things : One handicap parking spot on ground level so it's easily accessible for those spaces. Vegetarian options : milk alternatives include almond, oat and pistachio. Parking : parking lot only has about 5-6 spots including the one handicap. Free street parking on the side and also additional parking located at the next door business. read more

We wanted the best mocha Franklin could offer, so we followed the other reviewer's recommendations and came here. We found it! The staff were so friendly, the place had a fun and cute vibe, and it was neat to see couples, friends, and families all enjoying this place inside and on the lovely grounds. The cutest little coffee cafe! We were sitting at the table and this cheerful lady comes up to us asking how we were doing and started talking to us like we were regulars. Turns out, Savanah is the owner, along with her husband Josh who was outside blowing leaves from the entrance! They were the sweetest couple. The coffee was a great pick me up and the pastries were fresh and flavorful. If you're in Franklin this place is a must even if it's for the photo ops! read more

This may actually be my new favorite coffee spot -- and I live 4 hours away!! The staff were SO friendly and helpful when we had questions! The coffee was stellar, and the seasonal menu was creative and delicious! The ambiance was SOOO cool! Vintage, cozy, cottage vibes and the music reflected this too! I liked my apple cider sproda and their cortado was also delicious! Loved that they had a few gluten free snacks available! Can't wait to come back here!! read more

This was my first time going to Hank's and the atmosphere is amazing, staff was super sweet and happy, and I loved the cowboy latte. I didn't get food this time around, but I hear the avocado toast is AMAZING!! I can't wait to go back many more times. I could seriously find a corner spot, bring my laptop and work or bring a book and chill for hours! read more
