This is not my first rodeo here, thankfully but I can confirm there's no way to choose a favorite. Literally no way! This time I got stuffed chocolate chip which is stuffed with a brownie btw! You read that correctly and it was decadent omg!! Literally all of it was so flavorful and baked to absolute perfection! I also ended up with the seasonal cherry, it was so good I forgot the full name of it, as I try to wipe away drool. The crumble texture divine. Again, so flavorful. Once I started in on both of these I couldn't control myself and ate them both entirely. I left none left for my husband to try, sorry babe! The shop is tiny and cute and the staff is super friendly. After grabbing food around the corner, we decided to treat ourselves to something sweet. We noticed this local hole-in-the-wall tucked in on a side street under the shade of mature trees. The store inside is small, so only a few customers can be inside at once. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile by Sam. There was a display case full of yummy cookies of different varieties -- chocolate chip, stuffed chocolate chip (brownie inside), salted peanut butter cup, s'mores, brownie, sprinkles, oatmeal raisin, and vegan chocolate chip. They offer full-size cookies in singles, six pack, or a dozen or mini cookies in a cup, small box or big box. Whitney's also sells a small selection of drinks -- milk, sparkling water, chilled coffee, or regular water. We ordered a chocolate chip and a salted peanut butter. At $5 a cookie, this isn't an everyday indulgence, but the cookies were large enough to share. And they were really delicious, especially when they were heated up and the chocolate chips melted. read more

Was excited to check this place out and support them. But was severely disappointed. Went minutes after they opened as I was in the area. This is an extremely small shop attached to the mercantile. They have a small case with about 8 cookie selections. 3 of which were variations of chocolate chip (regular, stuffed & gluten free). None of the offerings seemed particularly appealing but looked forward to trying. Usually a condensed menu offering (and homemade) means great things. When I got home I cut the celebration cookie in half to heat up for 8 seconds in the microwave. I was shocked the inside was completely raw. I figure this has to be an error by the baker but it's ridiculous none the less. I threw the other half away. People's tastes are obviously subjective & we all like a soft cookie but raw dough inside is off putting. Service was ok and the girl was friendly but a bit aloof. These cookies were also 5 dollars a piece and I find that to be a bit overpriced. Wouldn't have cared if they are sensational but we didn't find them to be. Found this little place by mistake as we parked by it to go somewhere else. I'm so glad we found it. I got a cherry cheesecake cookie. It looked delicious, just like a cookie should. They can warm them for you which is a nice touch. Found out the owner was a winner on a food show and has her own cookbook! Neat little cozy store with friendly service as well. read more

Cute little shop kinda tucked away next to a deli. The woman working was so friendly and kind! We got both vegan and non-vegan cookies and they were delicious! Warm, gooey and rich! If you are shopping, walking or just hanging out in Franklin TN and you need a treat walk to the cookie store on Fourth Ave N in Franklin, 1 block off Main Street. It's a small store, so Don't blink or you will miss it! I got 3 kinds, Brownie Cookie, so chocolatey is that a word, Salted Peanut Butter Cup that is crazy good and Oatmeal Raisin, yep it is soo healthy good! They do have several other flavors. They tasted like they were 4-5 days old... so if that was the case I can't speak to their fresh ones. Online ordering said sold out for most of the cookies 30 minutes after opening, so I just went there since I was in the area already. I got half a dozen, 6 different cookies. Blueberry muffin, celebration, stuffed chocolate chip, salted peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, and the hello dolly. I don't know what other people like, but stuffing a cookie does not mean it shouldn't be fully cooked. I bit into the pb cookie and you could immediately taste the raw dough, and same with the celebration. So then I checked them all. By the time I got to the chocolate chip, it was crispy on the outside, but still not fully cooked. I threw them away. I will continue to go to the bakery next door, which offers better quality and taste anyway. Adding: If the owner is saying the cookies are made to be crisp on the outside and moist on the inside, they need to figure out their baking. The employee actually did warm up the salted peanut butter cookie for me, the inside was not moist. It was not cooked. As an adult, I understand the difference between moist and not cooked. It's not about preference, it is wanting thoroughly baked cookies. Clearly, based on other reviews, I'm not the only one who received not well baked cookies. read more

Well, let me start my review by saying what a wonderful, sweet, beautiful lady Whitney is. I have never met her in person, but saw and discovered her amazing talent and expertise in what she does so proudly and professionally with love, passion and integrity on Mike Huckabees show on the TBN channel (Christian channel here in L.os Angeles California. I was watching her bake and Mike was standing next to her learning and helping Whitney bake. It was lovely:)) That captured my attention and wanted to know a little bit more about her and her work ethics. So I went on her site and watched couple of videos and liked her more. So I decided to give it a chance and order cookies from her and I have to say that I TRULY LOVED WHAT I SAW AND TASTED!!! Just delicious, soft, perfect amount of sweetness that satisfied my sweet cravings. I got the assortment 6 pack which was just delightful. Later, I found out that she was on season 1 Master Chef and that brought more enthusiasm and ranked 20 out of 10 in my book. Can't comment about the ambiance because I have ordered the cookies by mail. But, reading the other Yelpers reviews...they all gave 5 stars. The package arrived as promised and it looked so beautifully packaged. Inside and outside. She truly gave it a thought to decor and design with a cute small, yet thoughtful note enclosed inside the box. Anyway, I already tried 2 cookies and can't wait to devour the rest!:))) And she is right, it does taste much better warmed up. Thank you Whitney and staff for everything. Visited on the evening of October 2nd. The cookies were absolutely delicious and for the size of the cookie a fair price for a quality dessert. More important though was the fantastic service from the team. The owners child was in the shop and was a delight to talk to- he looked so happy to be helping moms cookie shop. The cashier was friendly and it was really nice seeing her involved the little one in the conversation after we initiated the conversation by asking him cookie questions. While on vacation, Hubby and I happened by this amazing little store after visiting the battlefields of TN. The girls working were so sweet ! The only problem with this establishment is that she consistently sells out because they're so delicious. We went twice before on this trip and arrived to a sold out sign, but the third time was the charm!! Get there early. Crumbl cookies is very good but Whitney's is on a another level altogether. The cookies were delicious. There were lots of options including options for different health and dietary needs.
