    Chimichurri steak and eggs

This is BY FAR the best brunch in Franklin. The cauliflower & Brussel sprouts KNOCKED MY SOCKS OFF. My favorite entrée is the chimichurri steak!! I also Love the breakfast tacos & smoked salmon bowl. Presentation is 5 stars. The chef is clearly a MASTER of sauces. The cauliflower by itself? Pretty good. But then I swirled it in the sauce. FLAVOR EXPLOSION. I have never liked brussels sprouts, but my server insisted these were delicious. I gave them a whirl and I LOVED THEM. Whatever is in that white sauce is divine. I'm not a big drinker but I loved the pink cocktail. Don't remember the name. It Was DELICIOUS. The service was five stars! He was so attentive. I'll definitely be back. I'd love to try dinner at Etch! IG Lillypulitzerstylist

A night out after a few months of no date nights due to work and just life in general led us here due to a gift card I received from some real estate clients recently. Service and ambiance were nice (as this is at the Factory so a bit noisy) and we sat at the counter in the back where you can watch all of the kitchen workings...a bit hectic and busy but not a terrible place to be. Food was well presented and good, however if it not for a gift card to use here I can think of a few other local spots that have a more inviting atmosphere as well as some higher quality meats and less pricey sides and bread to enjoy. We had the filet and while it was done to our temperature liking it lacked flavor. Bread and butter is usually complimentary when you're charging upwards of $50 a plate but here you have to pay and while it again was ok - prefer other places. Drinks were also good and average in price for what we ordered so that would be on par with most other places we have found. overall price for the value was less than expected and less than some of the other favorites but hey it's not a bad meal at all - and if you are in the area or want to have a nice evening this place will do just fine. Happy new Year and Keep Munching!

Delicious food, good drinks, and great service. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I still like the Etch in Nashville better. Located at the Factory at Franklin there is ample parking and if you're willing to sit at the bar you can most likely get in without a reservation. I recommend the Filet medium rare, as medium was a little too cooked for me. The Etch salad was nice and the chocolate dessert was yummy. I would absolutely order a cappuccino instead of drip coffee as the regular coffee was very weak. Overall, solid classy night out!

WOW! In town for the weekend and we found Etch on OpenTable with openings for our wedding anniversary dinner. We couldn't have picked a better spot. If you're looking for an intimate, deliciously curated dinner, this should be your pick! We ordered the Octopus and Shrimp bruschetta appetizer which was so yummy and tender. For entrees, I ordered the filet mignon and my husband ordered the venison. Both were perfectly cooked. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate mousse bar to share. In hindsight, we should've ordered two. It was that good! My favorite part of the restaurant is the open kitchen concept. You can see each of the kitchen staff working all night and can tell they are dedicated to making your dinner a great experience. I'll definitely visit again the next time I'm in Franklin!

I'd been to the original etch in downtown Nashville and knew what to expect. And their new Factory location in Franklin is equally delicious! I'd say their dishes realistically have a four-star rating, but my official review is a very solid three stars for what you get for the price. And that's not an insult in the slightest. The bread service and charcuterie aren't bad, a good way to start any meal. The horseradish Caesar salad is pretty tasty but probably needs more flavor. And the filet mignon is a real star among the entrees. But the pavlova dessert might be the best thing on the menu. A pistachio-baked fruity meringue meets lemon curd, with accoutrements like freshly whipped cream with lavender and white chocolate, fresh blueberries, and candied pistachios! And it comes with blueberry elderflower sorbet. There aren't many side dishes, especially if you're not a fan of vegetable sides. But etch is always good, the service is impeccable, and it's worth going!

My wife took me here today for my Birthday and it did not disappoint. This place is awesome. The food is absolutely amazing. I ordered the Catfish with a side of fries. We asked for truffle oil to deep the fried in oil and ketchup. We turned our seasoned fries which were amazing in to truffle fries :-) The service was top notch. I was welcomed with a Birthday card signed by all the staff. Our waitress was super nice. Her customer service was great. The ambiance of this restaurant was very memorable. When you walk in you can smell the fresh food and hear the amazing music. Even though thr Catfish was good. I can't stop thinking about those fries.

We went to Etch out in Franklin for lunch & we're greatly impressed with the service & food for the cost! Etch has an upscale vibe and lots of light in the daytime. Our service was attentive but gave us space to enjoy the meal! We both enjoy our dishes and felt they had good flavor and were a great quantity of food. I would happily return here & feel lunch is quite a steal!

Etch on Franklin in Nashville--what a meal! First off, let's talk about the fried potato salad. Y'all fry the potatoes, smash them, then fry them again? That's straight-up blasphemy... and I loved every bite. Crispy, creamy, ridiculous in the best way. I went with the mahi for my main, and it was spot-on and exactly what I wanted for dinner. The service? Hilarious. The staff had that perfect mix of being professional but also joking around just enough to make the experience feel fun and personal.

If you've read the Yelp reviews for Franklin Etch, there's little new to add -- the food, service, and ambiance are all consistently outstanding. So instead, I'll focus on one standout dish that keeps me coming back: the Duck Tart. Made with confit duck, puff pastry, orange curd, coffee cherry butter, red licorice mole, and olive caramel, it's a masterclass in balance and flavor. If you try just one dish at Etch, make it the Duck Tart. It's unforgettable.

A perfect Sunday brunch spot! My friend & I made reservations (same day, few hours before) and came and split the roasted cauliflower, amarillo cobb salad, and the breakfast tacos. Every dish was spectacular and elevated with some outstanding flavored sauces - I really appreciated how they lined the side of the salad bowl with the dressing, stunning presentation!! The aesthetic is very clean, modern, minimalist and we were fortunate to have a table near the booth/bench area which was cozy! The service was excellent - friendly, attentive throughout, and prompt! We were pleased with the value of fine dining experience we had at the moderate price we spent, happy to return and try more dishes soon or order each of these again because they were that fantastic!

We had a fantastic dinner experience at Etch. In particular, our server Brooklyn took amazing care of us. She was helpful, friendly, informative, and entertaining. The food was very, very good. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly, and the horseradish whipped potatoes were delicious. The Frenched Chicken Breast was unique and flavorful. The Crispy Potato Salad was pretty amazing, and I think of it as a unique twist on a German potato salad. They also have gluten-free bread rolls, which were very good. Speaking of gluten-free, they are exceptionally helpful in this area. Many of the menu items don't have gluten to begin with, and pretty much everything can be modified to make it gluten-free. That might mean that with the burger, for example, you just exclude the bun, but the point is that the staff is very knowledgeable and can help ensure you can enjoy an excellent meal that meets your dietary restrictions. The location in The Factory is very convenient, and yet when you're in Etch you feel like you've been transported somewhere else. The interior feels elegant but not stuffy. Overall we really enjoyed our dinner at Etch, and will most certainly be back!

Etch is one of my favorite restaurants! I usually get the same thing every time I go, but I love it so much! I usually get the double smash burger with fries and I ask for truffle oil to dip my fries in along with ketchup! Yum! Chef's kiss! I love the ambiance and the prices are reasonable in my opinion!

The Etch Salad. This is a large salad. We shared between 3 people. Very Flavorful salad.

We went here for a Friday lunch and the food was awesome!!! The service was very good and the staff were very friendly. This restaurant is a sister to ETC. restaurant in Green Hills. They are both ran by award winng head chef, Deb Paquette. The interior is Modern and classy. They have 2 private dining areas, umbrella covered outdoor tables and Chef's Bar seating which is seats that are placed right in front of the open kitchen for close viewing of the kitchen. They have a full bar with a large wine list. They serve brunch on the weekends, Lunch Tuesday- Friday, Dinner Tuesday- Friday and closed on Mondays. They offer Apps, Salads, Sandwiches, Entrees and Desserts. The food is Globally inspired and they use fresh housemade sauces and housemade desserts. If you like flavorful, innovative dishes you definitely need to put this place on your list.

The Pond doesn't disappoint. It is exactly what one would expect when seeking a dive bar atmosphere. A little ratty, a little rowdy and a whole lot of fun. The coup de grace was they had Guinness on tap, which was completely unexpected. We traveled to Franklin looking for an alternative to Broadway in Nashville on our first night in town. It is worth the trip. Franklin is a very old town with great old architecture and buildings over 200 years old that still look stunning. The Pond was the real reason for my drive down although it was our last stop on our tour of Franklin. The staff was friendly, the Hamburger and fries was delicious, and the beer was cold. They have many options to choose from on tap. They have Darts inside and a couch you'd find down in your friends basement that he found on a tree bank trash day, but that simply adds to the dive bar charm. We stayed for one drink and the burger as we were exhausted from a red eye flight the night before. If you're looking for a dive bar that stays open late and apparently gets packed as the night goes on, this is the spot for you. Most places close early in Franklin, so this is apparently the after hours spot that everyone ends up going to when all other options are closed. The Pond reminded me of a few dive bar spots in Vegas, and I have to recommend you pay them a visit, if for no other reason, just to say you've been there.

We grabbed one of the small outdoor tables on a warm spring afternoon--perfectly shaded, great temperature, and honestly an ideal people-watching spot. I started with the Black Tie espresso martini. I had my eye on the Sunburnt, but since their espresso martinis typically include dairy (and I'm lactose intolerant), the bartender went above and beyond to accommodate me. They made a dairy-free version of the Black Tie and even added coconut--it was absolutely delicious. Jonathan went with the Summer Mule, which was everything you want in a mule with a tropical twist from the pineapple--light, crisp, and refreshing. But the second round is what completely sold us. Jonathan ordered the Double Oaked Old Fashioned--we were warned it was high proof and spirit-forward, which is exactly our style. It did not disappoint. I went with the Tea Time Old Fashioned, made with tea-infused whiskey, and it was everything I hoped for: reminiscent of a sweet tea bourbon, but more bourbon-forward and not overly sweet. Both drinks were dangerously good--we finished them way too quickly. They were unfortunately out of cheese for the charcuterie board, so we pivoted to the "Main Stream Mix" of nuts. Jonathan's official review: "underrated." Honestly, he's right--it was super flavorful and weirdly addictive for a nut mix. The staff were incredibly friendly, and there was even live music playing inside. It was the perfect volume--more of a background vibe than a full performance--so we could easily carry on a conversation without having to shout over it, which made the experience even better. Overall, such a great experience--we wouldn't hesitate to come back!

I hesitated because I'm not a fan of olive martinis, but she promised this was completely different and handed me the flavor menu. I went with the Lamplight, caramel option--and BAM! Honestly, it might be the best drink I've ever had. New favorite, locked in! I'll definitely be ordering espresso martinis wherever I see them on the menu now, but if I want a guaranteed winner every time, I know exactly where I'm coming back to. Highly recommend!

Behind the bar, the team was hustling, expertly balancing both coffee and cocktail orders while keeping things moving efficiently. I was greeted right away, handed a menu, and after a few minutes decided on an iced lavender latte and the lemon poppyseed waffle. My server offered a few side options, but I had a feeling the waffle would be more than enough. The lavender latte was fantastic, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of lavender syrup. It was flavorful without being overpowering and made for a refreshing start to the meal. Then came the waffle. The presentation alone was impressive; it looked more like a piece of art than a breakfast dish. Naturally, my phone had to eat first. I rarely eat bread, but I always make an exception for the Spent Grain Loaf. Paired with the unbelievably fresh butter and flaky sea salt, it's one of my favorite things on the menu. My husband ordered the Prawn Cocktail. I'm allergic to shrimp, so I couldn't try it myself, but he said it was outstanding. I usually order the Koji Ribeye, but this time my husband claimed it first, so I ventured out and ordered the Alaskan Halibut with hash brown crust, orange vinaigrette, and watercress. It was absolutely delicious. My favorite side remains the Roasted Carrots with Leiper's Fork honey and tarragon--they're incredible. We finished with the Carrot Cake. It's less sweet than the version served at another well-known Franklin restaurant, which I actually prefer. The flavors are more nuanced, and the crunchy shredded carrot on top adds the perfect texture. The food was, as always, exceptional. We were fortunate to have Jeff Paul as our server again. He's knowledgeable, attentive, and strikes that perfect balance of being available without ever being intrusive. That said, we've honestly never had anything but excellent service at 1799.
