    Special drink of the day!

The coffee was delicious! I had a special they are offering today. They even included a surprise piece of chocolate with my hot drink. The service was really good. I did not get her name, but she was kind and joyful. This is my second visit, and I would definitely return. The ambiance is fresh and clean, very minimalistic. A little hard to find since it is tucked away in the back of an apartment complex. Plenty of parking. Dog and kid friendly.

What a great spot, great coffee! And great that you can grab it on the go after a CrossFit class!

They have about 20 parking spots right around the building, it is normally full but I've always found a spot. I think there is additional parking in an adjacent lot, but I'm often with my kids or just running in super fast so I've never used it. Sometimes it is very busy and others not so much, I think peak times are normal eating hours & weekends. I will say the line typically moves slowly. The employees are nice, friendly and helpful. The chocolate chip pecan cookie might be the best in nashville, totally underrated and is only $2.50. The coffee is great. The food is very good and so reasonably priced, I love the chicken salad sandwich. The outdoor area is great and I appreciate the children's play items. My kids will typically play for a bit and/or they have some markers and coloring sheets. Great & easy place to come as a family. Overall just a super solid spot for coffee and/or food. I would avoid peak times!

Having formerly sampled their baked goods and baguette, we approached with some expectation, for those had proved most agreeable. Upon our arrival, Darcy and I were informed that the supply of pastries was nearly exhausted: a circumstance I bore with easy composure, as we intended only for coffee. Yet thereafter, I regret to say, the experience fell somewhat short. My cappuccino was deficient in froth and served with less warmth than one might wish, rendering it rather uninspiring. The interior, though neat, is so spare and restrained in its decoration as to verge upon the austere, and lacks that ease and comfort which invite one to linger. It is not, I think, among the more hospitable establishments we have encountered in Nashville. Though I would not hesitate to return for their baked offerings, I cannot suppose it would become a favored place for repose or refreshment.

They have started doing a little better about having outlet options, but mainly at those tall, long skinny tables. The ones that aren't necessarily great for working because they're so high up and can make your legs feel weird after awhile. Haha. The other semi complaint I have is that they close early. 3 pm is early when you want to try and work. Drinks are good. I don't drink a ton of coffee these days, but what I've had there was good. I get either their chai or matcha. Both of those I enjoy! I had a sandwich there recently. I wanted to roll my eyes at the price truthfully. However, when it came.. WOAH. It was GIANT. I was thoroughly impressed. It was really really good. I had to take half of it home and put it in the fridge. When I came back home hours later... it was STILL GOOD. The bread was not soggy either! That's HUGE! Ok so overall, I highly recommend this place and it's one of my go to spots.

I ordered a house coffee (you can tell a lot about a coffee shop by the quality of their house coffee) It was a good everyday coffee. Something you could drink daily without getting bored of it. I really appreciate the extensive range of coffee beans they offer, along with the variety of roasts and the way they source their beans from different suppliers across multiple countries. During my visit, I ordered a cappuccino made with a medium roast, while my husband went with a mocha. My cappuccino featured their Sunrise Espresso Blend, which combines beans from Brazil, Guatemala, and Costa Rica. The resulting flavor profile was wonderfully fruity and a little chocolatey (from the Brazil- Blend), with very low acidity, exactly what I prefer. It delivered the precise caffeine hit I was looking for and felt incredibly refreshing. My husband's mocha, however, was a bit of a letdown. It was overwhelmingly mocha-heavy to the point where there was barely any discernible coffee flavor, so it was not a hit for him. The baristas were polite, though the wait time felt a little longer than expected considering the cafe was not very busy at the time. Beyond that, the vibe inside is very chill, there is plenty of seating, and the free parking availability makes visiting super hassle-free.

What a pleasant surprise this turned out to be. Nashville Jam sits inside an older converted home. It's not much to look at from the outside, very quaint inside, and a real surprise from a culinary perspective. There wasn't an item served to our table that I wouldn't have been happy with, since I took a bit of a sampling from each of the kids pancakes and my daughter's fried green tomatoes wrap, but my Three Fungi Benedict, that was to die for, and yes, you could pick up the various flavors.
