Lovely atmosphere and female-forward vibes at this bright cafe with good food and nice service. My salad, iced London Fog, and almond and citrus cinnamon roll were all delicious. A nice open space and a flower shop await you.

Service was friendly and prompt. The area itself is soo cute-- with a flower bouquet station on one end and the coffee shop on the other. The store also features local, ethically-made/sourced products which are fun to browse! The store is large, spacious, and upbeat but not overwhelming. The coffee and cinnamon roll were excellent. The coffee syrup flavors didn't shine through as well as I'd prefer, but the coffee itself was very good regardless. Moderately priced Would love to visit again!

Love this gorgeous coffee shop meets flower shop, the vibes are a hallmark-y dream. The staff was so warm + welcoming. We ordered and loved their classic maple spice latte and their seasonal al's pancake world (lalalalala - iykyk). We ordered both iced with oat and they were chef's kiss perfection! Their espresso blend is Crema's Tres Banderas - delightful!!! This is def a good spot to sit and read/work for a bit too. The bakery/pastry items looked artisanal and hand curated - we were too full for that but will try in the future! There is a florist section where you can curate and create your own floral arrangements for purchase!

Super cute place. I ordered the matcha latte and steak hash. Everything was delicious cute place to work and buy beautiful flowers.

Finally! A unique concept for a coffeeshop! Don't get me wrong, I love a traditional, dimly lit, vibey cafe, but it's been done so. many. times. The Flower Kitchen is fresh and bright. The space invites the visitor to pause, bask in the natural light, and admire the cheerful bouquets that adorn the walls. My only wish is for MORE FLOWERS! I hope they lean into the floral aspect & absolutely engulf the place in greenery. I want to feel like I'm in a bouquet. The staff was SO warm and welcoming!! I really cannot emphasize enough how important this is to the overall experience of an establishment. At The Flower Kitchen there was none of that unnecessarily aloof barista weirdness. They were down to earth, kind, & clearly excited to be working at such a sweet place! Oh! And the coffee: Delicious. Perfect. Wonderful. Get the iced oatmeal cookie latte :)

Such a cute shop! I love the flower shop addition since that is different from other coffeeshops. They use Crema coffeebeans so you know the drinks are delicious! They offer pastries as well as full plates. This is a great spot to study or get some work done. I would even say good for a group to come and chat over coffee. Love the atmosphere in here and the staff was very friendly.

Avocado toast

An adorable cafe nestled in Franklin! I had a blueberry muffin that was sweet and moist. It was delicious and would be a great treat to bring to someone. I also had the best avocado toast I've ever had. I love avocado toast but this was special because the toast was thick, warm, and grainy, not too toasted so it was still soft. They were generous with the avocado mash making it a hearty lunch. It was covered in small tomatoes, edible flowers and balsamic. I will be back as often as possible!!

I was swooning from the moment I stepped into this place! Two of my favorite things in one - coffee and florals! The ambiance is incredible, but the coffee and food is impeccable as well! The my latte was well balanced and delicious! The quiche and pecan bun were next level! As a foodie and one time bake shop owner, I cannot recommend this place enough. Also, I love that they offer vegan items for those with special diets. The level of quality and execution here deserves more than 5 stars. I only wish we lived in TN and I could go weekly!

My new favorite coffee spot! This place is adorable, I highly recommend a honey cinnamon latte, it's smooth, creamy and delicious! The service was quick and friendly, we tried the cinnamon roll, which was super yummy with a little zest of orange. I caught a glimpse of the avocado toast coming out of the kitchen and will definitely be trying that on my next visit. For someone who loves coffee and flowers, this place is lovely!

Solid coffee and food items. Downside is how busy it gets, but worth the pain of waiting.

I walked in, glanced at the menu for approximately 2.7 seconds, and knew exactly what destiny had in store for me: the Salted Queen Caramel Latte. (Yes ma'am. Royalty in a cup.) I placed my order with a young lady who was polite, friendly, and engaging, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if you just figured out where to stand. Five-star customer service before the caffeine even hit. Seating options? Oh, they've got you covered. You can sit outside upstairs and pretend you're in a Hallmark movie, or stay inside where it's cool and comfortable. We chose inside. The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. And yes, there's WiFi if you feel the need to actually work instead of just looking productive. Then I heard it, my name called out like I'd just won a prize. I stepped forward... and met my Salted Queen Caramel Latte. Wow. It was better than expected. Smooth. Rich. Perfectly balanced. I took one sip and this Old GOAT almost fainted. Which is ironic... because that's exactly where we were. If you live in Franklin and haven't tried The Fainting Goat Coffee, you're missing out. Go meet the Queen. Just be prepared... you might faint.

It didn't take them long for them to make my drink, a salted queen latte, even though they were quite busy. I'm sure thanks to how they have their space setup as well as some fabulous workers! Loved how there were more private booth spaces. Genius! The drink was nummy + exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much, Fainting Goat Coffee!! Hey next time carry more sizes of shirts so I can continue to spread word of your great coffee shop!

I do think the food is better than that of most coffee shops, but I don't actually eat the food often. I've found the service to be good and for the staff to be friendly, but they only have one register, so the line may be a bit long if they are busy. It can be a bit loud, it it's a pleasant place to sit and drink coffee. The Well will normally have three pour over choices that are from their limited time offered beans. They see very fruity and flavorful, and I really enjoy that kind of coffee. They make them right where you can see them do it, and It's fun to watch the process. I've often come to try the pour over only to later buy a bag of beans for home. When you do, you get a free 12 ounce drip coffee. However, to be honest, the drip offerings seem rather mediocre to me. I would not go there to buy the batch drip coffee. I do know they have a good cappuccino, though. I debated lowering the rating when I thought about their main medium roast blend on drip - Confluence. They had a blend of Ethiopian and Kenyan beans, and it was some of the best coffee I ever had. Now, they've rotated to a blend of beans from Ethiopia and New Guinea. I bought a bag thinking it would be similar to what I had before, but it just wasn't anywhere near as good, unless you brew it as espresso. However, it's really the pour over that I drink here, so I'm keeping the eating at five stars.

It's a calming environment from the clean blue hues throughout the store to the live plants all around. The inviting space is great for a small meeting amongst colleagues or friends, but can also provide a cozy study corner. The house espresso is smooth and balanced. The most unique seasonal coffee menu item is the fygge newton - I order mine with almond milk which is perfectly sweet and nutty.

It's an excellent location in a now-thriving area of Cool Springs. And there's nothing like walking up to the window (no interior dining), ordering one of their 40-something flavors, and eating in the outdoor green space with string lights and crowds of people chitchatting between Handel's and the Little Hats Italian deli. It's a very fun outing! And the employees are very kind and obviously well trained to be professional and inviting! I suppose the only reason for the three-star review is that, with all those creative flavors and tempting menu options, the quality is just mediocre. Not even the salty caramel truffle ice cream which looks so good on paper could win me over. Having the unfair advantage of visiting half of America's top 50 ice cream joints at this point, I have lofty standards. I know rich flavors with tremendous depth when I taste them. And that's just not happening at Handel's. If McDonald's soft serve is worth one star, and Ehrler's in Louisville, Kentucky, is a perfect five, the gold standard in the business, then Handel's is a solid three. It's certainly an enjoyable activity with great customer service and a wonderful ambiance. But don't expect earth shattering ice cream, because that simply won't happen.
