Terrible......I ordered a club sandwich with no ham. They said they were out of bacon. I said can I have avocado instead she said yes. the sandwich came out It had one thin slice of processed turkey, one thin slice of cheese and wilted lettuce on dry toast. Comes with chips and literally a spoonful worth of potato salad. I went back in to get mustard packs off the counter because no one was at the register. The packets were so old the mustard wouldn't come out.. I finally got her to come and talk to me. She said she'd remake the sandwich with avocado. The same sandwich came out with guacamole on it, no chips, no potato salad, just the terrible sandwich for $15.00, I couldn't even eat it.Take a look at the club sandwich they advertise, it's definitely not what I got. read more

I can't believe that my only review of Just Love was from way back in 2019. My wife and I and our family are regulars at Just Love, especially since Frank and Cathy Snodgrass took over ownership. Frank is a wonderful host, and Cathy did a wonderful job of managing the kitchen. Their staff is equally friendly and professional. The coffee at Just Love is excellent, but frankly the best reason to go to Just Love is their amazing breakfast and lunch menu. There is literally other coffee shop that even comes close to the food choices available at Just Love. It is what makes Just Love more than just another coffee shop. It is as good a breakfast and lunch cafe as any in the Spring Hill area. If your taste runs to omelets, bacon (extra crispy please), waffles, salads, etc. Just Love has you covered. Their niche, if you will, is to cook many of their food items in a waffle iron. It truly makes their omelets special. They also have a signature item that is a tater tot waffle that is truly delicious. Just Love has been, is, and probably always will be our go to place for a delicious coffee and breakfast on Sunday. read more

Sorry. Breakfast was horrible. We looked forward to the waffles but just soggy sadness. The chicken and waffles are processed chicken fingers that were also not crispy. I think they were prepared on a waffle iron instead of being properly fried. When we asked for sausage to replace it, we were charged. Why? Then we had to wait for 10 minutes for the sausage even though we had explained it was part of a previous order. I don't feel like the staff was aware. A lot of standing around and talking, but no focus on what was going on at the counter where we were sitting. Womelette was ok. Needed more seasoning. Lunch is a better choice here, but I'm not sure we will be back due to customer service. read more

Wonderful clean coffee café in Spring Hill. The coffee was .. well coffee (good). The Latte was very tasty. The Egg and Sausage Biscuit was in this waffle style casing .. actually really tasty. We visit just love quite often. I've eaten here many many times. I typically order the womblot, I get that without the tots with jalapeños. It's always an excellent breakfast piece. Comes with salsa and sour cream. It's very very good. The specialty drinks they make are just as good if not better than anything you can get at Starbucks for sure. It's a really nice establishment and a lot of times they have someone playing music. The owner is a really good guy him and his wife are very polite and really take care of their customers. I would highly recommend visiting just Love and Springhill. read more

I JUST LOVE this place! Their food is so good, great coffee and live music. Today we tried the sausage egg and cheese biscuit and the flavor was amazing. Didn't get a picture of that because it didn't last long. :). Someone in our party ordered the breakfast tacos and they said the flavor was really good. They have lots of good kids options for breakfast and lunch. For drinks we got the toffee coffee and cha cha latte and they were very good. They use good quality beans. We love the live music and the atmosphere. The owner and all the staff are super nice. We love this place and take our out of town visitors here as often as we can! read more

My husband and I just moved to Spring Hill with our almost two year old son just this last week. We have really been enjoying the slower pace of life and charm this beautiful city has to offer. It is such a refreshing change, the true way to live; Especially leaving behind the hustle and bustle of Southern California. We have been exploring all the local businesses and shops to support our new local community and discovered this gem on Sunday morning. It was awesome to be greeted with smiles and warm energy with everyone we came across. We loved the waffles, eggs and coffee. The house selected and roasted beans are delicious! We met the owner, Frank, and visited for about 20 minutes. We felt right at home and sincerely appreciate the time and patience he took with us to share stories. Decided to go exploring on a Saturday morning & was happy to stumble across this cafe. Nice & bright when walking in, we were warmly greeted with a smile. My girls both chose juice (tangerine for one, orange pineapple for the other) & I settled on a Toco Loco iced coffee (coconut & almond). We split two of the breakfast tacos (bacon & sausage), which were both delicious & pretty to look at! This cafe was very very nice! Service was excellent and even though they were busy the cashier did not rush through and even complimented me, a simple yet generous thing due even with the line behind me. The location was great and had very fast service as well. The waffles were delicious, however I wish they had more berries. My sweet matcha was excellent and loved the cinnamon added on top! My friend is GF and all of there waffles can be made gluten free ! I would definitely recommend to try out this trendy cafe ! This was a great breakfast stop. Prices are a bit high but the food and coffee was delicious. Ordered the strawberry waffle, which came with fresh strawberries and a delicious fresh made waffle, best waffle we've had in the area! The breakfast burrito was a good size and tasted better than expected for a coffee stop (bonus- it's cooked on the waffle iron!) Tried the tiramisu latte which was very creamy and on the sweeter side but expected for a specialty drink. Went in for lunch to-go. I ordered a spicy chicken waffle meal and iced latte. The coffee was delicious and the guy at the front counter was nice, but my meal was not what I expected. The waffle was undercooked and had raw dough and didn't have syrup so I added my own at home. I have eaten here before and it was good but I will pass on takeout next time. read more

Bring a book - Crime & Punishment should work - this is a place with time (and patience) on your hands. I can be empathetic towards the times, but this place is poorly managed, understaffed and too niche for their own good. No sweeteners to be found, a staff of two (which I've seen on several occasions) and it took me 30-40 minutes to get a simple Americano coffee. Meanwhile, I got to watch a family playing with their infant. What appeared to be good food was served by the same staff taking the order/processing orders. They need proper wait staff and a clue on customer service or two. So for $9, I got a muffin, a large coffee (eventually) and higher blood pressure. Then, upon returning a few days later at 6:45AM on a Monday, they were locked shut! I'm not sure they know what they want to be - but this location is lacking in so many ways. read more

This was the prettiest place! The food was fresh and the drinks were amazingg!! The owner (Frank) was working and he was the kindest person I've ever met. The service was amazing. Came in on Monday afternoon to grab some lunch. I tried paying for my $11 order with a $20 bill, but after I had handed it to the cashier he told me they didn't have change. Nice local joint, it's pretty good coffee and pretty good food. I got the sausage and cheese biscuit which here that sandwich is pressed on a waffle iron thus shaping it as a waffle. Up side is it makes it aesthetically pleasing and kind of fun to eat downside is you lose all the benefits of getting a biscuit. My first experience is not necessarily enough to have me come back often but every once in a while I think. Next time I come back I have to try the waffles before.....Definitely give it a try. read more

My husband and I ate here over a month ago. I hesitated to leave a review as I'm not normally a complainer and even the best restaurants can have off days. But YELP keeps reminding me to finish my review so here it goes... The food was amazing. I had a waffle with the breakfast actually cooked into it. It was so good! Same for my husband. Coffee was great as well. I thought the prices were a little high for "self service" but very good food. The employees (2) at the time we went in were too busy to be bothered with ...anything. No hospitality at all and I mean ZERO. No hello how are you doing, no how can I help you, no refills on coffee, zero zero zero. No smile, it was so strange. I was dumbfounded. Both guys were on their phones almost the entire time we were in there and the place was pretty busy. I've considered returning on occasion, but honestly as good as the food was the general unfriendliness of the place was a lot to overcome. The help could use some customer service training. There are many other, more friendly places to eat out there. read more

I want to like this place because we need more good coffee shops besides Starbucks in the area but this place disappoints. As several of their locations I've tried their speciality drinks have zero flavor. The large caramel frappe for 6.50 was extremely overpriced. A 20 ounce watered down flavorless frappe made me wish I went to Starbucks. Their 10 dollar womelet was awful tasted like a microwaved rubbery cheap junk food which was very small for the price. The staff was nice the place was cool but the food and drinks are just not cutting it especially at their price. They really need to rework the whole thing. The regular coffee seemed ok I guess but everything else needs a redo. read more

I was so excited about having a new coffee shop in town. I went the first day they were open and it was crazy slow. I waited around 20-30 mintues to even order. I ordered the tiramisu latte and it was incredibly sweet. I went again today wanting to give it another shot. I asked for half the sweetener in the same latte and it tasted exactly the same.... super sweet. It just wasn't good at all. Then I ordered the bacon tater and paid extra for avacodo. It was supposed to have sour cream and ketchup, which they did not give me. The avacodo was rotten. I asked for another one.... same thing. I actually told them I wouldn't serve that to a customer and I wouldn't even eat that at home. I'm incredibly disappointed. I wanted so much to love it, but it is just not somewhere o will go again.
