Paid $6 for a coffee to have half the cup full. I would definitely check before leaving and going home

This is easily the friendliest Starbucks that I've come across since moving to a new state. The baristas are friendly, always have my order right & you can tell everyone is having a good time at work. There's a good amount of seating & I've spent several hours working from here. Be warned though, it can get noisy from the coffee grinder, music & amount of people who might be in at any time! Still a great place to relax with coffee & a good book!

Worse Starbucks I've ever been to . I waited on the drive thru line for 25 minutes and there was only 4 cars.

Spring Hill Starbucks has the worlds best baristas! Bring a sweater. It's always cold in there.

Once you've savored a recyclable chalice filled with The Goat's finest offerings, you'll find that other ground brown beverages of a Starbuctic nature pale in comparison. Oh yes, the review points and what not: * The ambience is ambient, the kind of place where you'd enjoy sipping coffee. * The staff is chill; the kind of peeps you'd love sharing a coffee with. * The bean water is pinky-lifting tastebud euphoria that both longtime locals and recently relocated Californians can enjoy. In conclusion: Say goodbye to overpriced green mermaid coffee and say hello to overpriced small business coffee. Trust me, it's just better. But I digress... Make haste, you mortals. Turn off your blue-screened dystopian brain-rot box and get thine tuchus to this location immediately. But again, I digress... Despite their post-Christmas eggnog drought-- 5 out of 5. I walked in, glanced at the menu for approximately 2.7 seconds, and knew exactly what destiny had in store for me: the Salted Queen Caramel Latte. (Yes ma'am. Royalty in a cup.) I placed my order with a young lady who was polite, friendly, and engaging, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if you just figured out where to stand. Five-star customer service before the caffeine even hit. Seating options? Oh, they've got you covered. You can sit outside upstairs and pretend you're in a Hallmark movie, or stay inside where it's cool and comfortable. We chose inside. The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. And yes, there's WiFi if you feel the need to actually work instead of just looking productive. Then I heard it, my name called out like I'd just won a prize. I stepped forward... and met my Salted Queen Caramel Latte. Wow. It was better than expected. Smooth. Rich. Perfectly balanced. I took one sip and this Old GOAT almost fainted. Which is ironic... because that's exactly where we were. If you live in Franklin and haven't tried The Fainting Goat Coffee, you're missing out. Go meet the Queen. Just be prepared... you might faint.

It didn't take them long for them to make my drink, a salted queen latte, even though they were quite busy. I'm sure thanks to how they have their space setup as well as some fabulous workers! Loved how there were more private booth spaces. Genius! The drink was nummy + exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much, Fainting Goat Coffee!! Hey next time carry more sizes of shirts so I can continue to spread word of your great coffee shop!
