I try with this place I really do. This is the closest Starbucks to where I live so it is convenient. However, it has to be the slowest Starbucks. My son and I stopped in for a quick snack before hitting the road on. Tuesday afternoon, we were in a bit of time crunch. I ordered an ice coffee and he ordered a cake pop. No joke the drive thru took 45 mins. I sat at the window awkwardly for about 15 mins before someone acknowledged me. The acknowledgment I got was "Did you pay already?". Keep in mind there was someone filling milk the entire time looking awkward at me. Come to find out my order had been sitting there, never got an acknowledgement for the long wait. Just product shoved at me. Last incident was we mobile ordered, only to find the inside was closed for a staff meeting at 04:00. So mobile ordering was pretty useless having to sit in the drive thru. Again, for about 20 mins. This place use to be our go to spot on Fridays to hang out and relax. I think would rather take the time to go to the other one on the other side of town. They seem to have their act together there at least. read more

Gosh this location always forgets the syrup in my drink. Every single time I have to turn around and go back in to get it fixed. I've started tasting it before I leave now which I shouldn't have to do. I got a caramel macchiato that tasted like watery milk! This location is terrible. Are the workers not getting training? This is easily the friendliest Starbucks that I've come across since moving to a new state. The baristas are friendly, always have my order right & you can tell everyone is having a good time at work. There's a good amount of seating & I've spent several hours working from here. Be warned though, it can get noisy from the coffee grinder, music & amount of people who might be in at any time! Still a great place to relax with coffee & a good book! read more

This is the friendliest place on Earth. Perhaps all you good folks that moved from LA to Nashville forgot what attitudes you left behind? Truly nice folks work here, great service, and they find a way to put a smile on your face. Small inside seating area, and a handful of tables outside, this is primarily a drive-thru location. If you've seen some of my Starbuck posts before, I'm usually not a fan of locations, such as these, where the inside patrons compete the drive-thru window -- noise and what not. But here, they do it seamlessly and with headsets, so not to disturb the whole lot inside. This is the fav spot (often 2 times per day) of locals Kelly & Michelle B, and when it town visiting, it's mine, too. Kudos! read more

I love Starbucks and when we FINALLY got one in Spring Hill... I was STOKED! No longer would I have to drive all the way to Franklin to get my "fix"... and believe me, I did it! Nearly everyday! They've had the same people working there for the last few years and they're consistently friendly and if you go often, quick to remember your order &/or name. Sometimes the line is pretty long... but generally it's a breeze. If you're after the morning "rush" on 31, you're usually the only one in the drive thru and you'll be through in 2-3 minutes, and I like that! The one thing that they've stopped doing, which I was appreciative of, is listing off the names of every employee who works there when greeting me to take my order, ie: "Thanks for coming to starbucks we have Ben, Ally, Pam, Sue and Mike ready to take & make your order". Now, I appreciate the spunky-ness... but I haven't HAD my coffee yet and clearly they had, so what's normally regarded as good customer service was really more of an annoyance. Now that we have not 1, not 2 but 3 Starbucks' in Spring Hill (one in Kroger Marketplace & one at Target), I have my pick of locations... which is perfect for this total Starbucks junkie :) read more

I don't understand why it is always 50/50 whether or not a Green Tea Frap will taste like heaven on earth or a butterscotch fart. This is my go to drink and I promise you the flavor of the two are so different that you would think that they're making you a completely different drink. It is super frustrating because anytime I tell them what it tastes like when it doesn't taste right, they always argue with me about it. Taste it for yourself bro. Garbage in a cup. This is the "Chick-Fil-A" of Starbucks locations. Last week my dog and I went through the drive through and were treated like a special guest. I wish I had the name of the young lady who took my order, was so friendly, and gave my dog a puppy cup. One of THE nicest Starbucks in the "Greater Nashville area!" For the first time ever I was very displeased with the drive thru service. The attendant appear confused and rude.

Worse Starbucks I've ever been to . I waited on the drive thru line for 25 minutes and there was only 4 cars.

This Starbucks is a joke. After ordering a brewed coffee, I was told I needed to wait about two to three minutes for them to brew some fresh for me. That seemed like no problem me. I was told my coffee would be brought out to me. After sitting with my wife for twenty minutes and watching two baristas talk with their friends in store as the line grew longer and longer, my coffee was still apparently not ready. I decide I'll go see what's going on. It takes me 10 minutes to navigate the now serpentine line up to the register. Once I approach, I ask the barista if my coffee has finished brewing. She says "Oh. Yes it has." And gives me my coffee. Next time, I'll take my thirty minutes and drive to a real coffeehouse. read more

My favorite Starbucks! Although all Starbucks have the same atmosphere and obviously a consistent brand this place fits the bill. The people who work there are/have become my friends and I enjoy catching up with their lives. Their personalities albeit diverse to fit the community like a glove. This is a great Starbucks, but it does not currently have a Clover machine. It is a good Starbucks to work at, but it is a little on the smaller side, so it may be hard to get a seat. I would definitely come to the this actual Starbucks instead of the non-actual Starbucks down the way at Kroger or at Target. read more

This has been MY PLACE to come to since it opened. The service has gone down since Makayla left. Today I go in with my own creamer and ice in my reusable cup. I use my own creamer as I have just finished treatment for breast cancer and cannot have the dairy or sweetener. My creamer can only be purchased 1 place that is not local and is $7 a carton. I came in and asked the lady what would be the best way to do my cold brew, as I had my own ice and creamer in my cup. Should I get the cold brew in another cup and just pour it into mine? She said "no", just to take my lid. Before I realized what she was doing, she turned around and poured out my creamer. She apologized, but never offered me any kind of compensation like a free drink. I ordered another black cold brew hardly any ice. When my drink came up to the counter, there is was, creamer, sweet net and full of ice. I gave up at that point. Still no offer of a card for a free drink the next time around. Very sad customer service as far as I'm concerned. read more

Starbucks is great for a good pick me up. I enjoy that they have non dairy options to add to your coffee. My personal favorite is a hazelnut almond milk latte. It's sweet, but not too much and has a great taste. Starbucks also has good options for those non coffee drinkers (yes, they do exist)! I tasted the peppermint hot coffee which was delicious. Let's start out that I purchase this drink all the time from this location and among others. Today I ordered the same drink I always get and when I received it.. the venti cup was more than half full of cold foam and barely any coffee. So they want me to drink foam for the majority of the drink and pay for basically no coffee for it being a venti. I politely talked to them so they remade the drink but instead of making it with the correct amount of coffee I watched the barista pour milk into the cup that had barely even a shot of coffee in it and then top with foam then give to me. Now it is literally a straight a milk drink with a slight coffee taste with still no coffee. This store needs to get their shit together. If customers are paying $6 bucks a coffee they should get what they paid for and not be jipped. My family and I will never return to this location. read more

I just read a review from a guy that just said that CA people forgot to leave their manners there before coming to TN. I'm here to review this Starbucks as a resident of TN. These one star votes are for real and so is my review. I have gone to this location for the last time. No place to park, always crowded and full of yuppies, not that I have anything against yuppies but it's not the people so much as it's the self entitlement. This is such a small Starbucks that it is shameful in comparison to others I've gone to. The only reason I've ventured out as far as I have to this location is because it's the ONLY Starbucks in a radius that is reasonable to drive but I'm done with the place. At pick up, when I ordered my coffee, there was no eye contact, no smiles and no thank you. I'm not looking for this to build my ego, I'm looking for it because it's the friendly thing to do. This certainly is not the TN that I know with the attitude that I have consistently experienced at this place - not just with the employees but also with the types of customers it attracts. The search is on for another coffee shop but my time is done at this location. I won't stand in line for 45 minutes to get coffee nor will I park a block away just to go in nor will I put up with the rude behavior of the patrons that go there. This place is full of people that are transients and transplants from other states, again, not that there is anything wrong with this because they have to have somewhere to go! but when it changes the dynamics of the real people that live here in this wonderful state of TN, you can have it. My mission now is to find another Starbucks to compare and contrast. read more
