Staff was friendly, the stuffed biscuit was really good. I'll definitely be back to try some other things.

Not only is the coffee amazing, but they have a wide variety of breakfast and brunch items on their menu that are just delicious and light and don't make you feel like you have over indulged. The staff is always helpful and attentive. The decor is welcome and pleasant and a nice place to meet up with friends for lunch or just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and have breakfast.

Great little local place. Coffee is yummy. Lots of sweet options too. Tried breakfast for the first time - Garden Toast pictures. It was really good. Very fresh. Great service - when their regulars walked in, they knew what to fix them. Avoid the chain places and come here. Much better product for the money!

Outstanding customer service, great coffee and legitimate healthy breakfast food that will leave you wanting more! Tried the Chicken Chili and Avocado Toast (minus red pepper flakes to kick out the spice) and wow - so yummy. Seasonal coffee flavors keep you coming back. I drove from Franklin just to try this place and I wasn't disappointed.

Only reviewing based on the coffee. I had a cappuccino. The milk was burnt so it's hard to tell what the espresso was like but from what I could tell it didn't have much going for it. Kind of oldish, kind of flavorless. I don't mind paying $4 for a small cappuccino if it's good so this hurt a little extra. I still tip the dollar because the server was friendly and efficient.

We both had delicious breakfast sandwiches; mine with the best fruit cup I've ever had as a side and my latte was perfect.

Everybody I know loves their Granny's collards best, but I swear that these are truly outstanding. The werewolf was great, I really liked the slaw/collard/mayo synergy, with a generous amount of roast beef. Service was great today, so I am assuming my previous visit was the exception. I have been recommended this place by multiple people throughout the years and finally got a chance to give it a try. (Well, I say that but mainly because I go to Gold's Deli everytime I'm in Columbia. So it was time to share the love) They have a pretty large menu of various sandwiches, I wish I had grabbed a picture of them. I asked the cashier if she had to pick one sandwich which one would it be, she gave me a list of about 3 that all sounded amazing. The fourth she suggested was if you're overwhelmed or unsure just get the Italian. I LOVE Italian sandwiches so that is what I ended up with. Everything here is fresh so I waited about 5-10 minutes for my sandwich to get made. I will definitely be trying out some of the more adventurous creations next time but this was so good. This Italian has a freshness to it that I have a hard time describing but their olive oil blend is lovely, the olives, banana peppers and lettuce helped with that fresh taste as well I'm sure. The bread is incredible! It taste house baked, crisp outer crust with a pillowy interior. The house chips were also really good and salted perfectly. The inside is cool, it's a microbrewery and there's subtle like alien themes throughout? Overall can't wait to try it out again, stop by if you're ever down in Columbia!

The restaurant itself is in an old industrial building, the CAB, that has been a number of establishments just in the past 4 years. I don't know why most places can't sustain themselves in this location, but my guess is that they are hidden and if you don't know they are there, you'll never find them. The menu is limited to about an about 8 or 9 different sandwiches. The matador is a good, traditional roast beef sandwich. Again, it's not going to knock your socks off, but it's good. Sides come separate. Here's the rub though, the couple of times I've been in, nobody has ever been very friendly. You go into Gold's or the BBQ place, you get a warm welcome and good conversation. Here, it's dark, industrial, and eh, "what do you want for lunch" kind of attitude. I'm not knocking the place. It's a decent lunch, but they need to "wow" their customers so they tell people about it because of its hidden location. I hope they do well, but somehow they need to do better than what's been a revolving door of lunch counters and coffee shops that have populated the Columbia Arts Building. The Pepper Popper Burger was outstanding--juicy smash burger patties topped with spicy cream cheese, bacon, jalapeño poppers, and hot pepper bacon jam. The crispy Brussels sprouts were a pleasant surprise and paired really well with the burger. I do wish they had some sort of sauce to dip them in or to pour over. They were certainly good on their own. The pork rinds were fresh, light, and crispy--not greasy at all. They made for a great appetizer and were perfect for sharing.
