This is my favorite stop on Monday & Friday mornings for my splurge drinks (sugar-free Americano or Mississippi Mud.) The service is great... they have the sweetest young ladies in there. The decor is nice, especially during the holidays. Very clean! They have a nice fireplace to sit by and read. It's a nice change of pace. I've reserved their meeting space a few times....it's a real blessing to have a local place to gather & meet. I've also been to a business meeting/lunch recently catered by Cabin Coffee. The food was great, the coffee was hot, and everything looked perfect! They sell packages of their coffee (either whole beans or ground). I buy tons of coffee packages, K-Cups, gift cards, and candy espresso beans to make Christmas gift baskets for clients, teachers, friends, and family. Everyone loves their gifts/coffee. I used to be a big fan of the coffee at Dunkin' Donuts, but now I am a "coffee snob" because if it's not Cabin Coffee...then I don't want it. read more

Greasy food, bad coffee (unless you drink black) service is generally unpleasant, ambiance feels dated and stuffy. Would not recommend.

Love this place. They have really good affordable lunch choices. I had their chicken salad on a croissant. So tasty and not a lot of extra mayo in it. Has a slight sweet flavor to it. Good amount of shredded chicken as well. Lots of good hot drinks other than coffee as well as fountain drinks to wash their food choices down. Service was friendly and quick. First time I've ever been here. Worst cup of overpriced chai tea I've ever received.. They have not a clue how to prepare this overpriced cup of tea. Nothing but milk, The decor is pretentious. If they focus on their drinks more than the decor maybe they could make a decent cup of overpriced tea. those cinnamon rolls messed me up, when Im telling you it sounded like like world war three had just begun I'm not exaggerating. I will admit they were as good as you could imagine but me and my family were racing I took 4 stops on my 20 minute trip to go blow up some random gas and go bathroom. I was sweating in the car as I thought every sudden move I might explode. as I was counting down the minute to my 20 minute trip I was praying to Jesus that if it was gonna be sent now just send me already. If Wolf and Scout or even Muletown are on the extreme hipster/snobby end of the Columbia coffee shop spectrum, Cabin Coffee Company represents the far, FAR opposite end. Someone has opened an inter-dimensional portal to Gatlinburg in the old bank, y'all. If you've ever been to the Apple Barn, you can picture what it's like inside the Cabin. The decor is garishly cheesy to the point of causing physical pain. However, the staff was upbeat and friendly, the service was speedy, and the drinks were shockingly good. One of the best americanos I've had. And for tea drinkers -they stock a crazy big variety of Rishi teas, a high end organic brand, which is much better than what Muletown can offer. While the ambience is not for me, Cabin Coffee Company certainly fills a unique niche - a non-threatening environment for fans of Dollywood in search of a fix for caffeine, faux cabin decor, and kitschy inspirational quotes. read more

Stopped by on a Saturday morning. Not many people inside. Staff super friendly. Order taken quickly and served quickly. I got a caramel latte and it was delicious. Loved the decor inside. They have a meeting room set up that is closed off with glass doors. Really cool set up. Will definitely be back to try the food next. read more

What made this coffee shop different from any other? Immediately upon entering I knew I was in a "different" coffee shop setting. Most feel forced or focused on a particular demographic. Here, a group of men sat in the Meeting Room, likely solving the issues of society. This looks like their regular place. A few computers were scattered about with coffee drinkers catching up on the news, planning their business day, or just relaxing with a video. Friends sat and discussed various topics, comfortable and feeling like they were in their own homes. Door Dashers were in and out quickly, each greated with a welcoming smile. The staff was AMAZINGLY friendly and offered a few suggestions for this first-time visitor. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. My croissant sandwich was excellent (sorry, no photo...I was hungry) and the dark roast coffee was amazing. Subtlety, the background music spoke life, joy and encouragement into my day. So my sons and I got out for the day and found this gem of a coffee shop! What an inviting atmosphere. Rustic charm. Uplifting and humorous sayings on a mixture of wooden and metal signs throughout. An impressive menu with hot, cold, and frozen drinks as well as plentiful food options are part of the delight of this locally owned and operated establishment. The mango squash smoothie my youngest generously let me taste was super fresh AND refreshing, and I'm quite sure would be a fabulous summertime offering. My oldest had the white coffee frappe (tumbleweed version, meaning an addition of sea salt and caramel). He also generously let me try this, and I was super impressed. And though admittedly I am not big on the sweeter side of coffee drinks, this one was right up his alley and delicious to both of us. I opted for a blackberry latte, and it could not have been more perfectly suited to my taste buds which require tons of bold coffee flavor. The two shots of blackberry flavor was just right for the large and did not overwhelm the coffee flavor I crave. (By the way, all the coffee is roasted in house!!!) Aside from the yummies, Cabin Coffee Co. even offers a "meeting room" where groups can come together and use at no extra charge, agreeing only to buy drinks/food. The 5 folk we interacted with were kind, hospitable and genuinely glad to have us as patrons. We do not get to Columbia often, but definitely will make this a for sure stop when we do! read more

Today we had a table for 9 reserved for my friend's birthday gathering. We were sitting eating our food that lacked substance... And mid bite were told we were at the wrong table, to move... We asked for 5 more minutes to swallow our food. Promptly after 5 minutes were up, we were greeted by owner to move. There was another party waiting. The restaurant was empty. Why we had to move made no sense. Our party name was written on the door... None of it made sense. We got no apology, nothing. You will never get a scent from us again. Horrible customer service. First visit was very disappointing. My husband ordered a hot chocolate that wasn't Hot, sausage and egg biscuit with cheese that he didn't ask for. I ordered a coffee with more cream than coffee and no sugar, and a slice of lemon blueberry coffee cake that tasted very old. Customer Service was good. read more
