Hands down the best coffee in town. I would drive out of my way just for this. Highly recommend.

They opened their new location in Tollgate a while back and it has plenty of parking and a more open neighborhood vibe. I frequent both locations, but probably Tollgate more often when I'm alone. The original location is my MIL's fave tho so we often visit to sit and chat. The modern and spacious vibe at both WS locations is diff than the other local shops (Awaken, Goat) that while have good offerings try to fit overwhelming coffee traffic and work/study/visit touchdowns into heritage historic houses that don't meet the space needs. And of course like most locals, WS is less commercial (and quieter) than the big chain shops. Still tops! read more

On our way out from Franklin,TN decided to get some ice coffee for the road. Went to a quaint live and shop area in Spring Hill, TN and discovered this gem of a coffee shop there, White Shepherd Coffee. The workers were very friendly and informative especially the general manager. Her name was Pam, I think? Ordered the 24oz German Shepherd iced coffee. It was delicious and well made. They use all organic ingredients. Did not try the pastries but they did look good. Friends ordered the same German Shepherd iced coffee and was impressed with it. Someone else got the Cherry Bomb ice refresher and loved it. The other couple even got the roasted beans to take home. The coffee shop is locally owned. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in quite some time. Got the spicy sandwich on an Asiago bagel and it was great. Tasted very fresh and homemade. Wife got the croissant sandwich and she loved it as well. Coffee was also delicious, we had the Samoa latte and the lucky clover. Both were excellent. This is definitely a hidden gem, takes a second to find it as it is a little bit hidden. Will be back for sure. read more

Great little family-owned coffee shop near the Bridge Church! Plenty of delicious coffee and food choices. Really appreciate the all-natural syrups for the refreshers. Normally when my kids order drinks they come out in the most unnatural electric colors, but not at WS! I also love that they use the "good ice". Honestly, I am not a huge coffee shop snob but there are very few coffee shops in Spring Hill that I frequent, White Sheperd Coffee being one of them. I go there with my children weekly to grab me and my son a croissant... and let me tell you, their croissants are probably the best I have had in the US so far. The first time I went they even had a slight sugary coating on the croissant and I immediately fell in love. I have been searching for a good croissant place since getting back from Europe and I found it! Secondly, they definitely have the best PSL in Spring Hill. All of their coffees are perfectly sweet and the espresso shot does not taste burnt - unlike some of the other coffee shops around here. The service is always efficient and the workers are nice! Though I am in and out quickly, I love making this coffee shop one of my weekly frequents (and my son does too). read more

We also have a German Shepard so we love the overall vibe and logo. I will say though that the customer service, they don't seem very happy when ordering. We found this amazing secret tucked in the back of an industrial park. If you have not had a chance to enjoy their ice cold latte...you are missing out it. Definitely tucked away in not the most convenient location for some, but since my dog groomer is close, I love to stop by for the most delicious breakfast sandwich ever on the days my pups get groomed. The ambience is perfect. Great place to get some online work done. Nice and open and well lit. The staff is very friendly. As a former barista, I enjoy my coffee black to be able to enjoy all the nuances of a coffee based on region, process, & roast. I tried their cold brew and it was alright. This particular coffee shop has a physical location in a small business industrial park in Spring hill as well as a mobile coffee truck. Over the weekend they held some sort of singing event at their physical location. They took up all of the parking spots in the entire industrial complex so nobody else could park in front of their establishments. They didn't even bother to go around and ask fellow business owners in the park about any concerns or if they were working over the weekend. They just did whatever they want which is pretty typical of the owner of this business. A complete lack of respect for anyone else. read more

Only been here once, but what I can tell you. The location is tucked away in an industrial park, so it is not very convenient. Coffee orders take a while and it wasn't busy. The interior is welcoming so this need to be a destination and not a grab and go. Service is super friendly . My wife enjoyed the White Shepard and commented on the coconut which I think is in another drink? Pricing for 2 coffees and 1 bagel was $13 before tip so pretty much in line with others. However the closed on Sunday is a big miss for me. There are only 2 days a week I'll go to a destination to sip coffee and White Shepard is closed on one of them. read more
