Fast seating using the yelp queue, vibe of staff is amazing, the food comes out hot and delicious! Ambience is warm and inviting with seating options at the bar, tables inside and out on the patio.

We loved the text waitlist and the kids menu was great. We loved the Skillet, Belgian Waffle, Pancakes and Cinnamon Rolls and the Breakfast wrap. The waitress was nice and service good, except we didn't get our waffles after over 5 minutes we flagged someone down to get them, , and then half way through our meal, she tried taking our plates way way too soon, we we're not done eating and she gave us our check too soon. If I want to eat fast food, I'll go To Jack In The Box. We had only a 3rd of the pancakes eaten and she asked us if we wanted a box? Hmm. Then she kept coming back while I dinking my full drink? I was very uncomfortable. We spent $100.00 so I expect to eat in peace. She was new, said she was only employed there for 7 days. They need to train her better. We only tipped 10%, maybe she will get the hint. Food was amazing.

The Chicken Waffle was very good. The waitress did a good job keeping our water refilled. The restaurant is kept very clean.

My fiancé and I have been to the Big Bad Breakfast a few times now and have loved it every time! We have had Ryan be our waiter a few times and he always does phenomenal, he's attentive and always making sure you have what you need. The atmosphere is nice and we love the screened in area to bring our pup to!

Everything kinda just tastes the same and is overall just meh. Visiting family for socal and they suggested we go here on the way to Nashville. They didn't say it was anything special, and really it was. Just overall meh. I got the breakfast crumble, wife got the cathead biscuit, nice of pancakes + bacon, brother and sister in law got other biscuits. For the first word in the name being "big," nothing was particularly big at all. Portions are ok....filling as it's alot of bread, but big not so much. My breakfast crumble was supposed to come with poached eggs....more like slow hard simmered eggs. Yolk cooked hard and in looking at other diner's plates, seem to be the norm. Shame as the dish itself needed the runny yolk as it was sort of dry. It was also supposed to come with tomato gravy, but I got a white looking gravy...which I'm not sure is even tomato. I mean, wouldn't it be a little pink or red? Either way it needed it for acid to cut the heaviness. Wife's biscuit essentially tasted the same except she had some chicken fingers on hers. Had a bit of my niece's pancakes and they were pretty dry and really meh....like bisquick. Small juices for kids is a small cup filled up half way....like wet? Why is this even an option? I'm not going to say the food wasn't good, it was ok. Just kind of disappointing. Knowing food options aren't the best in the world in comparison to CA, I would say ok to coming back, but if there was a wait I'd just go somewhere else.

The service was beyond horrible. Get ready because here is a LONG list of all that was wrong: 1. My drink was not what I ordered. I ordered earl grey and they gave me a coffee...I hate coffee. 2. We had a party of four and our food and drinks were served all scattered: some would get their drinks (after 45 minutes of waiting) and some would already get their food. Why did it not come at the same time? 3. We all got our food at different times, and some didn't get their drink until 25 minutes after their food. We had a lovely group of girls who came before us and had yet to get ANY drinks or food (they order water mind you) 4. We had absolutely no silverware even when the food came and when we got it they were soaking wet. We tried explaining this to the owner and she said "well I run my restaurant differently" 5. The server was very rude and seemed annoyed when we asked for simple requests 6. When the server brought sugar as we requested it was practically empty 7. The "owner" (I don't know if I can even call her that as she was EXTREMELY unprofessional) came over to ask us what was wrong because she overheard us complaining and we listed all of our recommendations kindly and she proceeded to give a list of excuses. She also said that she "runs" a restaurant differently than what we would when we stated we have worked in restaurants before and this is not how it is done. She rudely walked away as we were explaining our issues. That's not all. When one of us said "Clearly you don't know how to run one" under our breath she ran back and screamed across the restaurant "What did you just say about me" directly to one of us who did not even say it. This is extremely unprofessional for an owner. You should always respect customers even when they are being a pain. Trust me, I have been a server and you will always have difficult customers but you ALWAYS treat them with respect and never lose your temper. All in all, I will NEVER be back and hope this "owner" becomes more responsible and respectful towards her customers. It is a beautiful establishment that just needs better management. (p.s it was the wife)

Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Birdsong Social!…read more I had the pleasure of visiting Birdsong Social on a beautiful spring afternoon, and it was perfect from start to finish, as always. The Steakhouse Burger is hands-down one of the best I've had -- juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. The fries were cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and absolutely addictive when dipped in their house ranch. That ranch is next-level -- tantalizingly delicious and packed with flavor! I also loved having the seasonal Mango Cart beer on tap. It was refreshing, crisp, and the perfect complement to the meal. What really made the visit special was the outstanding service. All of the staff were excellent, but Summer D and Abby went above and beyond, making me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of while I relaxed out on the patio. Sitting outside on a perfect spring day, enjoying my meal with my favorite country music playing softly in the background... it doesn't get much better than that. Birdsong Social has it all -- great food, fantastic drinks, a wonderful atmosphere, and a team that truly cares. I'll definitely be back soon and often. Highly recommend!

My answer: "better than the nachos." Then I ask him: "how are the nachos ?" His reply: "not as good as my water". We then split a steakhouse burger. It was good - extremely messy, even if we hadn't split. The problems began around midnight - the fried onions almost killed us - my poor husband was still suffering the next day. We eat fried onions all of the time. No idea what made these guys so potent. The Pinot noir that I chose really was good. Service was ok - a lot of servers standing around talking to each other and to patrons sitting at the bar. The wait for our food was reasonable. If you are driving north on I-65, double check what exit you are going to get off - we followed Waze which took us off one exit too early. If it weren't so far out of our way, would we come back? Probably not.

For example, there was three of us on my tab. Two of us got the burgers and the other person got a chicken sandwich. Burgers were $19 and the chicken sandwich was $18. The steak prices are absolutely ridiculous. I am not gonna pay $60-$70 for a steak at a restaurant that looks like this. We've been to Perry's many times along with Jeff Ruby's and Smith Wolinsky's. Some of the prices matched these five star restaurants with nothing to back it up. We avoided getting a $300 bill at this Cracker Barrel so we ended up just getting the cheapest things on the menu cause I was already pissed off with the prices they were asking Anyhoo We got two sides, macaroni and cheese for $20 which would only feed one and a half adults if that and it was crap. and we also got a side of brussels sprouts which was a bowl for one person, but they swore it could feed 2 to 3 people and again brussels sprouts are crap. We both had water which was the best thing on the menu. The other person in our group had two drinks totaling $25. And we had a $10 dessert. our bill for the three of us was $160. With tip our bill was $185. Absolutely criminal. I felt like we got robbed. Now to review the food. Mediocre burger, mediocre chicken sandwich, terrible sides, but the water was fantastic. It's a very non-descriptive building. You walk into it and is one open floor plan. Nothing in there makes you feel like you're at an upscale five star restaurant with these prices. We've been too many five star restaurants Jeff Ruby, Smith, & Wollensky, etc. this place is more like a Cracker Barrel. One of the biggest pet peeves we had was during our entire service. There was only six people at our table. The waitress continually would stand at the end of the table (next to me ) and she would interrupt our meal and Ask Are we done with this plate or this fork or this bowl. So we had to stop and hand her any unused bowls or plates or silverware, even if we were using them still. The weird part was that she would never walk around the table and grab them from each person. She made us all gather them up and send them down to the end of table where I was sitting, and I had a stack of plates or bowls, etc., and hand them up to her. this happened numerous times throughout the meal I've never experienced this we felt so rushed and then once we got the bill, I was disgusted. So moral to the story is avoid Circa unless you want to get a overpriced mediocre meal this place is for you To be honest, you would get a better burger and mac & cheese at Cracker Barrel.

I downloaded the app and ordered tater cakes, two womelettes, and a cortado with brown sugar syrup. The total ended up being around $32, which I honestly did not think was that expensive. When checking out, I was disappointed to only see a card and PayPal option, as I use Apple Pay for everything. It would not save my card information, and I tried to save it for 10 minutes before closing the app for the 5th time, and then the option for Apple Pay randomly appeared. When I picked the order up, the staff kindly greeted me. I said I had a mobile order, they got it, and that was it. Quick and easy, which is how I prefer. The inside was really clean and cozy, and I wished I had eaten inside instead of in my car. For the food itself, it was fine. The tater cakes seemed to be tater tots pressed in a waffle maker. I did like the womelette, but it tasted like nothing special, like something I could make at home. The salsa and sour cream made it better, though it was a little cold, even though I picked it up on time. I could not drink the cortado. I added brown sugar syrup, but barely tasted it, and it was too bitter. However, I am used to flavored cortados. There were other menu items that caught my eye, so I would definitely give it another try.
