I frequent both locations, but probably Tollgate more often when I'm alone. The original location is my MIL's fave tho so we often visit to sit and chat. The modern and spacious vibe at both WS locations is diff than the other local shops (Awaken, Goat) that while have good offerings try to fit overwhelming coffee traffic and work/study/visit touchdowns into heritage historic houses that don't meet the space needs. And of course like most locals, WS is less commercial (and quieter) than the big chain shops. Still tops!

Jericho definitely fit the bill for consideration (we are still exploring coffee in and around Spring Hill). First, the coffee. SUPERB! Plenty of options, especially seasonal specialties. It is delicious! I am not sure what they use. It is bold but not bitter. We like our specialty drinks half-sweet so we can actually taste the coffee and not all the syrups. And their coffee delivered in flavor and quality! Second, the Service. OUTSTANDING! These are warm, welcoming, Jesus-loving Americans serving a smile and genuine kindness along with their java. Placed an order for 2 coffees, half dozen donuts a sandwhich and hashbrowns. There were two people working. The gal behind the counter was brand new and didn't know how to make sandwiches or how to make the drinks. She got the donuts and moved on to the next person in line. Second employee was literally tasked with doing EVERYTHING else (taking drive through orders, making sandwiches, drinks, etc). When the first girl asked me 15 minutes after taking my order if she could help me the other person said she didn't have time to train her on how to make the food right then. Why in the world do you have only one trained staff member for a weekend shift?! I felt bad for both of the staff but management is a disaster and sets the crew up for failure. Better to not even be open than to piss off your customers with literally waiting 24 minutes for service and repeatedly have to tell them what I am waiting for. Once my coffee was actually received the cup was only half full of coffee with have the cup full of melted whipped cream.
