The Iced White Shepherd
Willie T.

On our way out from Franklin,TN decided to get some ice coffee for the road. Went to a quaint live and shop area in Spring Hill, TN and discovered this gem of a coffee shop there, White Shepherd Coffee. The workers were very friendly and informative especially the general manager. Her name was Pam, I think? Ordered the 24oz German Shepherd iced coffee. It was delicious and well made. They use all organic ingredients. Did not try the pastries but they did look good. Friends ordered the same German Shepherd iced coffee and was impressed with it. Someone else got the Cherry Bomb ice refresher and loved it. The other couple even got the roasted beans to take home. The coffee shop is locally owned. Was informed that the core value of the coffee shop was "Faith, loyalty and trust".

I've been eyeing White Shepherd Coffee since moving to Spring Hill in 2022, but my work schedule always clashed with their hours. Now, with the rest of the year off, I finally made it--and I'm hooked. Tucked off the main drag, this spot isn't a stumble-upon find; you have to seek it out. Yet in just 30 minutes here, I've seen a steady stream of locals pouring in. In three short years, they've built a loyal following, alongside The Bridge mega-church, the new SHPD HQ, and nearby businesses. I ordered my go-to litmus test: a Hot Raspberry Mocha (aka Mochaberry Heat from my barista days). Most shops botch it--90%+ failure rate--but here? Perfection on the first try, no guidance needed. The Breakfast Sandwich was solid and flavorful, though next time I'll skip the cream cheese to avoid the mess (knife-and-fork mission accomplished). Spacious tables beg for laptops, the vibe is cozy-casual, staff are genuinely warm, and the playlist is spot-on. Count me as a regular now. If you're in Spring Hill, don't miss it!

Awesome coffee and pastries with gluten free options! Yummy treat in a good truck! We loved their menu, their friendly attitude and options. A great way to start the morning. Their chai was spicy and delicious and the spinach feta pastry practically like being in Greece! Definitely worth tracking down and trying, delicious!!

Fast and friendly service. The original egg classic breakfast sandwich exceeded my expectations. I love the cream cheese added into it and I also added in some bacon. It did not disappoint! Don't forget to grab a delicious cup of coffee to go along with whatever breakfast treat you choose. This was such a nice treat after this mornings 5k! Thank you White Shepherd Coffee for being there and making this morning that much better!

Cute little place. HARD to find. Looks like it's in back of a storage unit. Great coffee!

Great little family-owned coffee shop near the Bridge Church! Plenty of delicious coffee and food choices. Really appreciate the all-natural syrups for the refreshers. Normally when my kids order drinks they come out in the most unnatural electric colors, but not at WS! I also love that they use the "good ice". It's small touches like these that keep their customers coming back for more. We will be back soon!

BEST coffee and service around. We love White Shepherd Coffee! It's a small, family run business and the owners, Adam and Christi are the most kind people! Also, they are heavily involved in the community and are strong supporters of our amazing law enforcement community! If you haven't been, go check them out!!

Iced German shepherd coffee

So lovely! A neat little hidden gem in Spring Hill. Today was my first time visiting, and I felt very welcome. One of the owners was there and introduced herself to me - Kristi. She was so very kind! Lovely service, and the coffee was good as well. I had an iced German Shepherd. It was such a fun, creative flavor!

It took me so long to decide what to get because everything looked amazing. Thankfully they have tasty flights throughout the drink and food menus, so I was able to have it all! Dropped our food, one kind lady did check on use as we finished we were waiting for a lemonade $8!) and the server checked on all the tables around us to see if the needs anything and completely ignored us! What's up with that?! I'd go back for the food and maybe give them another chance in the service.

I downloaded the app and ordered tater cakes, two womelettes, and a cortado with brown sugar syrup. The total ended up being around $32, which I honestly did not think was that expensive. When checking out, I was disappointed to only see a card and PayPal option, as I use Apple Pay for everything. It would not save my card information, and I tried to save it for 10 minutes before closing the app for the 5th time, and then the option for Apple Pay randomly appeared. When I picked the order up, the staff kindly greeted me. I said I had a mobile order, they got it, and that was it. Quick and easy, which is how I prefer. The inside was really clean and cozy, and I wished I had eaten inside instead of in my car. For the food itself, it was fine. The tater cakes seemed to be tater tots pressed in a waffle maker. I did like the womelette, but it tasted like nothing special, like something I could make at home. The salsa and sour cream made it better, though it was a little cold, even though I picked it up on time. I could not drink the cortado. I added brown sugar syrup, but barely tasted it, and it was too bitter. However, I am used to flavored cortados. There were other menu items that caught my eye, so I would definitely give it another try.
