Kilt the cat At Curio to kick off the holiday weekend! Nothing better!
Cissy W.

We love Curio Brewing! It's located in a warehouse type industrial park, not much "curb appeal". But the staff is delightful, the beer selection is always great and they seem to have a food truck option most of the days we stop by. There is some outside seating in the front and I believe there is also seating out the back. Family friendly, dog friendly in the outside areas. Curio makes one of my all time favorite beers, Kilt the Cat, so that may bias my experience but I am always up for a Happy hour visit to Curio!

Curio Brewing is one of those spots you can come to any time of day - morning, afternoon, or evening - to find a refreshing beverage and experience quality time with others. Service is always friendly! They have a chill vibe with lots of space, board games to play, a playroom for kiddos, some outdoor seating, the main room, and the back room that's like a garage feel with picnic tables and their fermentation room for brewing their own craft beers. While we have previously enjoyed their Woke AF craft beer over trivia (Wednesday nights), today we came for their locally roasted espresso lattes - an iced cuban and an iced vanilla (homemade syrup) latte! We have throughly enjoyed everything we've tasted and now they have The Ginger Pig food truck housed in their lot - can't wait to return and try them out soon!

Orange Hazy & another good brew here!

There is always something good brewing at Curio! If you need a place to grab a caffeinated beverage or a beer/cider beverage this is the place! Ethan always makes a great coffee creation and beers on tap are really good! Plus good seating and a very chill vibe! If you're hungry, you can grab a delicious bite with the Ginger Pig Truck! They have fun events! Especially family friendly events. Also we recently reserved their space for an event and it was outstanding! Perla was so great to work with, and Ethan and Van really were awesome to work with the day of the event! I hope this place always keeps their fun, chill vibe! Such a fun local appt

Really great neighborhood coffee shop that also makes their own craft beer. The espresso drinks are delicious with many flavor & style options. It's always service with a smile, whether they're bringing your drink to the table or serving you at the bar. This has become a favorite place to work while enjoying coffee, muffins or breakfast burritos. Plus, we enjoy taking our kids there on the weekend to play board games. There's a small kids play area and an indoor/outdoor seating area out back where you can see the beer being made.

You can find Curio Brewing Company at 216 Noah Dr, Franklin, TN 37064. It's in a nondescript somewhat commercial area with plenty of parking out front - there's usually an RV that's used as a food truck parked to one side of the entrance. I love breweries like this - out-of-the-way, in atypical locations. I was staying in Brentwood starting out early and did a quick search to see if any breweries were open (I had little expectations as most breweries open in the afternoons) - one of my favorites, Living Waters was of course open as they also do amazing coffee - much to my surprise Curio Brewing popped up - I had tried a coffee stout previously from this brewery from a friend who brought a pack back to Atlanta and really I was already very close to Franklin so made a trip. It was early so most of the people there had just come out of a yoga session - I struck up a conversation with the taproom guy and started in trying their beers (I didn't try the coffee but it the aromas were amazing). * Trivia Sesh Session IPA 4/5 - Easy drinking citrusy IPA with a bit of haze, finishes dry and hoppy, very crushable. * Orange-U-Curios NEIPA 4/5 - Somewhat bright, crisp notes of tangerine in a dry hazy light body, nice amount of lacing - crushable hoppy, low bitterness finish. * Woke AF Coffee Stout 4/5 - Pretty decent coffee stout, more coffee bitter than I like but not too obnoxious, fair amount of roast malt, finishing full and creamy with good lacing. * Kilt the Cat Scottish Ale 4/5 - Competent Scots red with slightly sweet malty, earthy backbone and a fair amount of hops, English style bitter finish. * Light Bulb Kolsch 3.5/5 - On the brewers board it's listed as a "light American ale" which I think is a better description - it's light, more a cross between a session pale and a blonde. Neutral and crushable with low bitterness. In all I thought the beer above average and well made. The person behind the bar (not sure if he was an owner?) could describe the beers and processes used to brew, and was a pretty nice guy in general. The taproom is very family friended with what looked to be a little kids playroom towards one end. I hope to return at some point.

Cool little neighborhood shop offering both coffee and craft beer. Several coffee and beer options to choose from. I had previously purchased a couple of their beers from a local liquor store, so getting them on tap was the main reason for heading in. I drank Kilt the Cat, a Scottish ale, and it was great! My wife had a coffee (can't remember the name of it), and she said it was amazing! They have plenty of space both inside and outside to relax and enjoy your beverage. There is usually a food truck out front as well. Good for kids too, should you want to take your little ones. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we were there on a busy Saturday, we didn't have to wait long at all and the young lady behind the bar was awesome. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Such a nice spot! It's kind of tucked back and out of the way which makes this Franklin brew spot a little quieter-- which is great for working remote! I have been in before for a beer, but came in to work today when the Factory got super busy! It was a rainy and kinda chilly day, so I order a Chai Latte. :) So tasty! Nothing particularly special about it, but so delicious! I love the modern decor and seating at this place! Such a nice vibe! I also learned that they hold Trivia nights here every Wednesday night! I will definitely be back for one of those nights!

Love the people , ambience and the Coffee. Sip Local! Forgot to take the picture of the Pizza, but it was awesome .

Hidden coffee shop in Franklin! Coffee is pretty good. Service is great. Good place to hangout with friends and definitely kids friendly. This is my second visit and I love this place.

Ask the Community - Curio Brewing Company

Do you serve any food?

The website menu lists only two food items: muffins and bagels. I would expect those items to be rather basic. The place is clearly a beverage stop.

Wonderful flavors and textures abound in the bowl, which is actually a plastic container. That oil based concoction housed a tasty mix of fruit and granola that topped a silky base of pureed Acai berries. Fresh, refreshing, and replenishing. Your container of health can be topped with such selections as almond or peanut butter, and honey. It makes for a satisfying cornucopia of goodness. The bowl would be perfect if it were served in a paper canister rather than a plastic one. It seems counter-productive that eating healthy is being thwarted by the use of chemical based products. I'm not a hippie protesting lunatic. Quite the contrary. I really only eat healthy when I'm visiting my daughter. She inspires me to do so. So it seems to me that if eating healthy is the right thing to do, shouldn't it be done full measure? Shouldn't healthy food be served healthy? Soapbox relinquished, I've stepped down from that lofty perch. Go to Honest Coffee and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Eat, drink, and be happy. Quick Tip: Don't be dissuaded by the seemingly high price. Good taste and good fun are worth the price of admission. The matinee of life is viewed through eyes of hope. I hope to pay another visit to Honest Coffee in the not too distant future!

It is a cute place with a walk up to order and the server brings it to your table. We started with a latte, which was smooth, rich, and the perfect way to kick off the morning. The star of the table right away though was the bonuts--Biscuit Love's famous fried biscuit dough bites. They were warm, fluffy, lightly crispy on the outside, and coated in sugar with a hint of lemon mascarpone for dipping. Basically little pillows of happiness. The mini biscuits & gravy were classic comfort food. The biscuits were soft and buttery, and the gravy was creamy and packed with savory sausage flavor. It's a smaller portion but still incredibly satisfying. And then there was the chronic bacon--thick cut, caramelized with brown sugar and black pepper. Sweet, smoky, and slightly spicy, it's the kind of bacon you keep thinking about long after the meal is over. Everything felt fresh, indulgent, and very "Nashville brunch." The menu is playful but still rooted in traditional Southern flavors. Definitely worth the stop if you're exploring the city and want a memorable breakfast.

We were able to find nearby on street parking even though I hate to parallel park. You walk up to the register and order from an overhead menu board and they direct you to a table where they will bring out your food. This means that you do not have a server, just food runners. You can flag down a food runner if you need something. I ordered the SEC (sausage, egg, & cheese) biscuit and added a side of sausage gravy. The biscuit was flaky and tasty, but it was not like the old fashioned biscuits that I grew up with. I covered the biscuit with the gravy and it made for a good combo. My wife was not that hungry, so she ordered a kids waffle and bacon. She liked it and said it was just enough for her. We were talking to the table next to us and asked about the bonuts which were biscuit spheres covered in a lemon mascarpone and sitting in blueberry compote. The staff overheard and brought a small sample. They are worth going back for. The orange juice was great, but it would have been better if it was really cold. The restaurant was a corner storefront with lots of windows and an outside patio that would be great in warmer weather. Biscuit love is worth a stop.

I walked in, glanced at the menu for approximately 2.7 seconds, and knew exactly what destiny had in store for me: the Salted Queen Caramel Latte. (Yes ma'am. Royalty in a cup.) I placed my order with a young lady who was polite, friendly, and engaging, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if you just figured out where to stand. Five-star customer service before the caffeine even hit. Seating options? Oh, they've got you covered. You can sit outside upstairs and pretend you're in a Hallmark movie, or stay inside where it's cool and comfortable. We chose inside. The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. And yes, there's WiFi if you feel the need to actually work instead of just looking productive. Then I heard it, my name called out like I'd just won a prize. I stepped forward... and met my Salted Queen Caramel Latte. Wow. It was better than expected. Smooth. Rich. Perfectly balanced. I took one sip and this Old GOAT almost fainted. Which is ironic... because that's exactly where we were. If you live in Franklin and haven't tried The Fainting Goat Coffee, you're missing out. Go meet the Queen. Just be prepared... you might faint.
