I stopped getting Panera for awhile, well over a year, but decided to give them another try. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant with bacon added. What I got was just an egg and bacon croissant sandwich. Ridiculous price for a tiny sandwich while robbing me of half the breakfast sandwich I paid for. this location has always been horrible but other locations are not any better. I guess I'm back to not ordering anything from them, maybe I'll try again in another year or two. Employees expect you to serve yourself. Hardly ever people at the register which I could care less cuz I order from the kiosk but when you order a pastry they won't give it to you with your food, if you remember you need to ask about it and they just tell you to go to the front and get it. We went to Panera Bread to have lunch The place was clean .I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup . When the server brought out the chicken noodle soup. It looked good.The soup was cold and tasteless.I guess I need to give my homemade chicken noodle soup recipe to this place. It's much better than this place soup. I walked up to the kitchen and told the person my soup is cold. She said there is a microwave over there you need to use that.And also ordered a tuna salad sandwich. The tomatoes were no good not ripe they were pink in color .And the tuna barely had relish on it. I added mayonnaise to the bread. It was very tasteless!! Not what a tuna salad sandwich should be like.The sandwich should have had some hard boiled eggs ,celery,onion chopped in it. So for yet price of the food . This food was tasteless and not worth it. And it was our first time there..We will never return there again. The CEO of this company needs to know that the food there is not good . And step up your game !! I always order a Chicken Cesar Salad, every visit it's been missing at least one ingredient (it only contains chicken, lettuce, cheese, croutons, and dressing. Not sure why it's so hard to make it correctly.) This is a photo of my salad tonight, no chicken. A salad from a gas station would look more appetizing. I have always loved Panera food and sought it out when in Knoxville, Franklin, Hermitage and my prior home town Jackson, where I went at least twice a week and never had a bad experience. Since moving to Spring Hill I have been to this one 5 times and the food was bad all 5 times. I had not been since May as my order was completely wrong the last two times I went. Got a steak sandwich when I ordered a chicken one, etc. Today I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, small Mac and cheese, chips, unsweet tea. I checked in the bag driving away and saw a bagel and a baguette and something in the bottom. Went back, returned the bag. Amid apologies the girl gave me what she said was the correct bag. She had originally charged me $21.00. Driving home I noticed the ticket on the bag said $17.00!! Got home and opened the bag and saw a slice of bread. Picked it up and realized it was the chicken sandwich - unwrapped - laying on top of the Mac and cheese and chips bag. I have called several times but of course they do not answer but after several rings it cuts off. I am sure it is set up that way. As the chicken salad, tomatoes and lettuce fell all over the chip bag and Mac and cheese container which probably was handled by many I threw it away. I just paid $21.21 for a small Mac and cheese, bag of chips and tea that tastes awful. Panera tea is usually very good, this tastes old and stale. The person who took my credit card was wearing gloves - betting she also handles food with those same gloves, yet they promote themselves as 100% COVID safe. This was my last visit to Spring Hill Panera. I am sure it is a franchise but corporate needs to take a look at the manager who allows this extremely poor customer service and mediocre food as they are a stain on the Panera name. read more

Probably the worst local meal we've ever had in Spring Hill. The pizza has little cheese on it and was nearly raw. The grilled cheese had never been grilled...two pieces of bread with semi-melted cheese between them....chewy and disgusting. BBQ chicken salad was missing dressing.
