a bag of chicken in a car

I've heard nothing but good things about Bojangles and their breakfast sandwiches, biscuits, and hashbrowns. So today I decided to give it a whirl and I was absolutely blown away. Order at least a medium hashbrowns because once you eat one they are the tastiest little rounded potatoes you'll ever find, so happy I got him. Also I got the chicken and biscuit And decided to get the Cajun chicken which is very mildly spiced not overwhelming at all and it was outstanding I hate to add more fast food to my diet but any fast food out eat but probably more Bojangles nowadays. Give them a whirl

This place is the poster child for horrible food and non-existent service. If 0 stars were possible it might not be low enough.

Moving from NC, Bojangles is a staple. Biscuits and chicken. Can't go wrong. Cajun filet, egg, cheese and bacon biscuit.

It took me so long to decide what to get because everything looked amazing. Thankfully they have tasty flights throughout the drink and food menus, so I was able to have it all! The people who work here are very kind and clearly carry the care that was put into the menu through to their work there. Everything has a homey, sweet feel that makes you want to go home and redecorate, or just stay and keep eating their delicious food and feeling the good vibes!! Service was a star- the person taking orders wasn't friendly at all. It took a long time to get drinks, They charge $2 for the smallest glass of water and don't ask you to refill, you have to ask. The food took a very long time, but they were pretty busy in Sunday morning so they get a pass there. The servers were less than friendly. Dropped our food, one kind lady did check on use as we finished we were waiting for a lemonade $8!) and the server checked on all the tables around us to see if the needs anything and completely ignored us! What's up with that?! I'd go back for the food and maybe give them another chance in the service.

    Birdsong Social - Steakhouse Burger

Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Birdsong Social!…read more I had the pleasure of visiting Birdsong Social on a beautiful spring afternoon, and it was perfect from start to finish, as always. The Steakhouse Burger is hands-down one of the best I've had -- juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. The fries were cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and absolutely addictive when dipped in their house ranch. That ranch is next-level -- tantalizingly delicious and packed with flavor! I also loved having the seasonal Mango Cart beer on tap. It was refreshing, crisp, and the perfect complement to the meal. What really made the visit special was the outstanding service. All of the staff were excellent, but Summer D and Abby went above and beyond, making me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of while I relaxed out on the patio. Sitting outside on a perfect spring day, enjoying my meal with my favorite country music playing softly in the background... it doesn't get much better than that. Birdsong Social has it all -- great food, fantastic drinks, a wonderful atmosphere, and a team that truly cares. I'll definitely be back soon and often. Highly recommend!

My answer: "better than the nachos." Then I ask him: "how are the nachos ?" His reply: "not as good as my water". We then split a steakhouse burger. It was good - extremely messy, even if we hadn't split. The problems began around midnight - the fried onions almost killed us - my poor husband was still suffering the next day. We eat fried onions all of the time. No idea what made these guys so potent. The Pinot noir that I chose really was good. Service was ok - a lot of servers standing around talking to each other and to patrons sitting at the bar. The wait for our food was reasonable. If you are driving north on I-65, double check what exit you are going to get off - we followed Waze which took us off one exit too early. If it weren't so far out of our way, would we come back? Probably not.

I'm sending this directly to you instead of posting it online. In hopes to notify YOU of our experience so you can make any needed adjustments. EDIT: I TRIED TO EMAIL THE GENERAL MANAGER 3 TIMES TO PREVENT FROM POSTING THIS ONLINE BUT THE 3 EMAILS I FOUND DID NOT GO THROUGH AS THEY ARE NOT VALID!!! My family and I visited the Spring Hill, Tennessee location today 5/2, like multiple times in the past but this time was different. The hostess was not only rude but choose to tell my husband she had other things to do when he asked her about my daughter's cappuccino and his bloody mary (which we ordered when we were seated and our food arrived before the drinks). The expectation wasn't for her to perform a miracle but to notify the waitress. I understand wait times considering I've worked in restaurants and understand customer service considering I have spent my whole life working in it and currently still do. There was absolutely no excuses for her attitude or demenor considering the fact the waitress didn't once cheek on our table untill after I made a remark about missing meal items which I'm expected to pay for even if I didn't receive them. Not to mention, said waitress was standing next to the hostess behind our booth the whole time. Truthfully, I'm udderly disappointed I even paid $102 for sub par service because we could of had a better experience at McDonald's for a fraction of the price. I hope this helps you to know what's going on in one of your branches and to possibly prevent another family from having this type of experience! This really bothers me because my daughter and husband really enjoy BBB but after today's experience it's really hard to see me and my family returning to this location. Once again, I hope this helps you to increase the customer experience in this particular location. Best regards, Brittany S

My only advice to anybody reading this review is do not go to this place. This place is extremely…read moreoverpriced for what you actually get. . this place wants to be a five star restaurant with having a two star menu with five star price prices. For example, there was three of us on my tab. Two of us got the burgers and the other person got a chicken sandwich. Burgers were $19 and the chicken sandwich was $18. The steak prices are absolutely ridiculous. I am not gonna pay $60-$70 for a steak at a restaurant that looks like this. We've been to Perry's many times along with Jeff Ruby's and Smith Wolinsky's. Some of the prices matched these five star restaurants with nothing to back it up. We avoided getting a $300 bill at this Cracker Barrel so we ended up just getting the cheapest things on the menu cause I was already pissed off with the prices they were asking Anyhoo We got two sides, macaroni and cheese for $20 which would only feed one and a half adults if that and it was crap. and we also got a side of brussels sprouts which was a bowl for one person, but they swore it could feed 2 to 3 people and again brussels sprouts are crap. We both had water which was the best thing on the menu. The other person in our group had two drinks totaling $25. And we had a $10 dessert. our bill for the three of us was $160. With tip our bill was $185. Absolutely criminal. I felt like we got robbed. Now to review the food. Mediocre burger, mediocre chicken sandwich, terrible sides, but the water was fantastic. It's a very non-descriptive building. You walk into it and is one open floor plan. Nothing in there makes you feel like you're at an upscale five star restaurant with these prices. We've been too many five star restaurants Jeff Ruby, Smith, & Wollensky, etc. this place is more like a Cracker Barrel. One of the biggest pet peeves we had was during our entire service. There was only six people at our table. The waitress continually would stand at the end of the table (next to me ) and she would interrupt our meal and Ask Are we done with this plate or this fork or this bowl. So we had to stop and hand her any unused bowls or plates or silverware, even if we were using them still. The weird part was that she would never walk around the table and grab them from each person. She made us all gather them up and send them down to the end of table where I was sitting, and I had a stack of plates or bowls, etc., and hand them up to her. this happened numerous times throughout the meal I've never experienced this we felt so rushed and then once we got the bill, I was disgusted. So moral to the story is avoid Circa unless you want to get a overpriced mediocre meal this place is for you To be honest, you would get a better burger and mac & cheese at Cracker Barrel.
