I don't understand how a place that was totally packed an almost hour wait time after being seated w/ bread but no server had appeared to order drinks nor had order been taken. Shortly after placing order sub par food arrived dried out & overcooked. The server was cool, barely made it back to refill our glasses until after it was time to pay. My salad was warm 1 Cruton, Chicken was cold & chewy, broccoli was over cooked (army green) After all of that we simply were ready to go. Food is delicious. Atmosphere is energetic. Service is wonderful. HOWEVER... When it comes to facial hair longer than 1/2 inch, according to FDA, it needs to be in a restraint. Makes it just a little uncomfortable to enjoy the food to the fullest. Until they follow the regulation, i can't dine there. read more

I went because I haven't had a steak in a very long time. Also my friends from London couraged me to go because they love eating here when they visit. Yeah atmosphere was great I love the decor. All the servers were very sweet and nice. I couldn't wait to have a steak. I ordered the fried pickles for were very tasty. When my steak came it was medium when I asked for medium rare. I didn't ask them to do it over because it was late in the evening and that would have taken some time. I enjoyed the seasoning of the steak but it wasn't as tender as I would have liked it to have been. The onions were cooked to perfection along with the mushrooms but a little on the salty side. I really enjoyed myself with my friends there for the first time. I'll be back but I'll think I'll order something different. One overcooked steak does not mean it all is bad here. read more

We went here the day before Father's Day. We came for the steak bites (for our kids) the chili and of course the rolls. They were out of all 3! The rolls eventually came towards the end of our meal but we were bummed about the other two. Our server was nice but seems too busy to give attentive service. read more

I ordered online and specifically requested "no egg" on my salad. After getting home, the salad was full of eggs. I called the restaurant and reached "Hannah" who laughed after I explained what happened, stating that she didn't make the order. Disappointing customer service. A wonderful Valentine's dinner. The first time to eat at this Roadhouse and it is the best ever! We chose the Valentine's special and thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. I have eaten at this location numerous times, trying something different each time, and I have yet to be disappointed. Some of the best tasting food I've come across from a chain restaurant. Arrived at the restaurant at 4:50 p.m. on Sat. Jan 3 2026. wait was 30 min. so we found three seats at the bar. Placed our order at about 5:05. About 35 minutes later, we were told that our order had been sent to someone else. One steak arrived at 5:50 p.m. and the other two about five minutes later. No one, at the restaurant offered any compensation for the long delay. The restaurant was stuffy and extremely loud. Our experience at this joint certainly did not warrant our $100.00 bill. The service is great here they are extremely busy, but very fast and prompt everyone is very helpful and friendly, the food is AWESOME cooked well and the rolls are a must have. This is the 2nd time we've been to this location and we've been lucky to have Cruz as our waiter both time he's very friendly and attentive highly recommend dining here! read more

My review is not so much about the food, but the help. And not only this restaurant, but several others that I frequent. When it's time to pay the bill, I am asked if I want "change" without looking to see "how much change" would be coming back. Like yesterday when we were there, on a $43 bill, I handed over $60. What I got back in change was $14.00. So Mr. Manager, whoever is at the cash register is either really BAD at math, or is skimming off the customers that pay cash for their meal. read more

Food is always good unfortunately the staff is about as dependable as Taco Bell when it comes to giving you everything you paid for. Picked up our dinner only to find out once I got home they had left out the salad, chili and fries. Drove back across town after calling, picked up the rest of the food and checked before leaving to find they still had forgotten the chili. Waited on the chili, drove home and once I opened the salad found out they gave me the wrong salad. Back across town for a third time only to have the hostess get rude once I arrived. Your staff screwed up multiple times and now you're gonna get mad like I'm in the wrong? An hour and a half after picking up the first part of my order and I finally have everything. My family there last weekend and it was the worst service ever I put in an appetizer when we put our drinks in got our drinks but my appetizer never came we had to ask where it was. then put our main order in and we both got a house with meal it never came we had to ask where it was and then it ended up coming out with our meal wasn't happy about that plus the salad was awful. Drinks never got refilled my steak was way too salty for me to enjoy. by far the worst experience ever . More like half a star read more

Btw, this is fried sirloin. Never ordered it before but it's different than online reviews. What I received was at least half crumbs. The meat was almost like ground beef and separated from the breading. Both of them are flavorless. It's disgusting and no one wants to eat it. My guess is that they have staffing issues recently and the cook and servers left so they are disorganized. Food and service are equally terrible. read more

Used the app to get on the waitlist and it worked fine, only had a few minutes to wait. Waiter came over promptly and drinks arrived promptly. Far cry from last time. Also didn't have a waitress calling me baby. Finally got the Rattlesnake bites, was quite underwhelmed. They were very soggy and greasy like they hadn't been deep fried recently or long enough. Also had to grab some plates from the table next to us seeing we weren't provided any for our appetizer. Salads came out promptly and were very fresh and crispy. Been waiting for 20 minutes for our meal. The table next to us who came in after us has been served but we haven't. Now I am sitting here watching 6 servers dancing when they should be serving their customers. Just was informed that it will be a little longer due before we get our food! When dinner finally arrived it was good and bad. Wife had the pulled pork dinner which she really enjoyed. Me, my 12 oz hand cut strip steak was again over cooked and flavorless due to overcooking. Let me begin by saying that I usually have good experiences at Texas Roadhouse. Most locations I've visited have been quite good. Not this one! Wait time was 60-75 minutes - no big deal since they were extremely crowded. We waited about 15 minutes and found an opening at the bar and sat there. The bartenders, Ian and Evan, were excellent! They made great drinks and were very attentive and helpful. In fact, those 2 guys are the reason for my 2-star review. Otherwise it was one, since zero stars isn't allowed. We ordered an appetizer(cheese fries) and waited maybe 10 minutes for it to arrive. It was good - hot and fresh. After a few minutes we decided on entrees and placed our order. That's where things went south. My wife wasn't extremely hungry, so she ordered a bowl of chili. I opted for a burger. It took nearly 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Let's start with the chili. It was delivered to the table with no spoon, so the bartender had to go get that. Then, when my wife took a bite, she discovered it was cold. Not warm, COLD - like it had been sitting out for some time. Moving to my burger. I ordered it medium well. When I cut it in half I discovered it was VERY well done. In fact, the patty was crunchy. Oh, and my very burnt burger was also COLD! How in the world is a charred piece of meat served cold?? I'm sure it sat for a while. We were so disgusted we called for the manager. She apologized and offered us replacements, but both my wife and I were done. We had already waited 30 minutes for food and did not want to wait longer. The manager did not charge us, so at least she did the right thing. We paid the bill for drinks and the appetizer and left. Again, I will say the highlight of our experience was the guys behind the bar. Ian and Evan were great, and I would go back for a drink provided they were there. Otherwise I'll stay away from this location. If you want a better Texas Roadhouse experience in the Nashville area, I would recommend the Murfreesboro location over Spring Hill. read more

Excellent service with a well rehearsed process of seating guests that includes setting a basket full of signature hot rolls on the table as you are seated. Ambiance is casual "family friendly roadhouse" decor, design and music. My Dallas Filet was tender and cooked perfectly per my preferences. Located in a newer phase of The Crossings of Spring Hill (large regional shopping center) just one block off U.S. 31 AKA Main Street. Note: parking can be a chore in prime time since the lot does not border or share spaces with other local businesses. read more

Went to take my family out to eat here on Friday 4/5/2024 around 1700 We enjoyed the meals the service was 50/50 our waitresses was scattered and not so great at being on top of everything and then proceeded to blame the kitchen for the problems she is having at being a waitress.. then at the end we asked about the military discount to which all other restaurants will take a percentage off the check for our military discount the waitress wanted to see all military ID's and wrote down dates off of them.. which was odd and a first... then wanted to argue weather we were eligible for the military discount....( active or veteran should make a difference in my opinion it's still time served ) then she proceeded to have her female manager come obnoxiously yell out at our table the plates they would honor the discount for... which we at this point would have rather not asked.... It was too much of a shit show to honor a simple discount... ALSO not once through this unnecessarily excessively time-consuming transaction not once did any of the staff we dealt with have any kindness or professional people skills nor did anyone say "thank you for your service"... This is a chain restaurant, there are certain things you know they will have and provide and others they will not. Texas Roadhouse has these staple foods that you either do or don't, and if you don't want chain restaurant steak at a decent price, go somewhere else. Restaurant was very clean and had a nice "texas" atmosphere. For a Texas Roadhouse this location was great, the service was very friendly and they all seemed happy to be there. We ordered off the Early dine menu which is a great deal for large dinner meals at a cheaper rate. Smothered steak was a great choice, the meat by itself was thin and a little over cooked but the mushrooms and onion sauce was a delicious addition. The green beans were served with bacon and onions and were a great side, the french fries were lightly seasoned and good for steak fries. We also ordered a chicken critter salad which was very large and came with plenty of toppings. The crispy chicken on top was delicious and a whole meal in itself. Last we got a kids meal of grilled chicken and mashed potatoes. The grilled chicken had great season and was enjoyed by our toddler, and mashed potatoes were a little dry but had great flavor. Drink menu does not show prices for alcoholic beverages which we did not like, we ordered a beer and price for a tall Sam Adams was $9.50. Overall great experience and worth checking out. read more
