Terrible service. The delivery driver ignored my instructions and left my food sitting inside. She claimed to have rung the doorbell, but she never did. When I brought it up with her, she was rude and disrespectful. I reported the issue to the manager, who offered a discount, but I made it clear that wasn't what I was looking for. Train your employees better! The manager didn't seem particularly concerned. As a loyal Papa John's customer, I'm deeply disappointed, and you've just lost a valued customer. Oh another note, if you've been given instructions to ring the doorbell, don't just assume it rung and leave the food on the ground in the freezing cold. This was specifically a hand delivered order! This has happened multiple times with this location and I let it slide the last couple of times. Train your employees to know how to better handle a situation when a customer complains. Ordered a pizza and a papadia. When it was delivered it was cold and it was the wrong pizza. Called not once not twice but we are currently on our 3rd call to them. It's closing time so I don't expect to hear back from them. The first 2 calls we got hung up on. Including the tip I am out $40. The sad part is when you call to place an order you don't get the store you get a call center that then sends the order to the store. And guess what we were just hung up on for the third time. This was probably the worst service I've ever had at a pizza joint. We gir ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. When they didn't show up we called. The manager in a very rude way said it was for carry out and to come pick it up if we want it. When I went to pick the pizzas up I told him very calmly that I was not blaming him but that he should check into the stores on line ordering because there was a problem. Terrible service they repeatedly deliver the wrong food and the older driver is rude and when he delivered the wrong food twice in one night and came back a third time he gave the food to my wife then when she told him we didn't have the previous food because it was wrong plus cold we threw it away which we also told the person when we called and he stated was fine the old bastard snatched things from my wife's hand and we called to report this and the younger guy who answers laughed and said the old man had been "fucking shit up all night" we will never order here again. My boyfriend and I had ordered a pizza on Uber eats for pick up and when we went to pick it up, my boyfriend went inside and the manager told him to get the fuck out and said he wasn't going to serve him to fucking pizza and that they were closed now two hours early and then almost bought my boyfriend and pushed him out the store! Worst pizza in Franklin! Our large supreme wasn't even round! It was kind of oblong shaped, was not cut evenly, so half the pieces were huge and the rest were tiny. There were hardly ant toppings, and most of the cheese was on one side of the pizza so it was sliding off when a piece was picked up. There was so much sauce they could have made 2 more pizzas with it... and, I had ordered "light on the sauce." Overall, this was the worst pizza I ever had. Just a disaster tonight. Ordered after being kept on hold for a while. It was for a school fundraiser, so even passed on the details of what teacher my son has. Said they'd be here in 30-40 minutes. An hour later, I call. No, it hasn't left the store. Actually, it seems the order never went through! But I remember your order. We can have it to you in 15. Sounds good, I say. Okay? Okay, thanks. 30 minutes later, still no pizza. I call again. "Uh, you hung up before I could get your info." You... told me you had my order. "But it never went through." Places order at 624 PM. Delivery eta was 33 to 44 minutes. Pizza left store at 655 PM. Called at 730 as pizza eta was 720 at the latest. Don't worry it's on it's way he left with 4 orders you are number two. Called at 745 PM. I asked where is my order. Sorry sir we don't know for sure but he's on his way. I said if I am number two in the four orders he has been on the first order for 50 minutes now. Is he lost ? Pizza won't even be warm by the time it gets here. He apologized and I asked for a refund as I said I won't wait any longer for this order. Manager was very surely .. refunded me but made no excuse about why the order was so late. This used to be our go to pizza company but no longer. They clearly don't care about the customer base and the guarantee is only giving you a fresh pizza if you don't like what arrives. Being an ex New Yorker I know what good pizza is, I would have to say Papa John's is pretty good pizza for not being New York or New York style. it is an easy and fast substitute if you're looking for pizza although it is not the cheapest around some of their specialty pies are quite expensive, much more than their competitors. read more

I ordered a pizza from this place awhile ago and it was great, the second time I ordered however, they sent me the wrong pizza so I called and they gave me a replacement credit for my next order. Unfortunately my replacement pizza was disgusting!! I couldn't even eat half of it before I started feeling sick and throwing up! I threw up for awhile and had to shower afterwards, even the smell of the pizza was disguising!! I had to throw out the trash, change clothe, take shower and it's still giving me nausea just to think of it. I don't recommend this place. Better off going to Blaze Pizza or Piology! read more

I have had no issues with this location, and I really like Papa John's pizza so 5 - stars. We used to live close by here and got pizza frequently. We later moved closer to the Spring Hill location which is a disaster. We still come by here occasionally just because the pizza is good, despite the longer drive. read more

Ordered a pizza tonight with half pineapple and half mushrooms and onions. After 45 minutes what was delivered was a half cold cheese pizza. I was told I could wait for another 45 minutes for my pizza to be remade the right way. Decided not to wait over an hour an a half for the pizza I ordered that would probably come half cold.
