Very nice young man working there. The pizza was meh, at best. This is due to to the ingredients and recipe.

9/10 pizza. 8.5/10. Garlic bread 6/10, side salad good. Very good/helpful service. Never heard of it before and just stopped in. Looks small but a decent amount of seating. read more

Good New York style pizza ! Light crisp crust and delicious sauce . You wont be disappointed

I noticed that Fayzano's now has a "service charge" on their bill. I purchased one slice, a fountain drink, tax and a 21 cent "service charge". I paid cash, so this isn't a credit card fee. Is this a tip for the staff? If so, ok; just tell us. Otherwise it's just extra profit. Not a fan! read more

This is my absolute favorite pizza ever!! It's SO delicious and the staff has always been very friendly! The sauce is so unique and the pizza always makes me want to come back. My favorite has been the pepperoni and sausage pizza, although I'm sure anything you order would be delicious! The garlic knots are also absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend this place and can't wait go back. read more

Strong entry in the NY style category. If you are looking for thin crust pizza, this is the way to go. Forget the larger chains or the southern poofy crust places. This is your place for straight up pizza. read more

Extremely tasty with some great service I'd highly recommend if you're coming in for a meeting or want to spend some time with your family. The food was unlike your traditional pizza spot. The ingredients were extremely fresh and cooked well I highly recommend. read more

I was staying at a nearby hotel and decided to grab a pizza for dinner as not much else was around. This is a small Italian place located in a small strip mall just off the Interstate. There are a few seats inside but I brought mine back to the room. I started with the egg plant appetizer. It's a lightly breaded egg plant baked in sauce and cheese on top. It was surprisingly very good. Tastier than I expected. As a single person I also found it kind of filling. But, of course, there was also the pizza. I got the small deluxe. The small seemed more like a medium. The crust was a little thicker than I expected which, again, made it more filling. But the toppings were plentiful. In short this was a very positive experience. The food was more than enough and probably was enough for two. For an area with few options this was definitely a winner. read more

This small pizzeria is awesome. Clean dining area, friendly staff and delicious and good value food! Today I had a slice of the meat lovers pizza, cooked fresh a slice at a time. Topped with generous portions of pepperoni, sausage, beef, and Canadian bacon the pizza was served straight from the oven. The sauce is tasty and they do not overdo it on the pizza. This was my third time here and I have tried something different each time- all have been delicious! read more

Great pizza and very efficient operation. Staff is friendly. We go several times a month for takeout or eat in.

Still figuring it out... My instinct is that this is probably a good place... But I got a feeling that you need to know how to order here, and our multi-pizza order was only so so. I'm willing to share blame... read more

Ordered from Fayzanos via Uber Eats. Two orders of spaghetti and meatballs were just sauce and noodles. Garlic bread was ice cold and congealed. I was only credited for the cost of the meatballs - I wouldn't pay order and delivery for noodles and marinara. Store said they couldn't do anything. If they screw up your order, know they won't make it right. read more

Unfortunately the pizza was average at best and pretty certain the sauce was from a jar. The service was quick but it doesn't make up for the lackluster flavor of the meal. read more

The pizza was the best I have had in a long time. I will definitely order from them again.

They now have nice eat-in area & pizza & pastas are very good. The meatballs had too much spice in them. I don't know what the spice is, but it's just overwhelming. If they calm that down, they would be excellent. read more

We asked if the jalapeño poppers were made in house, but they told us they were frozen jalapeño poppers. They were decent, crispy and cream cheese filled. Ordered the calamari and they were really disappointing, dry and over fried. Only one crust option available "NY style" made me suspicious, thinking it was pre-made but when I picked it up they were working it by hand. read more

1st time visit. We arrived at 4 on Sunday afternoon. It is right off the interstate, so on and off the route we were headed. Staff was very welcoming. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Ordered garlic knots and a large pepperoni pizza. Garlic knots were huge and exceeded expectations. Pizza was very good, but I got pepperoni because kids were with me. I imagine if I lived closer this would be an easy in and out neighborhood pizza joint. read more

Everything about this place I LOVE. pizza was great. No soggy crust. The fried mushrooms and jalapeño poppers were on POINT. Definitely a go to spot. Good for families as well :) read more

Food.... pizza was OK. Nothing spectacular. I had the Margaritta pizza and the apple salad. Salad was really good. Pizza was mediocre at best. Had high hopes on this one but fell flat. I walked in, greated by a nice young man. Grabbed a couple cokes for my husband and was told by the grumpy older man at the counter that I couldn't add them to my online order. I asked if I can just pay for them. He said yes in a rude way, and I paid $3 for a 16 oz. Coke. 2 pizzas, salad and a coke ... over $50. Not that unexpected for the area but husband only ate 2 slices and pitched the remainder. Quite the bummer. read more

The pizza, wings and service were amazing! Can't wait to order takeout from here again!

I placed an order for a Chicken Alfredo Pasta online. I have eaten here before (great btw) but it usually takes them a minute to make the food (bc it's good and good things take time). So, about 20 minutes after I placed the order I left to get it (takes 5 minutes to get there). In this time I never received a notification my food was ready. I get there the food is ready and sitting out. I drive home and sit to eat. The food is cold and there are 5 pieces of very small chicken in the pasta. I had to microwave it for 1:30 that's how cold it was. I'm extremely disappointed as the food I've had here previously was amazing. I also very pissed because I paid 15 dollars for something that would have been better if it came from Dominos. Would not recommend ordering any food from here between 8-9pm as that's close to closing and probably why the food absolutely SUCKED. P.S I placed the order over an hour before close. read more

Fahgettaboutit!!!!! This pizza joint is the BOMB DOT COM! I had a hankering for a supreme pizza tonight and just happened to catch the name of this place when I was cruising around in Franklin so I hopped on Yelp and ordered one. It was ready is 15 minutes. Things I love. The crust is flavorful not bland like some pizza places but not too salty. The sauce is da shizz!! Sweet and tangy. Toppings were many and just the right amount. I could not stop eating it. It was so good. The inside of the place was cool too so consider dining in. Definitely my new FAV. read more

I'm not sure if there are new owners as previously it was a great pizza parlor. I found yesterday's visit not up to par. Service was not friendly whatsoever. Pizza was mediocre. Salad had a few brown spots. Prices were not rung up to coincide with the lunch menu prices. My last visit here. read more

1st time last time. Slightly better than chain pizza, and they messed up the order. These days you only get one shot due to the fact that you have to sell a kidney every time you go out to get something to eat. I spent over $50 and I had to remind the kid that I also ordered a salad, and he gave me the wrong salad. If someone reads this review and is so inclined to give them a shot, check your order. I wish somebody would invent an app where you could pull your tip away after the fact. I am getting really tired of the level of service and the entitled mentality of the servers. read more

This pizza is horrible!! This about the third or fourth time i've picked up pizza for my team from here and it gets worse each time. There's NOTHING "NY style" about this pizza . I ask for my pizza's to be well done and they still come out a floppy , doughy mess. This is basically one step above Papa Johns or Dominoes . The dough is bad, the cheese they are using tastes like you are chewing on rubber . I don't understand how anyone thinks this is good . You can just look at the picture and see it's like a papa johns . I'm done giving this place chances to be good and wasting my money . If you are looking for NY Style pizza, this place aint it! read more

Their pizzas are good and the generous sizes will fill up a very hungry stomach. Fresh ingredients and extremely fast service.

Lee ordered delivery and it was ok quality wise (good flavor but a bit soft in the crust for my taste), but compared with other local offerings it is quite expensive for just "ok" pizza. read more

The pizza itself was good overall, with the cheese being the best attribute. The sauce was flavorful as well. The downside was that the crust was lacking flavor/pretty bland. read more
