I got the shrimp scampi with house fettuccini. The fettuccini was a little too thick and just a tad under done. Wasn't coated in the sauce as well. The sauce was too watery, would've liked it a bit more glossy and creamy. The flavor was good but consistency and cohesiveness could be a little better. The burrata with the peach jelly was probably my favorite! Great balance with the crostini. Margarita flatbread was good too but nothing special. Worth a visit!

I walked in and originally ordered the Cajun pasta with meatballs, but at the last minute I thought, "You know what? Let me just stick with the original." So I changed my order to spaghetti with marinara sauce and meatballs. I get to checkout and my total is $32! I'm thinking, "Wow... that's a lot for some spaghetti." The kid at the register just rings me up and keeps it moving. Then when my food is ready, he hands me two pasta containers, my garlic bread, and says thank you. No bag. No utensils. No napkins. NOTHING. Like... I just spent $30+ and you're basically throwing the food at me and sending me on my way? As for the food, the spaghetti marinara was not all that, but I will say the meatballs were actually good. Since I had two meals, I reheated the Cajun pasta the next day--and honestly, I couldn't even eat it. It was SO oily that it was actually disgusting. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Definitely wouldn't recommend. If I could give 1 1/2 stars, I would. 1/2

If you are unfamiliar with this chain, think Chipotle for pasta, but it is not made in front of you. They have a bit of prepared pastas, but you can also create your own. Noodles and Company is a quick serve spot that serves purpose when the regular rotation of week night dinners runs a bit stale. The location itself needs some TLC as it is worn from ripped and torn seating, cabinet doors falling off of the drink station, stained ceiling tiles and dirty floors. The place needs some conditional love. Cleanliness was decent throughout with the exception of filthy entry windows and doors. Food wise I went with the Pesto Cavatappi and a side of garlic bread to go. Portions could be a bit larger, but that is why I added the garlic cheese bread. Pasta's are priced as is then there is an additional charge for protein. Your average pasta with protein will run you around $12. I enjoyed the pesto pasta and the chicken was lightly breaded and portioned well for the pasta. The garlic bread was a bit soggy and the cheese came off with one bite, and not in the cool "cheese pull" kind of way. Service was "meh". They were on their phones watching videos loudly while customers waited to be noticed at the counter. Overall, Noodles and Company is just okay. Definitely has potential to be added to a quick and easy weeknight dinner rotation, but they need to make a few adjustments.

Nice but talks WAY to much with customers to the fact that food sits way to long in the window, which because so much was backed up most of the dishes were not under the warming lamps. I am sorry but this is not expectable service. Yes be kind and chatty with customers but not to the extent of miss serving others. Had the chicken tender sandwich.
