I finally got the opportunity to try NY pie and they get close to real authentic Ny pizza but it's a bit off. I really wish I could have liked this place a bit more but it just misses the mark on real NY pizza. I know everyone has their preferred style but this is not mine. Not a ton of crisp on the pizza, a bit sloppy of a slice. Cheese was falling all over and the crust had little to no flavor. Solid and cheap lunch option spot though. read more

Cute little place we came because they had the best reviews out of all the pizza places in the area. It was so sweet to see how many local from here in the staff, recognizing them and building conversations with them. It is small, but there is lots of seating. They have pizzas premade, and they just put them in the oven. It's super quick or you can have them make your own pizza but they do sell pizza slice read more

The moment you step inside you're hit with the most delicious smell and greeted by very friendly staff. The crust was so deliciously crisp, the toppings to cheese ratio were right on point and it was cooked to perfection! Hands down the best pizza we've had in a very long time. Definitely a must try place if you are looking for good, New York style pizza. Nice crispy crust.. minimal flop even with a bunch of toppings, nice and crispy crust and under carriage. Service was spot on..very friendly and took pride in delivering a good experience. There've been several pizza places here before, but this one is, without a doubt, the best of all. Authentic New York style pizza with excellent thin crust done to your preferred crispness. (In our case very crispy).... savory sauce and quality toppings. Order online, by phone, or in person. By the slice pizza is available in-house (with a complementary to go boxes also). We came for the first time and had a so so experience. We ordered mozzarella sticks that were just frozen out of a bad so that was disappointing. We also order a supreme pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese and received neither. It tasted like a cracker with toppings. Also the pizza maker was not using gloves. He did wash his hands a lot but kept playing on his phone between making pizzas made us wonder how clean his hands were when he was making the pizza. read more

The food here is absolutely delicious! This was our go-to Friday night pizza spot for a while, and the quality has never disappointed. However, weekends--especially Fridays--can get very busy. We've had a few experiences where our pick-up order wasn't ready until 30+ minutes after the quoted time. The staff is always kind and doing their best, but it seems like they may need to expand or add extra help to keep up with demand. For the best experience, we highly recommend ordering on a weeknight--service is much quicker, and the food is just as amazing. read more

This is some pretty average pizza. Eating in the restaurant is pretty negative experience because the tables are so small that you can't fit the pizza and plates all on the table without stuff hanging off. The people working were nice and the pizza came out in a timely manner which is nice. Unfortunately the pizza is not very good. I miss the old pizza place that was there that used the high-quality cheese, which is what I think. This place is missing. read more

I am really picky when it comes to NY style pizza as I lived in NYC for many years and love love love NY pizza. That being said, this is the closet to authentic NY style pizza I could find in the area. The staff were great and friendly, quick service. Inside the place is somewhat small, not for large parties, it's more like a grab and go place but the pizza was delish! Parking available outside and there was an outside table or two. I also tried their NY style cheesecake, not my favorite to be honest but to be fair, they do not make the cheesecake there. read more

I work within walking distance from NY Pie and the food and service are both absolutely amazing!!! They also have delicious desserts as well!! If I have time and stay and eat there, the ambiance is fun and lively, people coming in and out with their orders. Nice enough folks, but for 38 bones, the xl pizza was well undercooked and I sat there for 10 minutes before I got up and asked if my pizza was done they told me it was and was sitting. Bummer. Not deal breaker but not ideal either. read more

Overcooked, sausage is a lot (more than i like) but just didnt like how it was burnt and scattered all over messily. Delicious pizza! We loved it. Had a pepperoni XL and the small Greek. We had a great experience and the food was delicious. There was a small wait as their order machine was acting up and large orders in front of us but they gave our kids a cookie to eat as we waited and everyone was happy. Pizza is good, not the best, but very good. It was a little greasy and floppy, but the cheese was generous, as were the toppings. We ordered several pizzas and the toppings were generous, pizza was hot, and appreciated the amount of cheese. Prices were fair. Waiting on the phone to place the take out order could have been faster and more efficient, but food was ready when we arrived. My only complaint is there was sooooo much crust. If you are a crust person, you'd be in heaven. For me, it was way too much crust. We would try this place again and can see why so many people like it. read more

I went back to NY Pie and decided to order a pepperoni pizza slice. My original complaint was the crust. It was too soft for my taste and didn't remind me of NY-style pizza. I'd be happy to say that the pizza slice's crust met my expectations. It had a crispy exterior with a softer interior. The tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese were excellent as before. I would come back here again for my NY Pizza fix. read more
