This was our first time trying Jets pizza and we really liked it. The young man who took my order was so helpful explaining the menu and was patient as we decided what we wanted. The Detroit style pizza was yummy, especially dipped in the marinara sauce that came with our bread sticks. (We'll order extra sauce next time!) We ordered what too much, but the leftovers were delicious after we reheated them in our airfryer. This is a great neighborhood pizzeria. read more

I ordered a Deep Dish pizza with Pepperoni and Mushrooms. Oh my god, this was THE BEST pizza I've had since I moved here last April '25!!! Wow! PERFECT!! Baked with the perfect crust and sauce. My lord , it was amazing. Well done and keep it up! You have a new / loyal customer that will order weekly now. read more

We have tried this pizza place 3 times so far. The pizza has been good and consistent. Wings were cooked nicely and not overly greasy. Staff was friendly upon pick up. We have ordered twice online and for delivery once. Service is fast and the food was prepared as requested. So far so good. read more

I'm a thick crust pizza guy. If you are too you'll like this place. Pan style with crispy edges and corners. Service fast and friendly!

Text message order was difficult but a phone call to the store fixed it and was able to honor the 15% off for a text order Great customer awareness when AI driven communication was not accurate when taking the order read more

Pretty good Detroit-style deep dish pizza take out & delivery. Lots of crust with crispy edges. You can also get round "thin" or "traditional" style crust. Good lunch special -two slices with a bottle drink. They also have salads, subs, etc. A cut above the Papa and Dom joints. read more

Always great 4 corner pizza & nice staff. The flavored crust is awesome (garlic is favorite).

Jet pizza is a favorite in our house, ordered tonight online and was able to take advantage of the hot deals in their website order. You can also sign up for rewards and take advantage of using points toward free items. Enjoy their deep dish and cinnamon bread sticks. Always yummy!! read more

We love this jets! The pizza is consistently good and they always get our order right. We also get the side salad with our pizza usually and it is always fresh. I think this is the best pizza in the area by far. read more

Wow! Best takeout pizza. Would be great for dine in if they had the space. I've never been to Detroit, but I have been to Chicago and NY and Detroit is now on the list for pizza! This stuff is awesome! The cook--Nacho--made one bad ass pie! I'll be back 100x and am looking for a reason to travel to the motor city now read more

As a rule I am not too picky about where to get a Pizza. The big chains generally make a pretty good (but not great) pie, and I've paid way more at high end places that really disappointed. This 1 star is due to three things: 1. The pizza is not that good 2. The online ordering I did not work properly 3. When my wife went to pick up the order they would not honor the coupon. I really want to support local restaurants but I also expect better service than we got tonight. We won't be back read more

Severe attitude and hygiene issue- someone please give this jets the heads up they are not king and queens- the night employees are beyond rude- PURPOSELY giving the wrong order to a kid on his birthday while laughing about messing up an order of jets bread 4 times - yep 4 times- had to beg to get it the way it comes on menu- I feel beyond bad for these employees lowest of the low to try to ruin a kids meal- also no masks. Wouldnt give name when asked so pics attached . read more

Good pizza. Good ingredients. Great cheese. Have always had good costumer experience and their ranch is spot on. One of the better quick pizza places around if you like deep dish. read more

Ordered here a few times and had good experiences. Fan of their BBQ Corner Pizza, does not disappoint. Also their regular pepperoni pizza is great, and not really greasy. I was surprised when I ordered an Antipasto salad the other day, it was better than I expected. We usually pick up and always on time & staff is nice. read more

Door dashed a pepperoni, mushroom and olive pizza last night (5/4/24). Everything was delivered as ordered, and in good time, but the pizza was so bad. The mushrooms were like rubber, they had to be canned. Overall we have had better frozen pizzas from the market. We love to support our local businesses, but this one is definitely not worth our money. The plain wings were not that bad though. read more

I had been a customer for 7 years ordering 2-4 times a month. In the last year this place has gone down hill... I have always asked for delivery. My wait times have gone from 45 minutes 7 years ago to an hour and a half and a couple times 2 hours.. The pizzas in those cases were cold... I chalk it up to being to understaffed.. Today was the last straw. I asked to order 2 pizzas and had a coupon they sent me last week and the person said no you can't use that because you have to bring it in?? Huh... He argued with me and stated hey man I'm new and just goin by what they told me and it will be an hour and a half... ok you lost a customer! I will never buy a pizza from you all again.. done rant over... I do feel sorry for the drivers as they have always been professional and nice and I've always tipped well.. read more

In reply to Jan S. And her pathetic attempt at degrading this Jets location! Jan- I would find it in your best interest to remove the image of "said employee" at Jets. I'm fully aware of this evening in question, it being your sons birthday, waiting on the car, the order taking too long, you calling ahead, blah blah blah and your HIGHLY demanding attitude towards a 17 y/o employee that had only worked there 3 weeks at the time. This particular Jets is VERY busy and does a high volume in sales weekly and unfortunately you're not the ONLY customer they have nor had this very busy night. Your "adult attitude" over timeliness and an error on the kitchens part, was very poor in character, more so acting like YOU were the 17 y/o employee not a mother. You acted as if you were an "typical entitled" Franklin resident, which more than likely means you're a transplant and not from around here. Real Franklin, TN residents have a bit of patience, compassion and grace towards the restaurant industry and its teenage workers. At least this boy is going to school (his senior year), playing sports, AND working part time. I suggest you look into maybe teaching and raising your son in the same manner most of us have in the South. (you don't have better things to do than bully a child, and write bad reviews on Yelp??!?! ) WOW just WOW !!! read more

Not terrible pizza for a chain and better than dominos. We ordered a supreme and a pepperoni with cheese sticks. A little greasy but I'd eat it again. The cheese sticks are pretty average. read more

I received an email about a Preds Pac special which was an 8 corner pizza w 1 topping plus Jet's bread for $8. I attempted to use the code on the Jet's app but was unsuccessful so, I called the location on Liberty Pike. I explained the special to the man who answered and asked if I could do delivery. He said that he wasn't supposed to but he would put it in as delivery. I thanked him and let him know that I wanted pepperoni and that I also wanted to add pineapple. I again reminded him about the Preds Pac special that included bread for $8. He told me that the delivery time was 35-45 minutes and I thanked him. When the delivery driver arrived, he had 1 box and said my total was $22. I asked to see the receipt and I was charged $15 for 1 pizza and no bread. I called the location and was out on hold several times for a few minutes. I spoke with the original guy who answered the phone and he told me that he would get his manager. A few minutes later, a female was on the phone. I explained the problem to her and she asked me to hold. She came back a minute or two later and said that her manager said that they couldn't offer the special. I explained that the special had already been offered when the email was sent. She said that it was online only. I told her that I attempted to use the code on the app and it didn't work; I mentioned to her that I also explained this to the guy that took my order. She said that she could have bread sent to me but that I would have to pay the price on the receipt. I said that she could take the pizza back and shove it up her bum. This is NOT the way to do business. I will never order from this Jets again, and corporate will be hearing from me. The delivery guy, Levi, still made a few bucks from me because he was very patient and polite while I called the location as he waited. read more

Pizza is good although small and expensive. Not high-end or anything Fast food pizza but it's definitely tasty.. Personally I think if you're going to spend that kind of money say $ 20 on a pie with a couple of toppings you're better off ordering it at Whole Foods if you like a more traditional tasting style pizza with better ingredients for the same price. read more

AMAZING pizza. I'm pretty sure I could eat this every day for the rest of my life. They also have the best ranch around! We usually get a bottle of it and take it home and use it for other things as well. Its very fresh and tasty. We love the garlic crust... and if you order online you can usually find a code in the mailers that go out weekly for a build your own pizza with unlimited toppings for a discounted price. NOT AWESOME service. Usually a teenager behind the counter with no personality. I've encountered one nice young lady. But lets be honest... I come here for the pizza, not for the service. read more

Ordered and paid for pizza to be ready by 7:30 pm. Got here at 7:30 pm and they were just putting it in oven. They said it wasn't they were busy. It was Friday night. Ended up giving me a credit. Pizza was good. Nacho was nice. read more

Delivered a plain cheese pIzza when a pepperoni was ordered ... didn't provide any solution for fixing the problem when asked.

Maybe the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was talked to rudely by the manager and our order was never delivered.

If I were just judging the quality of the pizza, this review would be 5 stars. But the service at this location is positively horrendous. There are usually teenagers at the helm and if they aren't rude (which they usually are) they are making mistakes. What makes it worse is that they are completely unapologetic. We've tried them at least a dozen times and we feel we've given them a fair shake. With so much competition for pizza joints, we will not tolerate the shoddy service. Take your business elsewhere. read more

My first order from Jets Pizza since moving from Austin, TX. The guy who took my order over the phone was totally uninterested in having a new customer and was down right rude!!! We will see how the pizza is. If you dislike your job that much then quit!!! And to add, they asked for no phone number at all to call if my order is late. The pizza arrived on time and was awesome! The driver was really nice. Need to take a look at the folks answering the phones! read more

Food is great! Came for the lunch special & had to wait to have it made? At 12 o'clock you'd think they would have that already to go??

Love their pizza- not a five star because of the prices they charge! Also they charge 3.50 delivery fee on top of the already pricey pizza. We only splurge here when we want deep dish- it's really good! read more

I think Jet's Pizza is absolutely delicious even if they're a bit pricey. I have ordered from them numerous times and I usually try to tip generously. I would have rated them with 5 stars except for the last two orders. Their Alfredo sauce is awesome. So....I thought I would save on a few calories and get the thin crust which is pretty much like a crispy cracker. I kept eating and thinking this is a really dry pizza! Upon examining more closely I realized there was no Alfredo sauce. I let it go b/c they're always on time, courteous and it's piping hot when it arrives. A year ago they were late and the delivery person apologized and gave me an order of bread for free!i As I rattle on.....The next issue was 2 nights ago. I ordered my regular butter crust, Alfredo sauce, bacon, mushrooms and pinepple and downsized to a medium. It arrived....not as hot as usual, and was round instead of square but I realize now I'd checked hand tossed. The crust was very stale, low on the toppings and as I have mentioned NOT hot. Maybe they have new employees and it was another "off" night. Third time's charm as the saying goes. read more
