Staff was very courteous on the phone when ordering. Pizzas were hot and ready when I arrived for pickup. Family enjoyed the pizza and I appreciated how the toppings were evenly distributed. Thank you!!

Wow! Best takeout pizza. Would be great for dine in if they had the space. I've never been to Detroit, but I have been to Chicago and NY and Detroit is now on the list for pizza! This stuff is awesome! The cook--Nacho--made one bad ass pie! I'll be back 100x and am looking for a reason to travel to the motor city now

No masks! And dirty stringy hair in face

While I have seen many Sal's, this location was my first venture into their pies and slices. Sal's is a classic NY style pizza, big and thin, with a little snap, but also a gentle flexible crust. It holds up well and is spot on for a classic NY style pie. Sal's is in a great spot in the complex, as being on the corner gives them premium space that includes a nice sized dining room plus a small patio. All my trips here have been for takeout, some order ahead, others order at the counter. Either way, orders have always been timely and correct. I am normally a classic slice fella, so a consistent for me is building my own, but I have enjoyed a few house pies including the buffalo chicken and white pizza. In addition to pizza, they have a wide variety of other Italian dishes from pastas to calzone, sandwiches, etc... Service has always been solid, never any issues. Overall, solid spot with good slices and pies!

Wife had some noodle food which we didn't enjoy. My fried squid wasn't fried very well and didn't have much squid. The bread they gave was tasty though! People we know love the restaurant so perhaps it's just us. Went home that night and made a great noodle meal with De Cecco noodles and sea animals which wife and I ate till stuffed.

This was the email I sent: "Two friends and I had a 7:15 PM reservation at Culaccino on January 10. Our server was Lee. Things started out fine, but we found ourselves quickly being subjected to Lee's somewhat aggressive approach to service. He honestly was the least personable server I've ever experienced, and had a very condescending manner. A misunderstanding occurred on my friend's order. She was brought a dish with pork in it, which was not what she ordered. Mistakes happen, but Lee was not at ALL nice or accommodating about it, laying the blame on her, and bringing it up multiple times during our meal, with a snarky and resentful undertone. After we paid, he walked up, dropped our checks, and walked away without a word. It was the first time in my life I've ever been tempted to leave zero tip. My conscience for some reason would not allow me to follow through on this, but it was as undeserved as any gratuity I've ever left. We wanted dessert, but we ended up going elsewhere due to how we'd been treated. We also had no clue we would be charged $6 a person for water! Perhaps something that could be mentioned during the ordering process. I've honestly never had a more disappointing dining experience. I loved the ambiance of the restaurant and had hoped to come back for a date night, but our experience left such a bad impression, I can't imagine spending additional money here. I'm not sure if other diners have had this experience with Lee, but we certainly did not feel welcome or valued as customers and felt it was important to make you aware." The food was fine, but most dishes needed salt- so basic. The lack of response from management, however, really says everything one needs to know about Culaccino. I'd truly recommend spending your dining dollars elsewhere.

This is a true Irish pub that pours a proper pint of Guinness and a smooth Smithwick's, along with a solid lineup of other beers. If you know, you know and they know how to pour it right. For an appetizer, I kicked things off with 10 "Almost Famous" Wings. Let me just say this clearly: the Nash-Hot wings are the BEST in Franklin. Crispy, flavorful, and bringing just enough heat to remind you that you're alive without requiring a fire extinguisher. For lunch, I went with a classic Irish go-to, the Fish & Chips. The fish had a light, crispy batter and was cooked just right. Flaky, tender, and not greasy. Exactly what you want. My wife ordered the Quinn's Classic Reuben, and it was stacked, melty, and equally impressive. The service is always top notch. Jeffrey, the owner, strolls around the dining room making everyone feel welcome and appreciated -- and that personal touch makes a difference. You can tell this isn't just a restaurant; it's a place people come to gather. And today, February 17th, 2026, congratulations to Jeffrey and Quinn's on celebrating 10 years! This spot has easily become a new favorite. My only gripe is the to-go parking situation. It's awful. That's not their fault though.... We always get the Margherita pizza add pepperoni and a caesar salad. Literally every single experience we devour it all. The salad always looks good, never any browning lettuce, and the pizza flavors are fresh and you can absolutely tell they are quality ingredients. For now, this is NUMBER ONE on our pizza list, for sure! No doubt about it. Service is always great, and usually quick with super friendly staff and the ambiance is clean and cozy - just how we like it! Highly recommend!

The salad with the pears was delicious! I would have just eaten that but we came for pizza. The margarita pizza was super yummy but not big enough for 3 adults. I winded up ordering just a cheese pizza too which was plenty big. The beers on tap were just fine for us too. We will definitely revisit when we are back in this town next year.

On my first trip, I had the chance to meet the owners, David and Amanda, and was immediately impressed by their passion for what they're building in the community. You can tell this place isn't just a restaurant--it's a labor of love. The sourdough crust absolutely blew me away. It has that perfect balance of crisp on the outside and soft, flavorful chew on the inside. You can taste the difference. The ingredients are fresh, the flavor combinations are dialed in, and every bite feels intentional. On my second visit, I brought one of the crews I work with--and let's just say it was a hit. We ordered plenty and still walked away with leftovers. Even better? The pizza was just as good reheated the next day (which says a lot about quality). Beyond the food, the ambiance makes you want to stick around. It has that welcoming, community-focused vibe that only true local ownership can create. David and Amanda have built something special here, and Thompson's Station is better for it. Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back.
