Less enamored with Spring Hill Marco's after trying more selections. Salad continues to be huge/packed, lots for 2, but also filled with brown lettuce. They do a nice job of packing the toppings tight on top, so the brown lettuce isn't visible until it's on your fork. Tried the New York crust. The crust did seem pretty New York in style, particularly the floppy centers that required either a fork or getting your fingers quite greasy trying to hold up a folded piece to eat. Overall it was a major grease fest that got tossed out after a few slices. The chicken dippers (um, boneless wings) aren't bad, but they seemed to have been fried several days prior, and appeared to have gotten most of their cook from sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. They were even browned in spots that was clearly not from frying but from some other secondary/holding dry heat method. I'll probably try Marco's one more time, to give them a fair shot in the local pizza wars, and because I've not had the thin crust yet. But the order will be a little reluctant at this point. read more

A terrible excuse for a sub. This is supposed to be the 12" Italiano Sub. It's all bread, no meat or toppings. Ours was missing the cheese and Italian dressing. Ordered delivery online, system said it'd take 40 minutes. At 60 minutes I called the store & was told the driver was just minutes away. At 85 minutes I called the store & was told the driver messed up & took the wrong pizzas but was almost back to the store to get mine. I pointed out that the pizzas would be more than an hour out of the oven when they arrived & was told, don't worry we keep them in thermal bags, they'll still be warm. I pointed out again that they will have been out of the oven for more than an hour, I was told, yeah, but they'll still be good. TERRIBLE customer service & very disappointing pizzas. read more

Amazing! Marcos knows how to make my pizza taste authentic. Plus Joe the manager made a change on the fly upon my request. These guys have great Customer Service! I got pepperoni and Italian sausage on the whole pizza and mushrooms and onions on half. My son was complaining about what I ordered but when he took one bite he was in love! This pizza had real ingredients and they were not skimpy. This pizza beat Pizza Hut, Caesars, Nelly's, Sals, Antonuccis, Dominos by far, and Jets. Why because the price was wonderful $19 for a Large with a quality ingredients pizza. Tastes like true Italian. I will definitely be ordering again from this place!!! But be careful to order from their website and NOT Yelp because Grubhub will take a cut of the price by trying to charge more. I've been a regular Marcos customer for 8 years now, but the last three orders have gone terribly wrong. My order has been wrong the last three times, like a simple pepperoni pizza with green peppers they forgot. I ordered cinnamon bread that they forgot to put the icing on. Then last night my pizza box was soaking wet and I realized the garlic sauce was open and had spilled in the box saturating the entire pizza. They agreed to send another pizza and when it arrived it had NO pizza sauce and the cheese was barely cooked. It was disgusting to say the least and inedible. They stand behind their service if they get an order wrong, Marcos will always make up for their mistakes, the pizza is good, the parmigiana thin crust with feta cheese and olives , with bacon is delicious. After pre-paying for my order online with a 15% tip, I arrived to an empty Belshire restaurant and was totally ignored by 4 employees for 10 minutes. Three (3 )employees refused to respond to my request for the manager. The manager finally appeared with a phone in his ear, and told me that i would have to wait until he was through with his phone call. Meanwhile, I had to stare at my finished pizza on the shelf, for an additional 5 minutes. I captured this "twilight zone" style of customer service on video. The manager never apologized for the service failure. When I told him that I intended to talk to the regional manager about this, he simply responded "Go ahead. i can't wait!" All of this is on video. Simply unacceptable! I have encountered situations like this before when racial profiling was the intent. Now I just ordered on the 3rd of April and something was off about the pizza! Ordered pizza online at 6:30, but only available delivery time was at 8:15, so I selected that. At 8:10, the app showed it out for delivery, but then in checking 10 min later, it was back to being "prepped". I called Marcos and they said the driver screwed up and should be delivering in 30 min. After 30 min I called again and talked with a Michael who said the driver went to the wrong address and they created a brand new order. But in looking at the delivery online, it was not updated, and the delivery time said "estimate is 92 minutes". The pizza finally came 45 minutes after order, but from now on, I will not be ordering Marcos anymore. There are plenty of other pizza places in the area who deliver. read more

Best delivery pizza in town! A little pricey but considering the other "highly recommended but awful New York style pizzerias" well worth it. Delivered early but I think they push out the time to make it seem like it arrives early. My only complaint is it was delivered to my neighbor, who called my number on the receipt, which made it a little awkward. If you like pepperoni I highly recommend the 'old style pepperoni'. Small and thick cut, it packs a strong flavor. I would suggest they add a little cheese on top of the pepperoni to keep it on the pizza better. As it is it falls off easily with each bite. read more

On the last 2 occasions, they told me 25 and 30 minutes. Both of them ended up around 45 and 52 minutes respectively.
