Delivery Service is apparently not closely monitored. Late deliverys with barely warm pizzas are not unfortunately recognized by management. I think this should be a priority if you are cooking pizzas for delivery. Service oversite doesn't end when you pull the pizzas out of the oven. read more

We haven't ordered from Marco's in a while and we might not order for awhile. Really surprised because their pizza used to be good. Ordering ahead was easy and that was probably the only good part of this experience. I will say the Salad was good and deserves 3 stars. Ordered a medium sausage and mushroom pizza. The sausage was good but crust wasn't, mushrooms were canned and horrible, and a frozen pizza would have tasted better. Not sure what's going on with their ingredients. Also got a Valentines cheese pizza. It was a thin crust pizza, but all the cheese was burnt (super think layer of cheese), so no melty cheese. My poor kid took a bite and said it was too hard (tough) and wouldn't eat it. He's not a pizza connoisseur at all and very rarely turns down a pizza, so this was bad. The pizza is pretty good - I love the crust but what sets this place apart is Josh the manager on duty today!! My pizza was delivered and just placed outside - no notification it had arrived so needless to say it was cold when I retrieved. However that is not the frustrating part - somehow my pizza was dropped (see picture). It was certainly still edible so I did not need another pizza but I felt it should be brought to the manager's attention. He was so polite and apologetic. He offered us a credit on our next order. Such awesome customer service! I will definitely be ordering from them again! This is a perfect example of taking a bad experience and turning it around into something positive!! Not my first choice to go for pizza. I tend to only frequent for fundraising events when the school profits from each order. The pizza is okay. I found that Marco's is a place to order if you want something quick and fast for the kids to eat. But i will say that the pizza is always fresh and hot, it's not for me, wasted calories! If I eat pizza it has to be delicious! So I can only recommend going if you want a cheap quick meal for kids on pizza night! read more

I'm not real needy, but the interaction leaves something to be desired. pizza arrived Luke warm. we're 2.8 miles away (would have picked up, but we didn't ok) cheese pizza met with mild enthusiasm, kids ate one slice each along with some cheesy bread and excused themselves. I had sausage and white sauce pizza. found it to be bland other than the sausage. None of the pizza was finished. Cheesy bread was good and well received. No review on cinnamon squares, no one ate them, yet. All in all, kind of a negative experience, not likely to repeat because of lack of flavor. As always everyone's tastebuds are different. We had a coupon and were just looking for a place to eat one Friday night and wound up at Marco's. We walked in and were skeptical in that it just looked like the average pizza chain that is mostly take-out/delivery so we were just expecting average. They were very friendly and more than accommodating of our coupon and changes. But then the pizza came and were were complete surprised at how good they were. I can't remember what our coupon was for but we got our regular with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, and both black and green olives and we also got a pepperoni. Both were very good. Sauce was good tomato flavor, not sweet, not too much oregano. Cheese was good as toppings were both good and plentiful. We also noticed that they came around to talk to this one family and it was obvious that not only did the family frequent Marcos but the staff take the time to get to know their customers, bring the kids a lollipop and such. They also came around to check on us as we were the only other people dining in at that time. The leftovers warmed up nicely. In fact, my daughter who didn't feel good that night and didn't eat her other supper she had made herself, immediately dug into the pepperoni and even had a second piece. We ordered it again last week when my parents were visiting. I used the online ordering system and just had my daughter pick it up and it was quick and easy - I love online ordering especially when I can keep my favorites right at hand and order with a minimum of clicks. She was dying to dig into it and got a piece so quickly after sitting it on the kitchen counter that I didn't even realize she had gotten any. We loved it the second time around. And this time my daughter hid the last piece so no one would get it. I just wish they were closer so we were in their delivery range. Probably tops for a chain and the price is pretty good. Oh, I will say that last week we got the cheese sticks and they were disappointing.
