Great service and the food was good as usual. Just want to note that they do NOT have a dining room anymore (the pictures on here are super old). This is a take out only spot with a few tables and chairs outside. read more

Pizza arrived cold. Cheese not melted thoroughly. Breadsticks were cold and tough. Marco's used to be our favorite. The pizza bowl was also cold. read more

Delivery Service is apparently not closely monitored. Late deliverys with barely warm pizzas are not unfortunately recognized by management. I think this should be a priority if you are cooking pizzas for delivery. Service oversite doesn't end when you pull the pizzas out of the oven. read more

We haven't ordered from Marco's in a while and we might not order for awhile. Really surprised because their pizza used to be good. Ordering ahead was easy and that was probably the only good part of this experience. I will say the Salad was good and deserves 3 stars. Ordered a medium sausage and mushroom pizza. The sausage was good but crust wasn't, mushrooms were canned and horrible, and a frozen pizza would have tasted better. Not sure what's going on with their ingredients. Also got a Valentines cheese pizza. It was a thin crust pizza, but all the cheese was burnt (super think layer of cheese), so no melty cheese. My poor kid took a bite and said it was too hard (tough) and wouldn't eat it. He's not a pizza connoisseur at all and very rarely turns down a pizza, so this was bad. Last time we order from there in Valentine's night! read more

Marco's Pizza - Really overdone pizza. You couldn't even enjoy the cheese on it since it was burned and a really tough crust. - Pizza Near Me - Franklin, Tennessee

Using the app was a disaster. The address was transcribed to grub hub incorrectly. Driver got lost couldn't help him because I didn't know where he was. Ordered thin crust which I did not get. Pizza was only okay. Mushrooms were canned not fresh. The only bright note was I called the store the next day and they refunded the entire purchase no questions asked. read more

Great pizza (good even when cold) with sausage & bacon. An XL fed our family of 4 no problem (please note, I do not have teenagers, so factor that in!). Pizza was ready in under 30 minutes & our order was correct & full of flavor! They do not have indoor dining, just carry-out service, but were steadily busy. read more

I ordered via delivery after getting in late from a flight. I eat gluten-free and this is one of the best gluten free pizzas I've tried. It's a cauliflower crust that bakes up better than most. I ordered a "Deluxe" and I will definitely be ordering it again. read more

Marco's on Mallory has become one of my family's go-to stops for pizza. The staff is extremely friendly and professional with their service and atmosphere. The pizza quality is always good, too! My favorite is the pepperoni magnifico. Really appreciate having a good chain pizza close to home. read more

We order Marco's at least once a week and it's consistently hot and delicious. Tonight's pie was extra yummy y'all. Great job...keep cooking up that fire! Also, your delivery drive (didn't get his name) was extremely polite...love that! read more

The pizza is pretty good - I love the crust but what sets this place apart is Josh the manager on duty today!! My pizza was delivered and just placed outside - no notification it had arrived so needless to say it was cold when I retrieved. However that is not the frustrating part - somehow my pizza was dropped (see picture). It was certainly still edible so I did not need another pizza but I felt it should be brought to the manager's attention. He was so polite and apologetic. He offered us a credit on our next order. Such awesome customer service! I will definitely be ordering from them again! This is a perfect example of taking a bad experience and turning it around into something positive!! Bravo Marcos, bravo!! read more

Marco's Pizza - Dropped pizza - Pizza Near Me - Franklin, Tennessee

Not my first choice to go for pizza. I tend to only frequent for fundraising events when the school profits from each order. The pizza is okay. I found that Marco's is a place to order if you want something quick and fast for the kids to eat. But i will say that the pizza is always fresh and hot, it's not for me, wasted calories! If I eat pizza it has to be delicious! So I can only recommend going if you want a cheap quick meal for kids on pizza night! read more

We are always greeted when we walk in and Everyone is nice! Pizza is hot when we pick it up!

First time customer. Husband picked up and delivered (15 minutes away) a deluxe original crust pizza to "reward" my long hours of yard work. We're both in awe! Toppings taste so fresh. And that crust! It's absolutely perfect. Just the right texture. We'll definitely be back! read more

Terrible service , lots of delay and nasty kitchen. Shameful that we are out of quality service in this area.

got two pizzas, cheesy bread and cinnamon squares. to start, ordered online using a promo. promo to be applied at checkout. it did not. the online tracking might be ok, wouldn't know. checked when pizza was already past eta, just to see it "was processing". I called, at 7ish pm, waited on hold, asked to wait again for about 5 mins, asked about me order, "guy left 6 minutes ago, should be there shortly" and hung up. I'm not real needy, but the interaction leaves something to be desired. pizza arrived Luke warm. we're 2.8 miles away (would have picked up, but we didn't ok) cheese pizza met with mild enthusiasm, kids ate one slice each along with some cheesy bread and excused themselves. I had sausage and white sauce pizza. found it to be bland other than the sausage. None of the pizza was finished. Cheesy bread was good and well received. No review on cinnamon squares, no one ate them, yet. All in all, kind of a negative experience, not likely to repeat because of lack of flavor. As always everyone's tastebuds are different. Peak hours didn't help. 2.5 stars out of 5 read more

We ordered a meat lover's on 4/1/2023 @ 5:53:41 pm @ 4115 Mallory Lane, Franklin, Tn 37067, 615-790-2244. The bacon on the pizza had no lean meat on the pieces, but there was plenty of fat meat on the meat lover's which we did not order. This Marco's Pizza has changed the bacon on these pizzas, which was needed immensely, but we did not need fat meat. We were very disappointed with our purchase. Marco's was our favorite pizza but their change in meat was awful. Our transaction # 100310320 Carolyn Norman carolynwnorman@gmail.com 4/5/2023 read more

Yummy and good pizza for the price. Ordered online and it was ready when I got there. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

Accommodating, welcoming place! Pleasantly surprised as it's a small strip shop, but was fantastic. Will Definitely go again!

Best delivery pizza in town. Hands down! All of the ingredients are fresh and savory. Nowhere else comes close!!

We decided to try it for the first time for a small birthday party and everyone agreed it was pretty gross. We should've just settled for jets. read more

Marco's Pizza - Marcos X-large Deluxe - Pizza Near Me - Franklin, Tennessee

Decided to give this place a try being tired of the usual papa johns and domino's. Place the order online and it was ready in 15 minutes where most places its at least a half hour or more. They were busy when I got there but it was ready and the clerk was friendly in his greating. The pizza was a lot better than most fast food pizza places. I really like the big pieces of sausage instead of the small bits most places use. Also got there chicken bites and they were perfectly cooked. read more

The service IS SHAMEFUL!! I have ordered a well done pizza TWICE in 2 weeks, and both times got a mushy pizza! The Manager was okay the first time in giving me a $20 credit on a $28 pizza.. This time, when I called to ask them to make it right. The guy was rude, over sensitive, and Hung Up on me!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY Marcos again.. read more

The pizza here tastes great so that's not the issue. My husband and I have gotten sick every time I've ate from here. I don't know what's going on in the kitchen but it feels like maybe they aren't handling the food properly. I would not suggest going here to anyone. read more

Great place for fair priced, amazing pizza. The variations of crust are a great idea and tasty

Wish I was one of those people with a 15 minute service. Going on an hour to pick up a simple pepperoni pizza and not looking good. Tried Marco's once before, Pizza's about the same as any of the other chains but I'm not into the waiting an hour plus for a simple pizza so probably the last time. read more

Sorry to break the 5 star run... The first couple times I had their pizza, I was upset I ate the food. Now I can appreciate it. Would I buy it on my own? No! But ur supporting locals (like w/Jett's). Plus: big pizzas and big slices. Neg: somewhat bland dough/ crust/ sausage. Fyi: I've never had thin crust only original. We had a coupon and were just looking for a place to eat one Friday night and wound up at Marco's. We walked in and were skeptical in that it just looked like the average pizza chain that is mostly take-out/delivery so we were just expecting average. They were very friendly and more than accommodating of our coupon and changes. But then the pizza came and were were complete surprised at how good they were. I can't remember what our coupon was for but we got our regular with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, and both black and green olives and we also got a pepperoni. Both were very good. Sauce was good tomato flavor, not sweet, not too much oregano. Cheese was good as toppings were both good and plentiful. We also noticed that they came around to talk to this one family and it was obvious that not only did the family frequent Marcos but the staff take the time to get to know their customers, bring the kids a lollipop and such. They also came around to check on us as we were the only other people dining in at that time. The leftovers warmed up nicely. In fact, my daughter who didn't feel good that night and didn't eat her other supper she had made herself, immediately dug into the pepperoni and even had a second piece. We ordered it again last week when my parents were visiting. I used the online ordering system and just had my daughter pick it up and it was quick and easy - I love online ordering especially when I can keep my favorites right at hand and order with a minimum of clicks. She was dying to dig into it and got a piece so quickly after sitting it on the kitchen counter that I didn't even realize she had gotten any. We loved it the second time around. And this time my daughter hid the last piece so no one would get it. I just wish they were closer so we were in their delivery range. Probably tops for a chain and the price is pretty good. Oh, I will say that last week we got the cheese sticks and they were disappointing. Each of us had a thought on why - my husband doesn't like garlic so he thought they were too garlicky, I thought they were too 'grainy' from the parmesan/romano cheese topping and they were a little dry. My daughter couldn't put her finger on it. read more

I received a free pie as part of a promotion package when I moved to Franklin and I decided to use the voucher and get my free pie. I don't know what I was expecting to get I was hoping for something better than fast food chain style pizza.
