I ordered 2 medium pizzas and an appetizer on 12/29. The app said 12-15 minutes before it'd be ready for pickup, so I showed up in that timeframe. I waited an additional 35 minutes. There was one guy working and one girl just pacing around the store. One guy walked in from his lunch break, didn't wash his hands, and started touching all of the cooked food. My food wasn't even correct and it wasn't cooked properly. I filed a complaint with Dominos the following day. The owner of the store emailed me 21 days later asking if I wanted a refund. I responded to his email in less than 30 minutes. I followed up 10 days later. It's now been a month and a half and I've yet to receive my refund. read more

See pics. burnt pizza is not ok. Why would you even put that in a box and deliver it. Much of it got tossed in the trash. Even high school kids wouldn't finish it. No response to my review to the email they sent me asking how was my food was, which is not good either. My number and email were included. This is the second significant issue with this particular dominos. I love dominos pizza, not this location on Carothers though. My pizza was over done and I'm more than done with this location. read more

Just make sure you check your order before you leave the store or before the delivery driver leaves. We order from here at least once a month and every other order something's wrong with it. I just ordered the garlic parmesan bacon tots and this happens more often than it should, but I picked it up and it was just overbaked tots. Handed it back to the guy and told him what I ordered and he took it to a table squirted something on it closed it and handed it back to me I opened it again and the garlic parmesan sauce nor the bacon was on it. So I asked him what he just pt on it and he just walked over to the other table and put the garlic parmesan sauce and bacon on it. So I asked him again what he put on it before and he just said it was a garlic. Well it was a liquid garlic which made the tots all soggy and nasty. I wasn't in the mood to explain to him that he put the wrong stuff on it as the manager should be telling him that. When it's in quality check they're clearly not checking the order to what they're closing up in a box. I unfortunately have kids who love their pizza and their garlic parmesan tots so I'll have to continue ordering until they're out of the house. read more

We placed an order April 4th for 11 pizzas. I received a confirmation! I show up on April 24 for our order and they CANCELLED IT without telling me! The worker couldn't tell me who cancelled it, when they cancelled it, or WHY! I had to provide lunch for a work event and had to run to little caesar's last minute for my pizza. Do not trust this location to complete your order. to add- the worker was completely rude and not willing to help us out even though it was a mistake on THEIR end. read more

We ordered pizza from here and had it delivered to our hotel. The pizza was what you expect from dominos and our order was completely correct. The driver brought it in and waited at the front desk for us to grab it. He was very nice. We received our pizza quickly and it was hot. read more

After many, many years of avoiding Domino's I decided to see how ths products have changed. I was totally impressed by the service. Delivery was top-notch. But, the brand completely re-made itself years back, rolled itself in new recipes by notable chefs and hopped into the oven. Yes, the pizza truly is a totally different product from its early years. Flavor-wise, I like where it's gone. But the crust? Simply disappointing. You're either a Domino's fan or your not. I've never really been and I'm still not. Crust is the foundation of the experience. I found the same odd textured, overly oiled breading used in every product from appetizer to dessert. With hand tossed and thin crusts the flavors disappointed me across the board. It's a letdown that cant be hidden with spices or toppings. I really liked the order and delivery experience, so if you're a fan of the product you should be happy with this location. read more

I earned a free pizza on Domino's app, and when I tried to redeem it, the order wouldn't go through and I got a notification to call this store. I called the store and some dude told me I had to call corporate to place the order. I called corporate and got a recorded message telling me to order through the app and then it hung up. I went into the store asking for help and store manager was as apathetic and rude and she could possibly be and basically just told me to piss off. Literally the worst operation I've ever seen - this store is such a joke. read more

Tracker app showed driver far away but said he was in my neighborhood. This location doesn't have adequate staffing of delivery drivers, which means an order sits under a warmer for 30+ minutes after being made prior to being delivered. Tonight was the second time in a row I've had this experience. The first time, my pizza was delivered nearly 2 hours after I ordered it. It was dehydrated (sauce and toppings dried out) from sitting under a warmer for an hour and was terrible. Tonight I noticed the order status stuck in the quality check phase and called after it had been here for 30 minutes. The store informed me it would be another 25 minutes before a driver was available to deliver my order, but I could come pick it up if I liked. I canceled the order because I would expect fresh out of the oven pizza if I picked it up, not pizza that had been under a warmer for a prolonged period of time. This place is a hot mess. They always seem to be short-staffed, and if you call you're put on hold until you just give up and go elsewhere. I keep giving this place a chance and hope it gets better bc they're so close, but I am over it. read more

Prompt, courteous service, supported by their neat Pizza Tracker web app that makes it simpler than its ever been to plan around the arrival of pizza getting delivered. I feel like the manager lied to me because he said his name was "A Boss." However, I have worked at several pizza companies and this store seemed to be the most clean and well organize I have ever seen. Ordered pizza at 5:30 paid online. Said pizza should arrive between 6:30 and 6:45. 6:30 come around and the little online tracker still showed that they hadn't even started the pizzas. We called. "One of our drivers didn't show up" it will be at least another two hours or you can like come pick it up" cancelled order. Now that it's 7, we can't get anything delivered from anywhere in time for dinner. Would be bedtime before something arrives. Dinner and night ruined. Thanks dominos . Worse yet, I have to take the heat because it was my idea to branch out and try something different instead of papa Murphy's like we usually have. The truly unforgivable thing is that we had to call them to find this out. They would have just let us sit and wait instead of calling us to tell us our pizzas wouldn't be there until 9 at night, if they ever came at all. Again, thanks dominos. This location in Cool Springs, TN sucks. It's like somebody there is always playing a joke on me when I order extra chicken on my sandwich and they actually put less chicken on it. Sandwich is nearly $10 with delivery and I'm eating all bread and no meat!! The manager needs to learn about quality control. The couple times they did put extra chicken the sandwich was great. Delivery is fast but call in before they deliver and make sure you don't get ripped off when you are paying for extra chicken and toppings. read more

Domino's Pizza has made its concerted effort to become better pizza, and I'll certainly give it credit for having done just that. It is by far better, and they have one of the best online ordering experiences. The pizza, the sauce, the cheese are all pretty decent, but the quality toppings isn't always the best. read more

Wish i could rate less than one... 2 Hrs and still the pizza was not delivered... I was told that there were too many orders to fulfill then why was the order taken in first place??? I would have ordered somewhere else... An hour ago i was told the delivery person is just checking in and the pizza will be delivered in moments (false)... then after two more calls they stopped taking the call any more.. Horrible service. Called before they closed and I was on the line waiting half an hour and even 5 min after they closed. At least have the decentcy to pick up the phone.
