I had not been in a BWW's since my son's hockey days so we shared a few bites. We had the wings, sliders (new) and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. The verdict, wings were too breaded for me ( thankfully only had 1), the Buffalo Wrap was packed with chicken and was really filling. The sliders stole the show! If you do not have the item ordered, surely it can be refunded, no? We happen to know a few dominos franchisee owners and they said to call corporate. We called corporate and they said they have put in a request to the franchisee owner to review the issue. Red flag #3, a week later we called corporate back (its principal at this point). Corporate said the franchisee owner has not responded. 3 weeks have now gone by to no resolve. I would give zero stars if I could, this is not how you treat loyal customers, period. To charge someone for food they did not receive and refuse to respond, pathetic. Our franchisee friends said to just dispute it with our cc company. I was hoping the owner would make it right, but it's clear he has no intentions of doing so. There are lots of pizza places, go anywhere else.
