The place being ran without the manager present is and always will be having recurrent issues period' first off I waited about 30min just for a 6p a to go order and I had ordered vodo fries instead of fries or veggie sticks, and the female that took my order knew that I had ordered "VODO" fries. So all in that wait time I had seen a younger boy with longer hair which he should be wearing a net or pin it back kind of raise his voice at an elder lady saying that he had gave her a cup already and another young lady coworker had said "she doesn't understand" and gave her a cup , than the younger boy went by the soda machine and questioned her about the cup . Really unprofessional and improper training was done here especially in customer service and how to handle situations. I've gone to many Wingstop in my time and this one is probably the worst. I feel like this location is dirty, I'm not sure why but when I see fast food employees in the kitchen with earbuds or on their phone like here, I just naturally assume the establishment is not clean. The wings here are dry every time I order them. The last time I came a little less than an hour before they closed and the automated soda machine was already being reprogrammed so I had to settle for either a bottled water, coke, or sprite. I always thought it was some locations that were just bad, but I think it may be Wing Stop as a whole. They are probably one of the worst fast food places ever. Food is decent, not good enough to come back after today. Their employees are absolutely rude. I called in for my order hoping I can just simply pay and pick up when arriving. Instead I was placed on hold for about 15 min (my entire car ride) and then arrived at the restaurant only to see the employee NOT even pick up their active phone calls. Absolutely not okay for a restaurant. I placed an order anyway because I wanted wings. The worker was a shorter woman who was rude and unattentive. I placed my order and she was basically rolling her eyes and giving me attitude the entire time. My wait for my order was 40 minutes. I wish I were exaggerating. This wing stop is located in the Alhambra Plaza next to Blaze Pizza. Originally I was going to go to Blaze but the line was long and we were hungry so we went to Wing Stop. DRY RUBS ALL THE WAY! Lemon Pepper: 5/5 Zesty, peppery, flavorful deliciousness. Definitely one of my favorites. Must order each and went time. Garlic Parmesan: 4/5 If you like cheese and don't mind garlic breath, this is the flavor for you!! Cajun: 5/5 SPICYYY! Well... not really. It's a dry rub with a good kick. It's a good spice level not unbearable. But filled with good flavor. Love it. Overall the wings are great. Good portioned! Doesn't come with veges or Ranch for some reason. They make their chicken fast and hot. There isn't a lot of seats to sit down and eat, so be prepared to take it to go. Price is a little pricey but I do love wings. I think they deliver perfectly tasty wings and fries at an affordable price, and no worse than any other location I've been too. I wish there was a way to pay online too, so I could avoid the line, and possibly all human interaction, but alas, that is a very insular mindset and not a healthy one at that! I'm a huge fan of flats only, as it is usually much tastier, but the drumsticks always find their way into my box. They mock me openly. Drumming away in my buffalo sauce. These wings have never truly wronged me. Sure, there is the odd mistake here and there with the wrong flavor or the wrong type of wing, but overall I was never left with an empty stomach. Worst customer service ever. They really need to higher some older seasoned managers to come in and do QC. I'm all for hiring young adults but someone needs to make sure things are run according to standard . When you call you are on hold forever. They tell you 20-25 minutes and you go to pick it up and guess what, the order hasn't even been started. We walked in for the order and they started making it. Why did we call ahead then? Staff are sitting at the counter on their breaks talking to other employees and distracting them from the customers. Then we got the order and there were 10 of our 30 wings missing. When we finally get someone's attention, they say sorry and get us our wings. We get home and open up our food and guess what? Wrong order. I call and ask to speak with a manager and the gentleman on the phone tells me yeah that's me what do you need. I informed him that is not the proper way to speak to a customer. Maybe try how can I help you. I explain the situation and he says he will have the entire order ready in 10 minutes. I take the order back that we received and get there in 15 minutes. I am informed that they know nothing about this order because there was a change of shift. Now I get to wait for my order to be made again. After another 15 minutes they hand me the order and I say this is all fresh correct. I am told yes. Got home and guess what? Half the order was fresh and 10 wings that we received correctly on the first order, were strategically placed on the bottom of the bag and given back to us cold. I know for a fact it was our old order because I ate 2 of the wings before we realized the order was wrong. There were only 8 wings in that container instead of 10. I had done a phone order a while ago and sadly the girl who took my order had attitude... so when I went there to pick it up she argued with me and one of the male employees shoved the food onto my bf ( food also didn't taste good)...after that bad experience I was promised a replacement so I went today and again I was given a hard time... they had no record of my replacement (which I understand it happens)... I was told to write down my order (bf wrote it) then afterwards they wanted me to sign it which I told them no because I can't (medical reason) and I told the guy why I couldn't then he refused to service me... at the end he wanted to take a pic of my ID which I didn't feel comfortable doing so I refused.... after arguing for a while I said if he's not sure I can call customer service cause they can look up my replacement... It would be an understatement to say that these guys are on top of it. They are inside of it. Deep inside. I ordered the eight piece, two flavor wings and fries; my selections were mango habanero and spicy Korean. Both the fries and Wings came out hot, crispy, and timely. I only had to wait something like fifteen minutes, and I cannot emphasize enough how pleasing they were. To all the non-cooking children complaining about wait times: these things are made to order.
