This is franchise so the food is your standard typical Wingstop Wings. It tastes literally exactly the same every Wingstop you go. My personal favorite is the lemon pepper if you aren't sure what to get. Its a pretty safe bet. The service here is atrocious. The cashiers sleep walk through their job. I needed plates to eat my food and watched the cashier reluctantly go to the back to get some, only to see her chatting it up with someone cooking. I'm very very disappointed and disgusted at the quality of work here. I'm not trying to hate, I'm not trying to sound like a mad little bitch, but I am truly truly TRULY disgusted. Last night on 1/31/20 i went in at 11:24 with 2 of my friends, they didn't look busy, the night seemed chill. When all of the sudden a very tall man wearing glasses (not my boy Christian) he was wearing a yellow t shirt under neath, locked the door. He looked under the influence, and, and was dogging me and my friends the entire time. We told him to unlock the door and he responded no walk Ins, however his coworker came by immediately unlocked it and apologized. We ordered fries but I couldn't Venmo my friend so I went outside AND NOTIFIED THE WORKERS I WAS DOING So, immediately... the worker who I was having problems with, got up OFF his lazy ass (using a phone the entire time), walked to the door and locked it, again saying nothing. We looked at him and he just dogged us, I asked him to open the door and he said "no walk ins". ONCE Again his co worker came opened the door, apologized, and got us our food, the moment we left the building at 11:37 he got up immediately, locked the door, and sat back down. Believe everything you read about the customer service here. It is absolutely awful. Been eating here for over a year for the convenience of my low carb diet. And everytime I came, the staff was extremely rude. Like, consitently rude. They were even slow to adopt face masks when the covid-19 pandemic started, which is why i stopped purchasing from them for awhile. Today was the last straw. This review is based solely on my preorder online/pick up. I ordered traditional and boneless wings from my phone and when I arrived, the food was ready five minutes later. I usually only order Lemon Pepper from Wingstop because I think it has the most flavor. But my boneless wings, I got Parmesan and Honey BBQ. I also had a free coupon for large fries (sign up for their wingstop club and get a free one emailed to you). I personally enjoy the traditional wings because there is much more flavor and the meat is moist. The boneless wings were very underwhelming. Tastes like frozen chicken nuggets from the freezer aisle with a bunch of sauce on top of it. Will I get the boneless again? Probably not. Their seasoned fries can get pretty salty too. I feel like this location is dirty, I'm not sure why but when I see fast food employees in the kitchen with earbuds or on their phone like here, I just naturally assume the establishment is not clean. This wing stop is located in the Alhambra Plaza next to Blaze Pizza. Originally I was going to go to Blaze but the line was long and we were hungry so we went to Wing Stop. DRY RUBS ALL THE WAY! Lemon Pepper: 5/5 Zesty, peppery, flavorful deliciousness. Definitely one of my favorites. Must order each and went time. Garlic Parmesan: 4/5 If you like cheese and don't mind garlic breath, this is the flavor for you!! Cajun: 5/5 SPICYYY! Well... not really. It's a dry rub with a good kick. It's a good spice level not unbearable. But filled with good flavor. Love it. Overall the wings are great. Good portioned! Doesn't come with veges or Ranch for some reason. They make their chicken fast and hot. There isn't a lot of seats to sit down and eat, so be prepared to take it to go. Price is a little pricey but I do love wings. I wish there was a way to pay online too, so I could avoid the line, and possibly all human interaction, but alas, that is a very insular mindset and not a healthy one at that! I'm a huge fan of flats only, as it is usually much tastier, but the drumsticks always find their way into my box. They mock me openly. Drumming away in my buffalo sauce. These wings have never truly wronged me. Sure, there is the odd mistake here and there with the wrong flavor or the wrong type of wing, but overall I was never left with an empty stomach.
