Wingstop is known for delicious wings and their fresh cut fries. The two times I've been here, the food has been really good. The classic wings (bone-in) comes hot and crispy with your choice of flavor and dip. I had their boneless chicken and I wasn't a fan of them but I was glad to try them. Their boneless chicken tenders are a better choice, being that the chicken were tender and full of flavor. Their fries are excellent and you can definitely tell they were made fresh to order. With their combo comes a drink which you can customize with their fancy soda machine that has tons of choices. The one thing about this location is that the cleanliness is not maintained. By the soda machine, straws were all over the place. The bathroom did not have any paper towels and the trash was overflowing. Just a quick clean up would make this place a little bit more pleasing to the eye and improve overall experience. read more

Ordered online and got it delivered. Firstly, they didn't have my drink of choice no big deal. Food arrives and I get ready to have my dinner. This is my second time at this Wingstop and the first time I had at I wasn't all that impressed. I was even more unimpressed than the first time. The fries were dark and floppy and just overall gross. I could (and should have) made my own fries that would have had a good overall appearance and texture. The texture of the fries was what bothered me the most. They were squishy and overall just a sensory nightmare to eat. I opened up the boneless garlic Parmesan and it looked so dry. I took a bite and it was just 80 percent breading. It is understandable why boneless wings are not as quality as bone in but this is a joke. The texture of the wing reminds me of cheap diner food, or cafeteria food. Honestly probably both of those things would have been better than the food I received. For the price that you pay to get food the taste just isn't up to par. Honestly gross. If you want wings specifically go to another Wingstop or Buffalo Wild Wings. If you want boneless wings.... just go to Raising Canes or Popeyes. At least you're getting a good amount of meat in your meal, or a good batter for the amount you pay there. read more

We arrive home and we were missing our lemon pepper seasoned fries. Yes it's only fries...its the principal and it's the fact we all pay for a service, our meal we try to enjoy as a family. We try and support our local food joints, restaurants etc., but small mistakes are big especially when you order food and pay a good cost for it. I can totally understand why this Alhambra location gets bad and low ratings .... then to have to speak to a manager they talk over you. Saying it was missed...how if the manager tells me they work at the line which I called it assembly line. Start middle and end... food is placed in containers... ordered is checked and you would think a team lead or manager would check the final go out of the take out pick up ... if your team is set quality check is important and this has definitely failed. Yes the manager tried to replace with 5 boneless as courtesy...since I already shared I wasnt driving back to pick up anything at this point. She then shared will note the system about the mishap just come in etc.., has I was trying to explain my frustration the manager over talks you and doesnt want to listen to any suggestions you have to offer. This is one of the worst wingstops I've ever visited. I only go here when I don't feel like driving to Pasadena. Everytime I order from this particular location they always undersauce the wings. They literally just throw the sauce on top and don't even bother tossing them. So i asked wingstop why dont they have some kind of system or quality control and they said they dont and hung up on me. I wished i could have canceled my fucking order but i couldnt. This is franchise so the food is your standard typical Wingstop Wings. It tastes literally exactly the same every Wingstop you go. My personal favorite is the lemon pepper if you aren't sure what to get. Its a pretty safe bet. The service here is atrocious. The cashiers sleep walk through their job. I needed plates to eat my food and watched the cashier reluctantly go to the back to get some, only to see her chatting it up with someone cooking. Last night on 1/31/20 i went in at 11:24 with 2 of my friends, they didn't look busy, the night seemed chill. When all of the sudden a very tall man wearing glasses (not my boy Christian) he was wearing a yellow t shirt under neath, locked the door. He looked under the influence, and, and was dogging me and my friends the entire time. We told him to unlock the door and he responded no walk Ins, however his coworker came by immediately unlocked it and apologized. We ordered fries but I couldn't Venmo my friend so I went outside AND NOTIFIED THE WORKERS I WAS DOING So, immediately... the worker who I was having problems with, got up OFF his lazy ass (using a phone the entire time), walked to the door and locked it, again saying nothing. We looked at him and he just dogged us, I asked him to open the door and he said "no walk ins". ONCE Again his co worker came opened the door, apologized, and got us our food, the moment we left the building at 11:37 he got up immediately, locked the door, and sat back down. Believe everything you read about the customer service here. It is absolutely awful. Been eating here for over a year for the convenience of my low carb diet. And everytime I came, the staff was extremely rude. Like, consitently rude. Checked my order, and of course it was wrong. Which again, is not a problem. Restaurants make mistakes all the time, and that fine. So I called to get a refund, and man....the attitude I got from the manager was unreal. I was actually trying to use my most polite voice, cause I didnt want to seem upset. Cause I wasn't. I just wanted a refund. She then had that audacity to tell that I need to calm down, after I just finished explaining my situation calmy. I then proceeded to actually lose my cool. This review is based solely on my preorder online/pick up. I ordered traditional and boneless wings from my phone and when I arrived, the food was ready five minutes later. I usually only order Lemon Pepper from Wingstop because I think it has the most flavor. But my boneless wings, I got Parmesan and Honey BBQ. I also had a free coupon for large fries (sign up for their wingstop club and get a free one emailed to you). I personally enjoy the traditional wings because there is much more flavor and the meat is moist. The boneless wings were very underwhelming. Tastes like frozen chicken nuggets from the freezer aisle with a bunch of sauce on top of it. Will I get the boneless again? Probably not. Their seasoned fries can get pretty salty too. But you can also ask them to put less seasoning on it! This location is in a busy plaza, so prepare yourself when you look for parking! read more
