FOOD POISONING! FOOD POISONING! My boyfriend picked up some wings for dinner last night. We got the lemon pepper and Parmesan flavors. We enjoyed them that is until WE BOTH GOT FOOD POISONING!!! We woke up in the middle of the night throwing up and spent lots of time in the bathroom. I don't know how they prep and cook the food but, I'm sure they got a lot of people sick last night. Worst customer service ever. They really need to higher some older seasoned managers to come in and do QC. I'm all for hiring young adults but someone needs to make sure things are run according to standard . When you call you are on hold forever. They tell you 20-25 minutes and you go to pick it up and guess what, the order hasn't even been started. We walked in for the order and they started making it. Why did we call ahead then? Staff are sitting at the counter on their breaks talking to other employees and distracting them from the customers. Then we got the order and there were 10 of our 30 wings missing. When we finally get someone's attention, they say sorry and get us our wings. We get home and open up our food and guess what? Wrong order. I call and ask to speak with a manager and the gentleman on the phone tells me yeah that's me what do you need. I informed him that is not the proper way to speak to a customer. Maybe try how can I help you. I explain the situation and he says he will have the entire order ready in 10 minutes. I take the order back that we received and get there in 15 minutes. I am informed that they know nothing about this order because there was a change of shift. Now I get to wait for my order to be made again. After another 15 minutes they hand me the order and I say this is all fresh correct. I am told yes. Got home and guess what? Half the order was fresh and 10 wings that we received correctly on the first order, were strategically placed on the bottom of the bag and given back to us cold. I know for a fact it was our old order because I ate 2 of the wings before we realized the order was wrong. There were only 8 wings in that container instead of 10. I had done a phone order a while ago and sadly the girl who took my order had attitude... so when I went there to pick it up she argued with me and one of the male employees shoved the food onto my bf ( food also didn't taste good)...after that bad experience I was promised a replacement so I went today and again I was given a hard time... they had no record of my replacement (which I understand it happens)... I was told to write down my order (bf wrote it) then afterwards they wanted me to sign it which I told them no because I can't (medical reason) and I told the guy why I couldn't then he refused to service me... at the end he wanted to take a pic of my ID which I didn't feel comfortable doing so I refused.... after arguing for a while I said if he's not sure I can call customer service cause they can look up my replacement... I guess he didn't want me to do that and gave me the food.... well when I got home I noticed I was missing half the order (10 piece corn, 3 sauces, some chicken) and the garlic parmesan chicken had lemon juice which I didn't ask for.... worst wingstop I've been to so far.... read more

Horrible service. The team members were preoccupied with their own conversations. My wait was about 10-15 minutes which was ok, until I realized they just had a fryer basket full of boneless wings and were just making all of the orders from it. It would be an understatement to say that these guys are on top of it. They are inside of it. Deep inside. I ordered the eight piece, two flavor wings and fries; my selections were mango habanero and spicy Korean. Both the fries and Wings came out hot, crispy, and timely. I only had to wait something like fifteen minutes, and I cannot emphasize enough how pleasing they were. To all the non-cooking children complaining about wait times: these things are made to order. Try making your own wings at home and see how fucking long it takes you pussies. Special mentions go out to manager Ian. This is by far the worst Wingstop location I have ever been to. When I first got here and checked in, I was puzzled why this place would have such a low Yelp rating. In the coming minutes, all would become clear. I placed an online order at 5:30pm for pick up scheduled at 6:15pm. I arrive at the store, just before 6:30pm and check in at the counter. The cashier reads off my entire order to me, confirming that he has it correct. Then I wait. Typically, at any other Wingstop I have been to, my online order is ready to go and they will confirm the order by presenting me my order and opening the boxes and going over it. Expecting this to happen any second, I stand there. Customer after customer I see coming to the desk, asking where their orders are, or complaining about an incorrect order. A man orders at the cashier probably 2 minutes after I check in. 5 minutes later, his name is called and he receives his order. WTF!?! A minute later, another man, with the same name comes to ask for his order. Apparently they gave his away to the other guy. After a frustrating 15 minutes, I ask the manager where my food is. She informs me that I have a large order and they are making it now (I ordered two 15 pieces, one 10 pieces, and one 20 pieces). I asked her why my order wasn't prepared in advance. She tells me, at this location, they don't start making the order until the customer arrives. WELL WTF IS THE POINT OF HAVING AN ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM AND SPECIFYING A PICK UP TIME?!?!?!?!?!? Wingstop has really tasty wings, it's fairly priced, and it has a variety of flavors u can choose. The drinks here is definitely worth it bc you have so much to choose! However it could be a little slow sometimes when they're prepping wings, but it's worth the wait, for the many times I've been there most of the times the staff there are very very friendly except for once, however I never saw her again after that ;) read more

I arrived after 25 minutes because I wanted the wings to be ready for pick up as soon as I arrived. I pay for the wings at the cashier and the employee tells me that my wings will be out shortly. 15 minutes go by and I still haven't received my wings so I asked them about it. They apologized and said it will be out soon. After a total of 50 minutes, I finally got my wings. I'm not really sure what happened there, but it seems that the gentleman who took my phone order did not put my order in. My receipt said "dine-in" when in fact, it should've been a phone order. Today however, I called three separate times to try to order with no luck. Assuming they were busy, I gave them the benefit, well don't assume. Sandra Hernandez has to be the worst manager to ever manage an establishment!!!!! My husband was craving for wing stop on a Sunday night. He ordered online and picked up at 6pm but he was 10 minutes late due to finding parking space. The place was a mad house, such as long line for soda machine, long line for pick up, long line to order, and line to look hot a table in a small location. The cashier Kimberly is rude as hell. We were waiting on the side looking at the menu and she snapped at my family. Then, she looked visibly annoyed and she even placed her hand under her chin as we told her our order. How is she still working here? Management needs to address this or put her through some customer service training. Also there was another girl in the kitchen who wore her visor around her neck. Placed a phone order and asked for an extra ranch. Somehow the girl heard cheese sauce and charged me for two cheese sauces instead of ranch. I get to the register to pay and they had charged me for both cheese sauces. Here's the rundown on my order: Ordered a 18 piece for pickup, got there 5 mins after promise time due to the reviews I've read (reviews I've read mentioned this location is not very punctual, but they're new). Got in the pick up line and waited another 5 mins before I was even acknowledged. More than one employee saw me, but they just glanced at me and kept on walking. People who arrived after me and went to the regular line was serviced before I was (wth right?). Paid for my order (my order was ready!) and went home to devour my wings. NOTE: Check your order before leaving! There was NO ranch that I ordered. I mean a wing order with ZERO dipping sauce, that's unforgivable for a wing place. I ordered lemon pepper, hickory smoked bbq and Louisiana rub flavors. I think I got Hawaiian instead of lemon pepper which was the one flavor I was really craving and I wanted to try out some other flavors. The bbq and rub tasted ok, nothing special but I felt they were solid flavors. Wasn't a fan of the Hawaiian though. My wings were also sitting in a pool of oil, couldn't the wings have rested a bit longer before being dumped into the to go container? Final thoughts: Don't think I'll come back, wanted to try out and support the first WS in Alhambra... But until I hear or read of better service, I think I'm getting my wings from Alondra's.
