This is by far the worst Wingstop location I have ever been to. When I first got here and checked in, I was puzzled why this place would have such a low Yelp rating. In the coming minutes, all would become clear. I placed an online order at 5:30pm for pick up scheduled at 6:15pm. I arrive at the store, just before 6:30pm and check in at the counter. The cashier reads off my entire order to me, confirming that he has it correct. Then I wait. Typically, at any other Wingstop I have been to, my online order is ready to go and they will confirm the order by presenting me my order and opening the boxes and going over it. Expecting this to happen any second, I stand there. Customer after customer I see coming to the desk, asking where their orders are, or complaining about an incorrect order. A man orders at the cashier probably 2 minutes after I check in. 5 minutes later, his name is called and he receives his order. WTF!?! A minute later, another man, with the same name comes to ask for his order. Apparently they gave his away to the other guy. After a frustrating 15 minutes, I ask the manager where my food is. She informs me that I have a large order and they are making it now (I ordered two 15 pieces, one 10 pieces, and one 20 pieces). I asked her why my order wasn't prepared in advance. She tells me, at this location, they don't start making the order until the customer arrives. WELL WTF IS THE POINT OF HAVING AN ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM AND SPECIFYING A PICK UP TIME?!?!?!?!?!? I'm just going to be treated the same as a walk up customer and wait, then theres NO POINT. This place needs to get their act together. read more

Wingstop has really tasty wings, it's fairly priced, and it has a variety of flavors u can choose. The drinks here is definitely worth it bc you have so much to choose! However it could be a little slow sometimes when they're prepping wings, but it's worth the wait, for the many times I've been there most of the times the staff there are very very friendly except for once, however I never saw her again after that ;) read more

I hope management takes this review--as well as the other 1-star reviews--seriously. I made a phone order and the gentleman on the phone told me that my wings will be ready in about 20 minutes. I arrived after 25 minutes because I wanted the wings to be ready for pick up as soon as I arrived. I pay for the wings at the cashier and the employee tells me that my wings will be out shortly. 15 minutes go by and I still haven't received my wings so I asked them about it. They apologized and said it will be out soon. After a total of 50 minutes, I finally got my wings. I'm not really sure what happened there, but it seems that the gentleman who took my phone order did not put my order in. My receipt said "dine-in" when in fact, it should've been a phone order. All in all, I don't blame the gentleman who screwed up my order or the cooks or any other employee working hard back there. I blame the business manager for not training these individuals to perform at their best. The place was a mad house, such as long line for soda machine, long line for pick up, long line to order, and line to look hot a table in a small location. Here's the rundown on my order: Ordered a 18 piece for pickup, got there 5 mins after promise time due to the reviews I've read (reviews I've read mentioned this location is not very punctual, but they're new). Got in the pick up line and waited another 5 mins before I was even acknowledged. More than one employee saw me, but they just glanced at me and kept on walking. People who arrived after me and went to the regular line was serviced before I was (wth right?). Paid for my order (my order was ready!) and went home to devour my wings. NOTE: Check your order before leaving! There was NO ranch that I ordered. I mean a wing order with ZERO dipping sauce, that's unforgivable for a wing place. I ordered lemon pepper, hickory smoked bbq and Louisiana rub flavors. I think I got Hawaiian instead of lemon pepper which was the one flavor I was really craving and I wanted to try out some other flavors. The bbq and rub tasted ok, nothing special but I felt they were solid flavors. Wasn't a fan of the Hawaiian though. My wings were also sitting in a pool of oil, couldn't the wings have rested a bit longer before being dumped into the to go container? Final thoughts: Don't think I'll come back, wanted to try out and support the first WS in Alhambra... But until I hear or read of better service, I think I'm getting my wings from Alondra's.
