I can hear for my birthday back in Feb and it was not good, service was mid. So i said I'd give it another try so i went today. Little did i know it was happy hour. Service was better but i feel like the waiter kept forgetting about us. The food this time was better. The kids nuggets were absolutely amazing. The wings were okay i got 5 sweet chili. The noodles in the boil was the star in this. Whoever said add ramen to the boil, the soak up all the juice amazing! The green muscles were pretty good plump, shrimp was good. I should have listened to the waiters suggestion Ang just got the hurricane. The watermelontini was okay and half a drink and so much foam. Either way I'll be back for the boil. Also played good music

Service was amazing!!! Foods came out so fast and fresh. The ambiance is relaxing. Overall is a very good experience. The seafood seasoning is just a tad too salty for me. But this is Personal. I would come back!! And would recommend this place.

Great flavors all on the happy hour menu. Service was friendly and prompt. Ample space, but it gets loud. I've been there 3 times. One time was an 11/2 hour wait, so I opted out. The other times, it got really busy after I was seated. Excellent happy hour food items and prices.

The food was great. It was my second time there. The first time my sister and I got chicken wings to go. The wings great flavor loved them. The only thing they messed up on was I asked for cajun fries and I received regular fries. The place was very clean and a great atmosphere. I came back later with my daughter and I ordered wings again-but also the calamari. She ordered the catfish basket. The wings are awesome and my daughter she liked the catfish, but she said it needed some flavor other than that everything else was great.

Decided to check out this new spot that recently opened. I ordered To-Go but had a drink or two at the bar while waiting for my order. Placed (3) orders of the Special #3 and added octopus to one of my orders. The calamari was okay.. could have had a better seasoning taste to it. Service was polite and greeted me well. Bartender was a little slow but overall good. I had a Cucumber Breeze and a Don Julio shot. Ambiance was nice and bar had a variety of selections and food was delicious and flavorful!

We went to Wing's Pier for lunch for the first time. The ambiance is fun and inviting. The music was pop but not too load. Our waitress was very sweet and great to talk to. I ordered a fried catfish, and Cajun fries and hushpuppies. The all three were awesome. Tasty fish, spicy fries and old fashioned hippies! yum! My hubby got a Garlic butter boil with head on and head off shrimp, calms, potato and corn on the cob. He said the shrimp and clams were perfect and not overcooked. We will definitely be back.

We finally stopped by Wings Pier Seafood & Wings in Aurora off Mississippi, and it did not disappoint. They've been open since December, and we're glad we gave them a try. Our server Bryce was super cool--very attentive and knew the menu well, which made ordering easy. We went with the fried catfish, fried shrimp, salt & pepper wings, fried rice, Cajun fries, and seafood-seasoned boiled eggs, and everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Each dish was seasoned well, portions were solid, and nothing missed. You can tell care goes into the food and service. We'll definitely be back to try the boil bags next time. If you're looking for a new seafood and wings spot in Aurora, this one is worth checking out.

I came with a few friends and it was a fun experience to try. You start off by ordering with the waitress and then the subsequent rounds, you order off the QR code that's at the table. The restaurant was pretty busy so we had to wait longer than we wanted to place an order. As far as the food, it felt more like baos and dumplings, not so much the classic dim sum styled foods. Another con was that the menu had so many non available items-items that would have completed the dim sum experience a little better. If you want actual dim sum, go somewhere else. It was fun for the experience and value, so I was glad we came once.

Table next to us says they only come for lunch and feel like they only serve the more wanted items for dinner and just say they are "out" because they've NEVER had it. If that is true, it is highly disappointing. AYCE is 18.99 per person. Here is what we were able to order: 1. Scallion Pancake- good crisp! I liked how light and delicious this bite was 2. Crab Cheese Wonton- these were HOT in terms of temp, but 99% cream cheese so it was okay. 3. Chili Oil Wonton: loved the flavor, however skin was a bit tough, didnt steam long enough. 4. Chicken Wing- very very dry, comes without any sauce or seasoning so its on the side. 5. Pork Bun- a bit dry, but it had a savory flavor too it, not as sweet. 5. Chasu Bun- loved this one more than the 6. Pork Dumpling (did not have Beef)- it was okay, filling was decent, but again the wrapper had a weird bite to it. 7. Soup Dumplings: definitely better than the other dimpling, however they all stuck to the bottom so the wrapper ripped and I never tried the soup. 8. Chicken Feet: i normally love chicken feet but the braised sauce was underwhelming and not very...good? flavorful? 9. House Noodles: the noodles tasted a bit off. Green beans tasted and looked can to me. It just wasn't a favorite. Desserts: 1. Mango was very artificial. 2. Mocha was good, nice chocolatey taste Overall...I dont know if I would be back. I had such high hopes to try the spareribs, taro buns, golden lava buns, beef dumplings, lotus bun, sticky rice, etc. But they were all "out". Again...for an AYCE place at lunch it was $42 before tip and it would've been nice to have the full menu array. The ambiance is very bright and large screens, so it can definitely capture your attention. There was only one main server and she was doing her best.

The food was unforgettable and our server, Nas, was very polite, professional and attentive but not intrusive. And, of course, it's an absolutely beautiful restaurant. I had also heard several coworkers talk about how good the food was, so I decided to place a takeout order for my family. When I picked up the order and got it home, I was amazed by how much food was in the bag. The meal arrived packed in foil pans--two smaller pans and one long pan. They also included napkins, tartar sauce, ketchup, and hot sauce packets. The portions were extremely generous. There were three of us eating, and we had enough leftovers to enjoy for almost three days. The meal was a little pricey, but considering the amount of food we received, the value was actually pretty good. As for the food itself, I wasn't as impressed as I expected to be after hearing so many people rave about it. The food wasn't bad, but it didn't leave a lasting impression on me. The best way I can describe it is that it was just okay. To be fair, this was a takeout order. I don't know how long the food sat before I picked it up, and some dishes simply don't travel as well as others. I suspect the dine-in experience may be much different. Although my first visit didn't quite live up to the hype, I appreciate the generous portions and attention to packaging. I'm willing to give Pappadeaux another chance in the future and try the full dining experience before making a final judgment.

Let's start with the Sliced Beef. It is a little difficult to explain Sichuan Peppercorns if you have never had them. Probably one of the most accurate descriptions I have heard to date is that it is akin to 'addictive battery acid'. This is a food you experience! The flavors play in your mouth like a symphony while the peppercorns deliver depth and surprise like symbols crashing together at that exact right moment! And the peppercorns aren't overdone, they give just enough to excite your palate and make you want more. In stark contrast the Vegetable Delight is well seasoned al dente vegetables that just taste like home. This is not a boring standard mix either! We have King Oyster Mushroom, Broccoli, Bell Peppers, Wood Ear Mushrooms (a.k.a. Black Fungus) and my personal favorite: Lotus Roots. This is a light, bright well executed dish that is very soft on the palate after all the excitement of the sichuan peppercorns. The third dish I had today is the Pea Sprouts in garlic sauce. This is a humble green. Also done very well. You know the kids that don't like peas? That was never me. I have always loved peas! I would eat other kids peas that they didn't want.
