Its filled with HUGE Chunks of LOBSTER Meat. The cost was $16.00 per Traditional Lobster Bun. The TAX included for the purchase was $2.60. It comes with Coleslaw. There is room for improvement by this Lobster Food Truck in town. If I could recall correctly, my friend ordered the "HOT" kind of Lobster Roll, while I opt to have the "COLD" kind of Lobster Roll. We received our order about 11:20hrs ish. Take note, you need to come to this Food Truck WAY EARLY coz, the lines to wait can be lengthy for some if you are on a time crunch just to have Lobster for your Lunch. The employee at the register was incredibly kind and the service in general was great. I ordered the ahi tuna poke plate to go and it came out so quick! I was only there for about 5 minutes total. It was pretty dark inside, but I didn't have any problem with that. The food was yummy and I enjoyed it. You could tell that the tuna sits in the sauce for a little because it was on the more soft side. Regardless, it was good! Can't wait to come here again and try everything else on the menu. It's right next to Launch Pad, so this could be an awesome place to get food from while drinking a beer.
