We order Wings Over Worcester all the time! They food is quickly delivered and consistently good. My only complaint is that last time we ordered they forgot my BF's order!! Other than that they are solid for wings & fries, with a variety of sauces and options for heat. Great Stuff! read more

Busy place... Be patient and be very clear about what you want. Kind of expensive for chicken and is even more expensive if you want it delivered, plus they add a delivery. read more

The chicken is always awesome! The service and variety are great. 10/10 would recommend DELIVERY. If you have to pickup, this Wings Over location is in the scariest poorly marked intersection in the city. Kelley Square is the worst location ever, both for parking and driving. Be careful not to park in the private lot right across the street. EDIT: Apparently they have their own parking lot! SCORE!! The food, though.... so good. This particular store is the closest one to our home, and even though it's a 20 minute drive for fast food, we do it all the time. read more

Great restaurant ! Fast , nice staff . Must say honey mustard wings are fantastic ! Delivery is fast . Prices are moderate

Best wings in town. A little over priced and the delivery area is limited. I love the boneless wings!

There chicken is great. I got the honey mustard and honey bbq, both were very good. The fries and good and the onion rings were very good. My friend got the ribs and said there were good as well. read more

Ordered on the phone at 6:50 and got there at 7:20, plenty of time for the wings to get ready...yet 30 minutes after waiting on the restaurant and we still don't have our order. read more

NOT FRESH. I went and got wings and a small order of celery. The celery ends were brown and mushy. I pointed it out and they gave me a new bunch. I got home and this second bunch was mushy and slimy AGAIN! I gave them a chance to correct their mistake and they didn't. Not going back. Can't trust food that is rotten. read more

I just love the food and the prices for food and they have the best food and the best prices I have ever had in my life and I have no problems with it and I have no complaints and I have never been able to get rent from the place read more

NEVER AGAIN!!! Only took 20 mins. to get my delivery, but they forgot an entire order order of bonless wings and screwed up the combo meal that was ordered. When I called, was not treated well and was only asked if they wanted me to have them send out the rest of the order. I asked for a credit but they declined. Then it took 40 mins. to get the food we were missing. First and LAST time I will ever order here. read more

Best ever. Especially if you order take out. Waffle fries rule. Make sure to order extra sauce, trust me.

Great late night food and delivery is super fast. Customer service could be a little better though.

If this weren't in Kelly Square, I would probably stop here every week for my husband. The look on his face when I ask if he wants wings from here is priceless. They cook to order.. always great. Clean restaurant, nice friendly staff. read more

Stopped in last night- great menu and so many different options of wings to get! The staff there allowed us to sample the few flavor we were interested in. We ended up getting both of the samples we tried which were teriyaki and I think like barbecue onion or something like that. But the boneless wings were great! The staff were very friendly while we were waiting for our order to be done. Overall a great experience and will be back for sure! read more

Went in for lunch today to grab something quick. The boneless wings the Cajun BBQ style were delicious. Only bad complaint was since there was a Patriots game on we could not order French fries. I was very disappointed at that. But other than that things were great and staff was very friendly! read more

Fast delivery and good quality food. My go to wings place! Prices are also very reasonable

Always yummy and reliable. Usually very fast delivery and consistent products. The restaurant itself is a fun little place to hang and eat some wings too! read more

So I'm gonna be very clear - I'm a law student who orders wings, cheeseburgers, and wraps on the reg because I can't make food for myself and let me be very CLEAR: WHOEVER WORKS AT WINGS OVER AND IS NAMED KAYLA SHOULD BE PROMOTED TO MANAGER OR CHIEF OF OPERATIONS. She is kind, patient, and thoughtful a lot more so than your competitors! Seriously! I order food from many other companies in the Worc. area and BY FAR, not only is your food ON TIME, but its always good, your staff in Worcester is always friendly, and they answer the phone and take my specifications into account - that matters A LOT to me. Kayla of the Worcester WoW- I'm sorry I don't know your last name but you deserve a raise, a promotion, and a crown because I was being 'that' customer (and I've worked in food service as well) and you handled my q's with grace and patience. PROMOTE MISS KAYLA. I WILL LITERALLY BUY $100 WORTH OF WoW IF U PROMOTE HER!!!! SHE DESERVES IT! read more

I turned the chicken and there were feathers on it. How could anyone notice this. I really loved this place but I think it's gonna be a while before I order again read more

So... Overning at the hospital, taking care of patients, my colleagues and I were deciding what to order for dinner. Tonight I wanted wings, I needed wings. SO we ordered wings. An hour and a half later, sans wings, I called to ask why I didn't have my wings. They said, "oh, the driver is on his way, should be there very soon!" Starving, 30 minutes later, I called back and said, "terribly sorry, just wanted to make sure there isn't a problem." I was told that they tried to bring them, but couldn't find me at the hospital. That somehow, my phone number wasn't working... That they were so sorry, and would remake my wings and send them back out... I just got off the phone with them... It has been almost another hour... They have no idea what I'm talking about and it is somehow my fault that I don't have wings, that I didn't give them my number (lies). So, I can't remark on the quality of the wings I don't have. Just know that you should only order from wings over worcester if you MIGHT want wings, not if you need them. Just be comfortable if they decide not to bring them... read more

Amazing food, but the workers are rude and childish. Nobody wants to call to order food and be disrespected by the person answering the phone. read more

Absolutely horrible. If you don't enjoy your car getting towed at night then don't go to wings. I ordered my food, waited for it to be cooked and then attempted to consume my food. This clearly takes more than a half hour unless I inhale the food. It clearly states on the wings menu their food is not fast food and will take time. After I ate I came outside to find my car had been towed down the street costing me $130. Apparently a tiny little sign that's not illuminated at night is supposed to warn me of a 30 minute parking. When I left there were still cars there that arrived before me!!The parking guy insisted he warned me of a time limit which was never discussed. Ridiculous. A $12 meal turned into $142 meal. Never going back read more

This is a great way to get food for the game. We ordered and picked it up. Wings, ribs, waffle fries. It was all hot and the order was 100% correct. Food was very tasty. The location has easy access at Kelley Square and plenty of parking. The staff greeted me as I was walking in and were very friendly. My order was ready earlier than expected too. Overall, a good experience, we'll be back. Maybe try the delivery next time. read more

Done with this place. I give them 2 stars due to the fact that the food is just so damn good... that being said.... I have noticed that every time I have gone in there over the past couple years the staff has been horrible. They seem miserable, they do not smile. They seem like they could care less if you ever come back in there again. I live in North Worcester and today made the special trip to Kelley Sq to get one of my favorite foods in the city, the Blackened Cajun Boneless wings. I ordered and the girl told me 45 minutes. I thought that was a pretty long time for 1:00pm on a Monday but what the hell, I was off and I do love this chicken. I went down there walked in and the guy behind the counter (the manager no less), again, not friendly at all, asks me what I need. I told him that I was there to pick up an order and he asks my name. Right away I know something is going to be wrong because the girl never asked my name. I give him my name and he says the order isn't in there. He asks for my phone number, no dice. He looks at me, shrugs and says, we can put them in now for you if you want. No apologies, no offer to make it right, no show of understanding how much this just inconvenienced me at all. I will not be returning. Your wings are amazing, your service and staff are piss poor. read more

If you want wings just because of for Football Sunday-Look no further. Place is the best. Fast delivery!

Don't deliver to anywhere in Worcester besides the immediate area around the establishment, more like wings over kelly square because they don't go to all of Worcester, which is not that great of a distance, they waste your time ode ode like yo how am I supposed to grub if they don't deliver Tomy crib smh bang banh 100 100 100 Sosa read more

Best boneless wings in Worcester they also serve some decent ribs the meat slides off the bones they have average fries i prefer there waffle fries but overall this place got the best boneless wings in town read more

The wings were decent , and my meal came out fairly quick, but it almost seems like they forgot about my friends order and it took 25 minutes to come out with no one in the restaurant read more

This place sucked. I had my first experience here last Saturday. The red headed girl who took our order was distracted and texting on her cell phone the entire time. We ordered immedietely after the couple we came with ordered. Somehow our food took TWENTY EIGHT minutes longer than theirs did. Was she texting and she forgot to put it in? Or do the cooks just suck that bad at cooking up wings. People who ordered after us received theirs. It seems they put the take out orders before the sit down orders. What a shame. Place needs to be taken over with new management. Anyways, after watching our friends consume their entire meal, ours finalyy was ready. We got a terrayaki fried chicken, waffle fries, and my boyfriend got honey bbq wings with fries. The chicken was soggy! I could have microwaved some anytizers from the frozen food dept in the supermarket and been fine. My bread was wet, you couldnt even hold the sandwich, so soggy and gross. AND Who puts yellow cheese on a terrayki sandwich? GAG ME NOW. Grossest thing I have ever ate. Red head girl needs to cut down on the texting and drinking straight out of two liter bottles of soda...talk about grotesque! read more

Best wings in Worcester hands down. WingStop doesn't even compare. GOAT of wings. Best flavors around and the service is excellent. Glad to see this business is booming. read more

After reading some bad reviews I nearly passed on ordering wings from this place. But since I have ordered there before and not had any issues I decided to order again. I went into this with eyes open and the thought that I would write my own review so here it is. My receipt named Natasha as the girl that took my phone order. She did a great job on the phone getting my full name, phone number, details of my order, telling me the cost and explaining to me that they were on their football schedule. She said they can not deliver and my order would be ready for pick up in 45 minutes. It was 2-1/2 hours before the start of the Patriots/Titans football game. I arrived at Wings Over Worcester 43 minutes later. The place was full of people with short lines at two registers. My wait was 3 minutes. My order was ready, the credit card transaction was immediate, the two people at the registers were courteous and friendly. My boneless honey BBQ and spicy wings were hot and delicious. What could be better than that??? I like to give credit when it is due. I think that when most people have a good experience they do not take the time to right a review. When you have a bad experience you are more likely to want to give a review. So I would say that it is a very small percentage of the customers who have problems. I have never had a problem at this place and will definitely return. read more

This place is good 'sometimes'. I order take-out from wings over Worcester frequently. Sometimes the wings are cold and soggy and if you ordered multiple flavors, they are all mixed together and not appealing. Other times they will be warm, crisp skin with a piece of wax paper separating the different kind of wings. read more

Rodent Feces?? Jury is still out! Worst Restaurant experience, ever! (Sorry for the Book). We recently ordered food from Wings Over Worcester. The times I am about to mention are relevant later in my review. We ordered at 5:36 PM. We received the call at 6:07 that our food had arrived. Great! No problem there! We began eating shortly after and did get part way through the meal with no complaints other than the fact that it was cold. Still, fine. Until I proceeded to grab my second piece of chicken and saw a small dark thing on the chicken. I then examined the remaining food that we had, and saw 2 more small dark things shaped like rice on the onion rings. Now, I am horrified by the fact that this could be mouse feces. After trying to recover from the thought of this, we called the restaurant at 6:45 and asked to speak to a manager because we believed we found "rat poop" in our food. (In hindsight, a poor choice of wording). After waiting on the phone for a few minutes, the clerk (NOT the manager) came back and said "He says you need to come down here". Ok. We arrived at the restaurant just before 7pm. The manager came out of the back (no greeting) and asked to see what we had found. We showed him the food, and he instantly became argumentative, rude and extremely disrespectful. "No, this is not "RAT POISON". This is plastic from the box. See, obviously it came off the box!" It was NOT obvious to me. I agreed... it was not Rat Poison and we explained that it looked like mouse feces. Even if it is just plastic, does it make it ok? This seemed to be what he was implying. He repeated that we said it was Rat poison, and if it were, the owner told him to give us a $10,000 credit. But because it was just plastic he would credit us the $3 for the onion rings; NOT the rest of the food. I told him that even if it was just plastic, we were horrified by the thought and would not eat the food & wanted a full refund for the order. He replied "No! I will not give you a full refund. You have eaten almost all of the food!" I pulled out the box containing the remaining food that we had, as we had dumped everything on our plates back into the boxes to bring back. I believe 3 wings were missing from the box - 2 had been eaten & one was in the box with the onion rings because we believed it to be contaminated. He proceeded to argue that we had ordered 1 1/2 pounds of wings, and that there was less than a pound left. I asked if we HAD found mouse feces at the bottom of our food, would we still not get a refund because we "ate it all"? His response: "But it is NOT that!" He WOULD NOT refund our order. Furthermore, he argued with us that we ordered at 5:36, the driver was on time (which we did not dispute) and that we arrived at 7; that this was too much time to have passed for us to complain about the order. As I have mentioned, we received the call for the food at 6:07 & called the restaurant at 6:45 WHICH I believe is a completely reasonable amount of time to settle, try to eat, process the situation, and report a problem. He made the driver come out from the back to "prove" that he had come on time! We told his we did not have an issue with the driver, and that we did not expect a refund for his tip! JUST THE FOOD! The unreasonable manager insisted that he would not refund us. We told him that he absolutely would refund us in full. Finally, he said he would refund us our money, but that he was removing us from the computer system and that we were NEVER allowed to order from his restaurant again. TRUST ME, we were not planning on it! He said that I would see the refund in 24 hours, and began to walk away. I asked if I could have that in writing, and he replied "No!" and shut the door on us. Honestly, if we had a bad experience with the food, we MAY have someday been able to return and try the food again. But the utter disrespect from this man was unforgivable & terrible practice for someone in the customer service industry. We did nothing to deserve his reaction. Perhaps if we had come in yelling and being rude, I could sort of understand. But he did not give us an opportunity to be this way before he became aggressive. I reported my experience to Wings corporate office and have received no response. I can only assume that they care as little as the local restaurant staff and management. Considering we still don't know what was really on the food, and because of the terrible treatment we will never go back again! Thank you for the lifetime ban!! read more

This place is delicious. I always get my chicken with honey BBQ, honey mustard or ranch. And they all taste amazing. I like mine with waffle fries. My boyfriend get the dry rubs and he can't get enough. We will always order from here. read more

I get wings every year for my birthday and a few times in between. I love the 3rd hottest buffalo wings and the honey BBQ. If I had enough money to move into an apartment out in Worcester, I'd live under a bridge and spend it at Wings. I love the theme of wings and the actual restaurant itself. 3 TVs ( mostly sports) and a small, seemingly bulletproof interior. I feel safe with my bounty of chicken inside the metallic fortress. I'll get wings here every and any chance I get, and ill spread the word to anyone who will listen. The staff is wicked friendly and they never judge even though they see people put away 2 or 3 pounds of mouth watering food in one sitting. Clean establishment too!! *Very important aspect to note. I only wish it was closer and that I didn't have to parallel park to access my feast. In sum, if I had to pick a "final meal" I'd get a hangar 4, grape soda, and a small pail full of ranch ( they can keep the celery). Go there, bring your friends ( if you have less that 6 or 7, like I said its kinda small in there), and enjoy the best wings in the world. read more

I will start by saying the service was excellent. However, the wings were mediocre at best. I think most people are just obsessed with wings and this place is nothing but so it satisfies them. I enjoy my fair share of wi gs but these erect the best. I got the parmesean garlic wings. There was so much seasoning on them I could only eat the top wings because the wings on the bottom were engulfed with this sing over bearing flavor. As far as the wings underneath again not the best. With that said the fries were delicious and I actually dipped them in my seasoning which was good in moderation. I probably won't go back but many of my friends sear by wings over worcester. read more
