The half/half box might be worth it if you're eating alone and really want variety, otherwise, I would go for individual boxes since you get more for your money. Oh boy, where do I even start with Wings Over Worcester? Let me tell you, I recently had the privilege of experiencing their "top-notch" customer service, and it was truly a masterclass in time-wasting! I placed in order online and it was 45 mins. I arrived when it was time to pick up my order it was BAD! I walked into the establishment with the expectation of receiving my order in a jiffy, but oh no, they had other plans. I was given the exclusive opportunity to be part of their elite "30-minute Waiting Club"! Congratulations to me, right? But wait, there's more! Not only did I wait half an hour, but they also had the audacity to present my order as a figment of my imagination. It was like a magic trick - poof! No food for you! But hey, they weren't just snubbing me; they were juggling a whopping 20 backlogged orders! I must say, their organizational skills are truly awe-inspiring. Who knew it was possible to mismanage orders on such a grand scale? Bravo, Wings Over Worcester, bravo! read more

On this past Memorial Day weekend, I ordered delivery for the first time at home after many times ordering for work gatherings. Given the budget that I previously had for said gatherings, it seemed like we were getting a good deal for the number of people that were able to get a reasonable mid-afternoon snack. I also remembered the wings tasting pretty good. So I ordered what was supposed to be 1.5 pounds of boneless wings, split into three flavors, and eagerly awaited delivery. Including the tip, the wings cost $27 and there were only 4 pieces of each flavor. If I hadn't been so hungry, I might have thought to weigh the container before I started eating. It seemed a bit expensive considering the amount of food $27 would buy at a good sit-down restaurant. If I ever decide to order again, I'll be ready with my kitchen scale. read more
