Rather than offering a large selection, the restaurant emphasizes consistency and freshly prepared food. We walked into a clean, well maintained space that was busy but organized, with a steady flow of customers moving through the line and a dining room that stayed comfortable even as it filled up. It is the kind of place to visit when you are craving crispy fried chicken without having to sort through an overwhelming menu. The chicken sandwich was the highlight of our visit. The chicken was hot, juicy, and cooked to order with a crispy coating that stayed crunchy throughout the meal. The toasted bun, crisp lettuce, and Cane's Sauce complemented the chicken without overpowering it, making for a straightforward but satisfying sandwich. The signature Cane's Sauce is what really ties everything together, adding a tangy, peppery flavor that pairs well with both the sandwich and the fries. The sides are simple but solid. The crinkle-cut fries are lightly seasoned, the Texas toast is buttery and soft with a crisp exterior, and the coleslaw provides a refreshing contrast to the fried chicken. While the menu is limited, everything works well together and feels intentionally designed rather than offering unnecessary extras. Service was quick despite the restaurant being busy, and the food arrived fresh from the kitchen. The dining room was clean and well maintained, though this location can become crowded during peak meal hours. Even with the steady flow of customers, the staff kept the line moving efficiently, and the team handled the volume with a practiced rhythm that kept the experience smooth. Overall, Raising Cane's delivers exactly what it promises: fresh chicken, simple sides, and a signature sauce that has become a fan favorite. The chicken sandwich was an excellent choice, and the consistent quality makes it an easy option whenever we are looking for a reliable fast food meal.

They're crispy in the outside, tender and moist inside, and not greasy at all. The fries are great, and the Texas toast and Cole slaw are very tasty too. They have great team too- always glad to help and very friendly. What seals it for me is that they continue to have strong policies and support for diversity, equality, and inclusion in the face of fascist government messaging. I respect this IMMENSELY and would not eat here otherwise.

Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, they acted as if we were wrong for being upset! We were also told the driver had "just been there," yet nobody could tell us where our order was or when it would arrive. We ordered directly through the restaurant's website, so they need to take responsibility. Waiting over two hours, receiving no useful updates, and then being treated disrespectfully by management is outrageous. At that point, the food had likely been sitting around for hours and would arrive cold and no longer fresh. Terrible service from beginning to end--we expect a full refund.

Last night Jan 27, 2018, ordered through drive through at 7:13 PM, my expeditor ticket, that was put in my bag with the food, (No receipt) on bottom says T=12L I=7 C=138922 at Burger King Store number 13398, 163 Madison Street, order number # 47, African American woman took my order, total of bill was $9.43, gave her a 100.00 bill which is all I had. She disappeared from register maybe to apparently break the bill. With confusion and her not returning, I was being handed over my food, I made mistake of driving away. She didn't give me my change of over 90.57, or the receipt. Had a stub in my bag of food that said order #47 at 7:13, store one on Kelly Square. Went back hours later to get my money, said call store tomorrow. Called store next day, some guy after 50 rings picked up phone, asked for supervisor, he said it was him spoke poor English. Explained what happened and he said last night the draw was short 4.00 which is none of my business. Wanted his name he would not give his name. Asked for store manager name, he wouldn't give that either, said call back at 3PM, refusing to give his name or managers name. He seemed to be defensive as if he was protecting this incident, and I feel they are all in this deceptive practice. I PAID CASH, DAMN ME! The drive through woman that worked this day at 7:13 PM, pocketed 90 dollars and change and stole the money. Called customer service about the incident, they took a report, she said this particular store has many issues with theft and complaints are all similar. Just a bunch of thugs and thief's at this Burger King, don't go there. Now I see another guys post on Yelp about them attempting to take credit card information from a customer. They truly are dishonest at this Burger King, this really happened and a 2 for 6 deal on Whopper with Cheese and 10 nuggets at 1.69 cents, and for me at total of 100.00. We are waiting to hear back from a district manager, after calling the call center, I will tell you how successful that is, what his or her name is, and how they handled this, but something tells me this drive through thief is getting away with this one, and apparently more than once. read more
