It wouldn't let me leave a 3.5 stars so I gave it a 4. The wings, fries, ribs and sandwiches/wraps are pretty good. Parking sucks and delivery is slow. But other than that not bad at all. And there open late. read more

Used to love this place and always ordered wings from there...that is until 1 month ago when I made a HUGE order and found countless hairs on all of the wings. After throwing up multiple time i cried for the $55.00 I had spent and had to basically throw away. After that I will never eat there! read more

Best wings I know of in MA. First of all, the boneless wings are better than the bone-in ones. Get the Golden BBQ if you like sweet wings. If you like spicy and you're feeling adventurous or have always been curious about what's inside your sinuses, try the Afterburners -- $20 bucks says you can't handle those! read more

I absolutely love Wings over Worcester. They have an amazing selection of sauces which you may have on either boneless or regular wings. YUM! read more

Chicken was flavorless and dry and the fries were soggy with a nasty unidentifiable flavor (it wasn't the seasoning because there was none on there). Overall a vile meal read more

The food is always at least good. The staff is a total TRAIN WRECK! I swear they must bus them in from the County House of Corrections. It actually amuses me to go in there. I mean, gold teeth, employees are openly talking about other customers in Spanish, just cause I don't look Latino, doesn't mean I'm not. read more

The wings were good for the price. They have varying spice level which is nice. Personally, the wings were a little too dry for me and too drenched in sauce. Overall, the wings were good and I ate them all! read more

I usually love Wings over Worcester, today not the case though. I had a few clients from Boston come to my photo studio today and I was bragging about WOW. Ordered 60 wings and a soda and large fries and onion rings. Food was delivered in about 40 minutes, missing fries and onion rings (53.00 give or take). Driver called and they let me know another driver was coming in a few minutes. So using a very complicated estimate I figured it would take 4-5 minutes to cook fries and rings and another 6 to drive it over. Give or take it should have only been 15 minutes, note that the photo studio is off park ave and less than 3 miles away. At around 20 minutes I called and talked to the manager and asked about getting compensation for having my order take so long, at this point it's been an hour and I still don't have a complete order. The manager said no and she could give me a five dollar coupon, she said she couldn't comp anything. I asked why not, she was the manager? I then asked if she was the head manager and she said no, i got the name from her and was told what time he would be in The manager then told me that the reason the food was taking so long was because of the first driver. I don't care about excuses, all I wanted to hear was there was a problem and it's being fixed. I told her I would like to cancel my order then. While I started to ask about a confirmation of returned funds the manager hung up on me. The second driver arrived 15 minutes later, an hour and fifteen minutes later. At this point we had finished all the wings. The second driver told me that the first driver was stupid and always messes up. So far I have excuses and everyone at WOW throwing their team mates under the bus. I called to talk to the manager and ended up talking to the owner. I told the owner all of the above and he assured me they had tried as fast as they could to get the food out. 1.15 hours to get one order or fries and onion rings 3 miles away. The owner offered me a $5 dollar coupon and then I asked him about the refund and he then refunded my money, so the earlier manager did not refund my money 4 hours prior. I' have worked previously as a waiter for around 12 years, if we mess up we say so and fix things, we want the customer to come back. Don't think I'll be recommending Wings over Worcester anymore. All I wanted was for them to comp a fry and onion ring and an apology. Epic service fail. read more

A classic modern delivery wing joint that gets the job done, but delivery has been between 20 and 60 minutes, overall a good time Everytime though read more

So good, and always on top of their game. I called and added something to my order and there was no screw up. All they needed was an extra 2 minutes. Everything was packaged together when I got there to pick up, and they told me so even before I could ask. Flawless. Awesome waffle fries, and I was a big fan of the cajun teriyaki this time. Oh and another bonus--you can request all drums/flats, no breading--whatever you prefer. read more

Previously I've noted that this place skimps on the sauce. Not the case last night as my DC-3 was drowning in that Golden BBQ shit! Also had my order filled in under five minutes. read more

Terrific! Spicy is really spicy. Wings have real meat. And the ribs are good too. The waffle fries made me speechless.

Cheap, no frills wings. The food here isn't great, but its close to a few bars that you can bring food to. Lots of sauces to choose from , including some that are quite spicy. My main issue with the wings is that they aren't quite crisp enough. I have the same problem with the waffle fries, although part of my issue with those is that I had the world's best waffle fries in Providence a few days before. Decent take out option if you don't feel like cooking, but nothing more than that. read more

We finally tried a rack of ribs and guess what? They lived up to the hype! Fall off the bone, tasty, & tender. The sauce was great but next time we'll upgrade to the spicier one. I also tried the Hot Garlic wings and they were finger lickin' good! Glad this place is close enough for delivery but far enough away that we can't walk there! read more

Being drunk in Worcester in the Winter is not that enjoyable until you come across Wings late at night. The best chicken wings on earth. Add some fries to the mix and you have yourself a tasty meal. I suggest the Boneless Honey BBQ Wings. read more

Got wings over worcester last night with my boyfriend as a last minute dinner idea. The wings were tasty. however today we are both sick. We both have the same symptoms keeping us in the bathroom and away from work. I want to submit an invoice for lost revenue from the bad chicken at wings over worcester. Moral of the story, dont wait to plan dinner till the last minute and if you do, dont get wings over worcester. read more

I've been here several times....This is open late after the bars are closed!!! That's it. They have an extensive wing selection, however, I feel West Side Grill's wings are bigger and better even if they don't have as many options. Also, New England Roast beef has just as much of a selection and they taste better to me. But, those aren't open after bars close so this place is a good drunk snack. And, if you are looking for spicy, you have many levels of hotness to choose from! read more

Wings are always crispy and waffle fries are sooo good dipped in the wing sauce. Always a good late night eat, great location. Can't complain read more

I LOVE Wings Over Worcester! The staff is friendly and the food is fast and delicious!! It is great that they are open late and deliver. They put sauces on the side too, so the wings don't get soggy and you can get multiple sauces. The large platters are great for a party! Their boneless wings are big and have a lot of chicken in them. Every experience I have had (dining in, carry out, delivery) has been a pleasant one! read more

iI live at 45 grand street and I called for delivery gave them the address of the back of the building 28 wyman street, and the guy just hung up on me. then i called back again and a girl picked up and she started to take my order, while she is doing it I heard in the background someone saying we cant take that order, and then she lied and said sorry we are out of wings we can't make your order. If you are out of wings don't answer the phone, instead you just waste my time and then not deliver it for weird reason. I asked to speak to the manager and I guess they don't have one. read more

The Wings Over franchise is top notch! This is my third Wings over experience with the company but first Wings Over Worcester experience. I enjoyed that they had booths as other locations do not. We did order there and stay and eat. I was surprised how quickly our food arrived due to the long line ahead of us when we got there. This was my first time trying their waffle fries, they were great. I am a dipper but these didn't need anything! I have to say you get more regular friend than waffle, just an FYI. I chose Honey BBQ (which I have had many times) and my boyfriend chose Honey Mustard. I was not a huge fan of the honey mustard, it was smothered in the sauce and I am just not generally a honey mustard girl. He wasn't too impressed with them and it was his first wings over experience but the honey BBQ made up for it. Nice staff, clean environment, quick service and tasty wings! read more

For quick and delicious wings, this is the place to call. The flavor selection is awesome. The staff is always entertaining. Tonight we went a little off the path and ordered some ribs too (BBQ and teriyaki flavors) - they hit the spot. read more

I went to school in Worcester so Wings Over Worcester became a popular place for me in my four years there. I was lucky enough to discover it Freshman year, and trust me when I say I took advantage of the fact that it was so close on many occasions. The wings from WOW are hard to beat, people that don't like them are usually the people who don't know what to order. This is a wings place, ordering garlic parmesan or something just isn't cutting it. If you're not ordering some type of BBQ or buffalo then you're not doing the place justice. And let me tell you, if you do choose to go outside these two areas the only exception in my mind is the honey mustard, which is delicious I'll admit. But don't just stop at the wings, throw in a little extra cash and get the ribs and chicken, the best ribs I've had in Massachusetts, fall off the bone tender and don't disappoint on flavor either. There are 2 reasons why I don't give this place a five star rating, one is that the fries are nothing to write home about, and if you order (which you better, and I'll get to that in a second) they are probably going to be a little soggy by the time they get to you because of the sauce. The second is the place itself... not exactly the place you want to take a date to, or anyone else for that matter. So the next time you're passing through Worcester and you see the signs for Kelly Square stop in to WOW and pick up the ribs and chicken, but just get it to go, you won't regret either decision read more

Wings are great, so delish. The delivery however sucks. A delivery man actually walked into my house, walked into my house without knocking at all. He called to let me know he was here, I told him I would be righg out but had two little ones hanging on me. He walked right into my house, it was so scary. I was spooked the whole night. He was unapologetic and seemed annoyed I didnt come out right away. Really dude? Wont be ordering out from them again! read more

I have to give this place 5 stars, because if my friends and I do not end our night here, our night may as well be ruined. Always jet fuel, always cajun fries, always debrief about whatever messed up shit we just witnessed/experienced at Jose Murphy's 10 minutes prior. More expensive than if we bought a pizza or some frozen supermarket food, but I'm never regretful when the $17 pops up on my statement, because it was and will always be goddamn worth it. read more

I used to get take out from this place quite frequently when I worked in Worcester. The different choices on the menu are the best part. I probably came here 20 times and I got to try something different every time. Reasonably priced. read more

Sweet and Sour was pretty tasty, also- you'll only need ONE order of small fries (though they aren't that good anyway)

Good but the black Togo boxes they use sometimes melted into our food with little black peices of paint all throughout it and the melted opening read more

They had decent wings, but I mostly ordered ribs from this place. The ribs were great for the price: tender and nicely seasoned. The waffle fries were also pretty tasty. read more

Literally so bad. I ordered to go and got completely the wrong food and I hat I was given was also gross and soggy.

lots of flavors and they deliver.

This place is horrible , not up to standards in kitchen , I'm surprised this place is still open . There are rats in the place . Treats employees like shit , the night manager sucks and is egotistical. He doesn't deserve to be a manager if he can't handle pressure it's pathetic , McDonald's is more busier and better maintained than this crap . Seems as though they just get sauce from the grocery store and pour it on the wings . I overheard him talking shit about customers. Doesn't care for employees , employees follow him like minions and copying what he does and treats people like shit . They are not slaves . I 100% do not recommend this and will go to the state with this . read more

The staff isn't very friendly and you can tell they get annoyed easily, however the food if you like wings are good they are smothered in whatever sauce you choose I am a fan of the honey BBQ if you like sweet wings. They have boneless wings as well. They are open very late I went at midnight and they were still pretty busy, I had to wait about ten minutes for my food. Also not much seating. Overall a great night snack if your hungry! read more

This is the place to go if you have people over for a game on Sunday !! Amazing taste and choices !

Wings are good for the tummy. This is a quick place to get about 2lbs of goodness is all I have to say. And the waffle fries are awesome. Yes go here. read more

Great location and a nice stop after a late night at the bars, just make sure you get there early because it can get packed. I go here all the time (probably more often than I should). They have a wide selection of different wing flavors and you can get them either boneless or on the bone. I typically go for boneless because they're just cleaner to eat. You get good amount of food for the price, I usually get their DC-3 and a large order of french fries. The DC-3 is 1/2LB of boneless breast and they come with your choice of bleu cheese or ranch dipping sauce. I've tried most of the flavors they have, they're all good but my top favorite are Red Alert (Buffalo, hotness 3 out of 5) and the Honey Mustard wings. The hotness can vary at the same level so I usually stick with a 3 out of 5, I've never tried anything hotter, but I have tried the weaker ones and they don't have quite the same kick. I'll definitely be back here again soon. read more

Wings Over is good for a relatively cheap wing night. They have tons of flavors and options for their bone in or out wings, and their service is usually quick. They also have other options for food, but I have only tried the wings. The only downfall is the chicken tends to be tough and a little dried out. I've reordered and I am sure I will again, but I do think Wings Over could be a little better. I love the Lowell location though. read more

This place was ghetto as hell and I loved it. When I came in staff was yelling at some drunk guy who was being a problem. Guy at the counter was helpful and patient with telling us about the flavors. Wings were good and tasted great. Took them a little while to get our food out to us. I'll stop back in when I get back up to the area. If it's late and you want wings. I don't see any other option than this place! read more

This place normally has a good reputation from what I hear in terms of quality. Although someone who ordered from here before did not feel well after, I ignored it because that was just one person. Of course I got the same too with this order. I'm not sure if it was the sauce (Golden bbq) or that it was on the bone but it throw me off completely after the first couple of bites. Wouldn't risk it again read more

No too bad. Only problem is that I feel like garbage every time I eat anything from there. Probably isn't a good sign.
