Rather than offering a large selection, the restaurant emphasizes consistency and freshly prepared food. We walked into a clean, well maintained space that was busy but organized, with a steady flow of customers moving through the line and a dining room that stayed comfortable even as it filled up. It is the kind of place to visit when you are craving crispy fried chicken without having to sort through an overwhelming menu. The chicken sandwich was the highlight of our visit. The chicken was hot, juicy, and cooked to order with a crispy coating that stayed crunchy throughout the meal. The toasted bun, crisp lettuce, and Cane's Sauce complemented the chicken without overpowering it, making for a straightforward but satisfying sandwich. The signature Cane's Sauce is what really ties everything together, adding a tangy, peppery flavor that pairs well with both the sandwich and the fries. The sides are simple but solid. The crinkle-cut fries are lightly seasoned, the Texas toast is buttery and soft with a crisp exterior, and the coleslaw provides a refreshing contrast to the fried chicken. While the menu is limited, everything works well together and feels intentionally designed rather than offering unnecessary extras. Service was quick despite the restaurant being busy, and the food arrived fresh from the kitchen. The dining room was clean and well maintained, though this location can become crowded during peak meal hours. Even with the steady flow of customers, the staff kept the line moving efficiently, and the team handled the volume with a practiced rhythm that kept the experience smooth. Overall, Raising Cane's delivers exactly what it promises: fresh chicken, simple sides, and a signature sauce that has become a fan favorite. The chicken sandwich was an excellent choice, and the consistent quality makes it an easy option whenever we are looking for a reliable fast food meal.

They're crispy in the outside, tender and moist inside, and not greasy at all. The fries are great, and the Texas toast and Cole slaw are very tasty too. They have great team too- always glad to help and very friendly. What seals it for me is that they continue to have strong policies and support for diversity, equality, and inclusion in the face of fascist government messaging. I respect this IMMENSELY and would not eat here otherwise.

Oh boy, where do I even start with Wings Over Worcester? Let me tell you, I recently had the privilege of experiencing their "top-notch" customer service, and it was truly a masterclass in time-wasting! I placed in order online and it was 45 mins. I arrived when it was time to pick up my order it was BAD! I walked into the establishment with the expectation of receiving my order in a jiffy, but oh no, they had other plans. I was given the exclusive opportunity to be part of their elite "30-minute Waiting Club"! Congratulations to me, right? But wait, there's more! Not only did I wait half an hour, but they also had the audacity to present my order as a figment of my imagination. It was like a magic trick - poof! No food for you! But hey, they weren't just snubbing me; they were juggling a whopping 20 backlogged orders! I must say, their organizational skills are truly awe-inspiring. Who knew it was possible to mismanage orders on such a grand scale? Bravo, Wings Over Worcester, bravo! read more

On this past Memorial Day weekend, I ordered delivery for the first time at home after many times ordering for work gatherings. Given the budget that I previously had for said gatherings, it seemed like we were getting a good deal for the number of people that were able to get a reasonable mid-afternoon snack. I also remembered the wings tasting pretty good. So I ordered what was supposed to be 1.5 pounds of boneless wings, split into three flavors, and eagerly awaited delivery. Including the tip, the wings cost $27 and there were only 4 pieces of each flavor. If I hadn't been so hungry, I might have thought to weigh the container before I started eating. It seemed a bit expensive considering the amount of food $27 would buy at a good sit-down restaurant. If I ever decide to order again, I'll be ready with my kitchen scale. read more
