I have literally been going to this establishment since before the remodel, I've gone every Friday night. Recently we had a power outage and immediately turned to Wings Over, they seemed absolutely slammed, but when I arrived they were slower than ever getting orders out. My order had been ready but it took them at least another 15 minutes to give it to me. The guy taking the orders over the phone seemed new, so I can understand, but he didn't seem to be completely focused on his work: he was on the phone texting most of the time. We didn't realize that the order of crinkle large french fries was so small for a family size next time we have to order a extra large crinkle french fries. Very disappointed. My girlfriend and I ordered two meals and sat down to wait. After 45 minutes someone finally came over and told us they don't know what's going on with our food. Finally after a total of a hour, our food came out, cold and flavorless. The manager said he would give me credit using the app, for two meals but that never happened either. Prior to the recent remodeling, the wings were reasonably priced, large, and I felt like the value proposition was appropriate. After the remodel, however, the wings actually got smaller (new supplier?), prices increased by 25% on the B1 Bomber ($25 vs $20 for 20 wings). Service is the same, interior is nicer but it is what it is - a wing joint. Better value at Christopher's up the street, and have a bar : ). read more

The variety and amount of wings you can get is great. THe garlic Parmesan sauce on boneless is incredibly good. Sides are ok. Would give more stars but they seem To never be on time. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before! Shame on me... I've been coming here for years and it's been consistently a great place to get wings. I usually order the bone in wings, flats only and they're nice and crispy. Their boneless ones are great too. I know I'm probably like most but you cannot go wrong with ordering the garlic Parmesan wings and #3 buffalo! The restaurant itself is very clean and bright. Based on recent experience, I won't be returning. I'm a very regular customer, spent a lot of cash here (between once a week $10 visits and sporting event takeouts) I'd say I'm around $800 for the year, likely more, but would rather under estimate. Not counting steering the company I work for (when I'm in the office) to use them for takeout orders. Today I arrive and to my dismay, I forgot my wallet! Totally my fault. I go in anyway, hoping they'll let me call back with my CC. Keep in mind I'm a regular, they have my name and know my order by heart (DC-3, Garlic Parm, large side of the Cajun teriyaki sauce). Sadly I was rejected. Cashier, very nice by the way, asked the owner who was in back. No go. I live almost 20 mins away, wasn't going home and back again. I said ok, cancelled my order and left. No Jerry Springer moment. But they also lost a very regular customer. Happy side note, on the way home called my favorite Chinese place in East Longmeadow (not sure if I'm allowed to mention them by name, but near Big Y on Harkness, next to a very good pizza place), told them I was driving by, couldn't pay until I got home, would they mind me placing a order (my other regular location once a week). Response? No Problem! They can lose my order, give me the wrong order, or accidentally burn my food, they've earned goodwill! read more

I'm a huge fan of their Amherst location, and we've gotten boneless wings from this Springfield spot several times. With plenty of parking and easy in/out, the logistics are better here than fighting the crowds in Amherst, and the online ordering makes take-out a snap. As for the wings, I personally prefer the "saucy" rather than "dry" flavor varieties, and am grateful that they specify the difference on their menu. The one that never lets us down is the honey mustard, and I always make sure to get a good amount of those and leave my experimenting in smaller portions. I wish they would come out with a sampler that would give you a couple of every flavor... that would be awesome and would allow for discovering new favorites without over-committing. read more

Please don't eat here. I got wings for the first time since the reopening and have been throwing up since the early morning. The chicken itself was barely seasoned/sauced and there were full chunks of fried breading with no chicken. Before they closed the wings were decent and somewhat hit or miss but now they are disgusting. I would call and complain but the free voucher id probably is useless as I will never eat here again. I've eaten at Wings 4 or 5 times. Obviously I keep going back. I always pick up, never delivered. Thumbs up for their bone-in wings and fries. The last time I ordered the bone-in wings I'd just started a low carb diet. I ordered them without any sauce. They were perfectly cooked golden brown and meaty, which is a good sign of quality IMO. Their ribs are surprisingly good, I figured I'd give them a shot and they exceeded my expectations. Their boneless wings, in my opinion, are a little hit or miss. Most of them are very good but every now and then you get one has a horrible stringy consistency. Not really sure why that is, perhaps they buy lower quality breast meat. Maybe it's just been bad luck. Wings has a wide variety of sauce options including the requisite scorch you twice types. Their menu also has a number combination choices. They also offer beer which is a little atypical of a fast food joint. Speaking of 'fast food' orders can take twenty minutes sometimes as they get very busy. Best wings ever. They have a decent sized eat in area and will serve you at your table even though you have to order at the door. I would recommend pickup only because the wings are best served fresh and with how popular they are, I'm sure they have lots of deliveries. I haven't actually used their delivery service so I can't speak on it too much. They have a good size menu. My favorite is their wings. There are lots of flavors and can accommodate almost any substitutions. Any newcomers should make sure they have some extra time to get food if you're picking up because as I said, they're quite popular. They're crazy busy on Saturdays, which is to be expected. However, whatever time they tell you be sure to add 10 minutes. It's worth the wait! Solid choice for wings, but ONLY for take out. We love the red alert (it's more like a medium spicy), garlic parmesan, and texas mesquite (think BBQ potato chip flavor). You have to eat them hot and fresh too so don't bother with delivery because they'll be room temperature by the time you get them. Which also means technically you could eat them for dine in hot and fresh, but there's something lacking with that. I dunno how to explain it other then it feels forced for a 'dining' experience vs what it originally was, a wing take out spot with a place to sit. Great wings. Large and meaty. Many choices. We got a combo pack that had 15 wings, fries, and a soda for $13.50, GREAT DEAL! They stay open til 3 am Friday & Saturday. Only negative I found, is that if you are eating in the restaurant you now have to order from a waitress instead of at the counter which adds an extra 15-20 percent to the cost which is ridiculous for a quick food establishment like this. There's no ambiance, no alcohol - it's like an old burger king inside. Just like Chinese restaurants that are not sit down with good ambiance, you need to build the delivery price into the business model. Certainly won't be paying that fee, plus driver tip. We ordered online and given a 30 minute pick-up time. We got there and had to wait over an hour. The associates that work there have no since of urgency and the customer service is horrible. We got home and counted our wings and there were 16. Take note online for $25 it states between 20-25 wings. There are alot of other options in the area that you can get 16 wings for less then $25.
