I was really hoping for the best when I saw there was also a wings over in Massachusetts but unfortunately it didn't live up to the wings over name I know from UConn. I'd like to say I gave them a chance by coming two different times but it didn't work. The first time I came to this location the wings were soggy, so any person the next time knowing they were soggy the first would ask them to cook the wings more well done. Well.. problem was not solved they seemed even worse than before. I will not be back to this location unless they attempt to make things better. read more

This place hits the spot when you want some good wings. I've tried most of the sauces and they're all good. Service is decent and prices are good. We'll keep coming as it's only 5 min up the road. read more

I have literally been going to this establishment since before the remodel, I've gone every Friday night. Recently we had a power outage and immediately turned to Wings Over, they seemed absolutely slammed, but when I arrived they were slower than ever getting orders out. My order had been ready but it took them at least another 15 minutes to give it to me. The guy taking the orders over the phone seemed new, so I can understand, but he didn't seem to be completely focused on his work: he was on the phone texting most of the time. When I had gotten home, of course, the wings were amazing as always. I order from here all the time and that will never change, everybody has their off days. read more

The wings were delicious we ordered honey mustard, garlic Parmesan, honey bbq and sweet chili. We didn't realize that the order of crinkle large french fries was so small for a family size next time we have to order a extra large crinkle french fries. Other stores & restaurants are taking cash with safety precautions and we noticed Wings over Springfield is not. It makes it difficult on other people that rather pay cash instead of with a credit card. read more

Unfortunately I currently ordered from there and I was very disappointed with the outcome the bone in wings were dry and hard I ordered my food and it was done five minutes later which was a little concerning brought them home and was upset I work a lot and don't have time to go back and forth when come to an issue couldn't eat them spent almost fifty dollars and couldn't even eat them read more

I went in there for a regular size waffle fries. And omg..they took at least 15 to 20 minutes waiting..luvvv there food but...omg..faster service is needed need to hire more help for the cooking of the food.. read more

Wings over springfield has been my husband and i favorite place to get wings. But since he past away 4 months ago I haven't been back. We always got the honey bbq and the garlic parmesan wings. Cant wait for them to reopen so i can keep our love for their wings thru me. read more

Always delicious. Best wings I've ever had. The customer service is always excellent.

This place has great clean friendly services.Wings & fries are Always served fresh And I would deffently recommend this place to any one who enojoys some tasty wings read more

Very disappointed. My girlfriend and I ordered two meals and sat down to wait. After 45 minutes someone finally came over and told us they don't know what's going on with our food. Finally after a total of a hour, our food came out, cold and flavorless. The manager said he would give me credit using the app, for two meals but that never happened either. I even left a voice message about it and I received no response. I can't believe how downhill this place has gone. read more

This place is by far the worst Wings Over franchise, waited over an hour for my food to be delivered and when I call they tell me my order was put down as a pick up order. Then they tell me they can remake my food but won't be delivered for another 30-45 minutes. This will be my last time ordering from this place. read more

So I haven't been here very long time driving by thought I would stop and and to my surprise they have completely renovated the place it is actually super super clean now it is no longer ghetto and the wings are still on point absolutely fantastic I'm giving them four stars and would highly recommend everyone stop by the new and improved wings over Springfield read more

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before! Shame on me... I've been coming here for years and it's been consistently a great place to get wings. I usually order the bone in wings, flats only and they're nice and crispy. Their boneless ones are great too. I know I'm probably like most but you cannot go wrong with ordering the garlic Parmesan wings and #3 buffalo! The restaurant itself is very clean and bright. The prices are good and they're very quick with the orders. The staff is also very courteous. read more

Based on recent experience, I won't be returning. I'm a very regular customer, spent a lot of cash here (between once a week $10 visits and sporting event takeouts) I'd say I'm around $800 for the year, likely more, but would rather under estimate. Not counting steering the company I work for (when I'm in the office) to use them for takeout orders. Today I arrive and to my dismay, I forgot my wallet! Totally my fault. I go in anyway, hoping they'll let me call back with my CC. Keep in mind I'm a regular, they have my name and know my order by heart (DC-3, Garlic Parm, large side of the Cajun teriyaki sauce). Sadly I was rejected. Cashier, very nice by the way, asked the owner who was in back. No go. I live almost 20 mins away, wasn't going home and back again. I said ok, cancelled my order and left. No Jerry Springer moment. But they also lost a very regular customer. Happy side note, on the way home called my favorite Chinese place in East Longmeadow (not sure if I'm allowed to mention them by name, but near Big Y on Harkness, next to a very good pizza place), told them I was driving by, couldn't pay until I got home, would they mind me placing a order (my other regular location once a week). Response? No Problem! They can lose my order, give me the wrong order, or accidentally burn my food, they've earned goodwill! read more

Prior to the recent remodeling, the wings were reasonably priced, large, and I felt like the value proposition was appropriate. After the remodel, however, the wings actually got smaller (new supplier?), prices increased by 25% on the B1 Bomber ($25 vs $20 for 20 wings). Service is the same, interior is nicer but it is what it is - a wing joint. Better value at Christopher's up the street, and have a bar : ). read more

Untrained staff, extra charge for celery, carrot, blue cheese AND ranch - each- nothing but chicken when you order chicken. Charged full soda price for water. Wimpy plastic ware not up to the weight of the chicken. Manager hides in the back room and sends staff to answer concerns. Half full dining room and incomplete or inaccurate orders at every occupied table. read more

I'm a huge fan of their Amherst location, and we've gotten boneless wings from this Springfield spot several times. With plenty of parking and easy in/out, the logistics are better here than fighting the crowds in Amherst, and the online ordering makes take-out a snap. As for the wings, I personally prefer the "saucy" rather than "dry" flavor varieties, and am grateful that they specify the difference on their menu. The one that never lets us down is the honey mustard, and I always make sure to get a good amount of those and leave my experimenting in smaller portions. I wish they would come out with a sampler that would give you a couple of every flavor... that would be awesome and would allow for discovering new favorites without over-committing. read more

I've eaten at Wings 4 or 5 times. Obviously I keep going back. I always pick up, never delivered. Thumbs up for their bone-in wings and fries. The last time I ordered the bone-in wings I'd just started a low carb diet. I ordered them without any sauce. They were perfectly cooked golden brown and meaty, which is a good sign of quality IMO. Their ribs are surprisingly good, I figured I'd give them a shot and they exceeded my expectations. Their boneless wings, in my opinion, are a little hit or miss. Most of them are very good but every now and then you get one has a horrible stringy consistency. Not really sure why that is, perhaps they buy lower quality breast meat. Maybe it's just been bad luck. Wings has a wide variety of sauce options including the requisite scorch you twice types. Their menu also has a number combination choices. They also offer beer which is a little atypical of a fast food joint. Speaking of 'fast food' orders can take twenty minutes sometimes as they get very busy. Take my advice and call in your order ahead of time, you'll be glad you did. read more

Best wings ever. They have a decent sized eat in area and will serve you at your table even though you have to order at the door. I would recommend pickup only because the wings are best served fresh and with how popular they are, I'm sure they have lots of deliveries. I haven't actually used their delivery service so I can't speak on it too much. They have a good size menu. My favorite is their wings. There are lots of flavors and can accommodate almost any substitutions. Any newcomers should make sure they have some extra time to get food if you're picking up because as I said, they're quite popular. They're crazy busy on Saturdays, which is to be expected. However, whatever time they tell you be sure to add 10 minutes. It's worth the wait! Overall, they're very courteous and consistent in the orders and if they do make a mistake or extend your wait too much, they'll usually compensate you with a credit or a free soda. read more

The variety and amount of wings you can get is great. THe garlic Parmesan sauce on boneless is incredibly good. Sides are ok. Would give more stars but they seem To never be on time. They give a time and it can take 10-20 minutes longer than their estimate. Otherwise for games /parties/etc it's a good place to order from. Just plan ahead. read more

Almost choked on my boneless chicken! Terrible! Worst thing I have had ever! Does anyone there check for these huge bones that are left????? read more

Wings Over Springfield - Almost just choked on my boneless chicken wings!!! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Springfield, Massachusetts

Great wings. Large and meaty. Many choices. We got a combo pack that had 15 wings, fries, and a soda for $13.50, GREAT DEAL! They stay open til 3 am Friday & Saturday. Only negative I found, is that if you are eating in the restaurant you now have to order from a waitress instead of at the counter which adds an extra 15-20 percent to the cost which is ridiculous for a quick food establishment like this. That being said the waitress was very polite and efficient. 4 big screens situated all around the dining area. Very clean atmosphere. Overall highly recommended! read more

I am totally addicted to their garlic Parmesan wings. Incredibly delicious. However, I have had many issues, from tiny wings to absurdly incorrect orders. The prices are high, which wouldn't bother me nearly as much if the orders were correct. Contacting the website got me nowhere. I was not expecting greatness and that is exactly what I got. I have never had a problem with delivery. I expected more from the website, and the courtesy of a reply would have been the least of it. read more

Really good wings!!!! Not giving a perfect rating because things were a little scattered with service and availability of items...... but everyone was happy and helpful and definitely good wings! read more

Best local wing place. I get delivery a lot, usually a wrap and fries. It's totally worth the price. Although I love delivery, they have redone the place inside and it looks much better than it did before. Plus the food is much hotter/fresher when you go inside rather than delivery but that's a no brainer since they have to drive it to you. Wings Over Springfield and I are married and we don't plan on getting divorced anytime soon... read more

Wings Over Springfield - Red Alert Boneless Wings...could eat these all day every day...wait I already do. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Springfield, Massachusetts

Great wings in lots of flavors and nice fries etc. as sides. The delivery is quick and convenient. Great for quick food for a large group. They are open very late especially on weekends which is wonderful for a late night craving. Sometimes it is hard to use their website to get it to work for an order and calling them can leave you put on hold for a long time or without an answer which is frustrating. read more

Chicken wings were very delicious. I must say this is a great restaurant to visit with are passing through for work or play. I must go to

This place has very good wings with many different dry and wet sauce options. Pretty decent portions for the price you definitely won't leave hungry or disappointed. I'll definitely be back to try other flavors and the bone in as I've only tried the boneless tenders. read more

Please don't eat here. I got wings for the first time since the reopening and have been throwing up since the early morning. The chicken itself was barely seasoned/sauced and there were full chunks of fried breading with no chicken. Before they closed the wings were decent and somewhat hit or miss but now they are disgusting. I would call and complain but the free voucher id probably is useless as I will never eat here again. Tl;dr: if you want food poisoning then eat here read more

Solid choice for wings, but ONLY for take out. We love the red alert (it's more like a medium spicy), garlic parmesan, and texas mesquite (think BBQ potato chip flavor). You have to eat them hot and fresh too so don't bother with delivery because they'll be room temperature by the time you get them. Which also means technically you could eat them for dine in hot and fresh, but there's something lacking with that. I dunno how to explain it other then it feels forced for a 'dining' experience vs what it originally was, a wing take out spot with a place to sit. Give 'em a shot though, it is pretty darn good. read more

Good place to eat will go over and over again so plz visit this great place n there food and the staff are will train for sure.

it was sooo good but the only problem was the fries and wings were soggy. i think the fries were our fault but not sure about the wings. i got the chicken bacon ranch wrap and it was so good, the chicken was crispy and the sauce was really good. i will be going there again but if you want crispy wings and you're getting takeout i would ask them to be triple fried read more

I just love there honey bbq wings. They are so yummy. They serve crinkle fries and honestly, I think the fries from here suck. Delivery takes forever. Your better off picking up. read more

Second time in a row I order food for pickup, come 10-15 min AFTER they said the food would be ready, and still end up waiting another 15 min to get my food. The wings were tiny, there was almost no seasoning on my dry rub wings, AND on top of that there was a bone in my boneless wings! Very disappointing read more

I SWEAR TO GOD IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD'VE. Do not eat this abomination. I Ordered a B-17 which is 60 wings and fries. Thats 50$. It was horrible we ate probably 15 wings and threw the whole foil pan in the trash!!! Soggy ass trash wings. I used to deliver the chicken to pretty much all wingz over on the east coast. Heed my warnings and dont eat this shit. Im on the can as i type this at 6:37 am awoken out off my sleep!!!!! Molten lava..... yea imagine how that feels. My rectum wasnt built for this. If you are in the springfield area you need to stop by this place ! even their sandwiches are great !!!

Upgrading this review to reflect the new delivery charge. Have ordered from Wings Over franchises for 20 years and never a delivery charge! There's no ambiance, no alcohol - it's like an old burger king inside. Just like Chinese restaurants that are not sit down with good ambiance, you need to build the delivery price into the business model. Certainly won't be paying that fee, plus driver tip. Will just get pizza or Chinese. read more

This service is terrible i make a order online at 10:03 and didn't received it until 12:54 am i call the store more then 10 times never have a answer this is the 3 rd time happen in to me they are really bad when it comes to customer services and delivery wise bad bad read more

Not sure why they can't deliver to a Springfield location 4 miles away from them but okay. Wings are great. They have waffle fries!

We ordered online and given a 30 minute pick-up time. We got there and had to wait over an hour. The associates that work there have no since of urgency and the customer service is horrible. We got home and counted our wings and there were 16. Take note online for $25 it states between 20-25 wings. There are alot of other options in the area that you can get 16 wings for less then $25. Avoid Wings Over Springfield Mass. read more
