We came here right before a huge rainstorm and the clouds were threatening. Inside, we found safety and delicious chicken. This place (the whole chain in fact) must be doing something right. I counted at least 15 employees either working or on break and every one was dressed in the appropriate uniform, working efficiently (or on their lunch break) and in a wonderful mood. My wife and I ordered separately but we had our food delivered to our table in less than 2 minutes. Everything was correct, hot, and tasty. Even the staff that were stuck running take-out orders in the rain to the parked cars were in good spirits. Why is it that every other fast food chain manages to hire workers who are either apathetic or unfriendly? I am sick and tired of walking into other places and having staff screw up my order; pay more attention to their phone than me; ignore dirty tables, dining rooms and counters; or use foul language when there are customers around. Why can't the world be filled with more Chil-fil-A restaurants! read more

Sorry forgot picks but every time we eat there it's super good food! Service is kind professional with a smile! Ambience busy as always at the Chicopee location. read more

Don't even bother applying here or the one opening in West Springfield. The recruiter was incredibly rude, mind you, it was an interview over the phone and he was rushing through the questions and of course hit me with the classing line "I'll be interviewing other candidates" like okay thanks for wasting my time. read more

Idk how they do what they do so well, but they do. By far, the best fast food experience anywhere. Other fast food chains don't even come close. The friendly and helpful staff, quality of food, and speed of service are all levels above. read more

Must have just been an off day as we have been to this chick fil a location many times over the years but have to admit we only go when we are in the area. Ordered two drinks for our ride home and was annoyed that we could not get a large cup of ice as there was NO ice in my cup. Mind you I ordered a large drink and asked for extra ice. Ordered Sunjoy tea that initially spilled out from the bottom on counter due to a hole in bottom of cup. Wait staff gave me a new drink but was all ice tea. No lemonade and tea was hot so no ice either. Nothing worse than warm unsweetened tea. The other drink was straight lemonade which I was told was good. Big disappointment though. Will still go back as food is usually very good just taken back by lack of service. read more

I did the obligatory online app order for a simple salad, side nuggets and lemonade tonight for dinner. I showed at the restaurant and clicked "here" and went inside to collect my order. I then stood at the pickup area 20 MINUTES! Not once did anyone ask if I needed help. Not once was I even acknowledged by the manager or other staff that walked past me a dozen times. Most of the staff walked around in circles doing nothing while I waited, including red shirts and other managers. For service this is the worst chick fil a I've been to this far. And the manners and eagerness to serve that you are at other stores, not here. read more

I don't eat chicken, but I love the waffle fries and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese is always good at all the Chick fil A's that I've come too. This restaurant is really clean and the employees are really nice. My son and I had take out. He ordered a chicken sandwich combo and I ordered Mac and cheese and the waffle fries. I have to eat the chick fil a sauce with my fries. The food was hot and fresh. My son had a frosted lemonade for his drink and I had a coke. The place was packed too and this is the normal for this location and others. If I had to do it all over again, I would get the same order. My son and I were pleased with our food. read more

Awesome! An ideal pit-stop. They're instituting safety measures, and are super friendly throughout the whole take-out process. Loved the chicken strips and waffle fries that I got, dipped in ketchup and their signature sauce (which is a little mustardy and tangy). Washed it down with the requisite lemonade. read more

I love this place! Christian, don't work on Sunday (which is sometimes sad) and no woke bs pushed down my throat! Ordered a big menu to go and even though there were a lot of teens working there, our food was delicious, got it in reasonable time because of the amount of customers and the whole order was completed with no items missing or done poorly. Even got extra sauces. Chicken sandwich was juicy, hot and delicious! I recommend the Cob Salad with Avocado Lime Dressing, the Cool Wrap is good! Ask for extra Avocado Lime Dressing. The grilled nuggets are always the best! Don't forget the best drink too! The Peach Milkshake read more

Stopped by here for take-out on our way home to Philly from Lake Placid. Ordered ahead on the app and my food was ready within 15 mins of placing the order. Went into the restaurant to pick up the meal and the process was super easy and quick! Food was still warm in the bag. Lemonade tasted delicious. Waffle fries were not overly salted! read more

This particular Chick fil a is a great location. It had a children's play place and plenty of outdoor seating. Chick fil a is general is probably my favorite fast food stop. We don't really have any near buffalo so if we see one out of town we make a point to stop. Love the chick nugs read more

Yes it's true I had my order delivered but nevertheless this is worth it. I had a grilled chicken and a chicken breast and their version of fries and all cases had BBQ sauce and food was great, order done correctly and it worked out (yes you will see photos). Yes they only are open Monday through Saturday and Sunday closed but the feel I have "so what." read more

One of my favorite fast food restaurants. I have never been unhappy with the food served here. Everything is always served fresh and with a smile. One of the best fast food restaurants on memorial drive they always seem to get your order right unlike most fast food places in Chicopee

Had the grill chicken sandwich, my kids had chicken nuggets and fries, it was good, and tasty

As advertised. Food is always good here. I was in the area fir business and the family had me bring food back. They were willing to wait the 90 minutes and heat up the food when I got home. They had two drive through lines with at least 8 cars in each. I ordered in for take out. It was quick. I was in and out in 10 minutes. There is only a chick-fil-a in the Albany airport that's close to us. We went to that one and will never make that mistake again. read more

Excellent service! Despite it being crazy busy at the drive thru, pick up, and dine-in, service was quick and all the staff were cheerful and friendly. I know courtesy is kinda Chick-fil-a's "thing" but I was still impressed by the atmosphere. Thank you especially to Hannah who served us! She was lovely (: read more

Clean. Organized. Quick. Efficient. Just your run of the mill Chick-fil-A where the service is fast, the employees work hard, and the place is clean. Nothing to complain from my end. They accidentally gave my friend the wrong sandwich and gave him another free one with no hesitation. read more

Chick-fil-A restaurants are known for always being a step above all other fast food rivals when it comes to certain attributes. The employees are always in a good mood, or happy to serve the often rabid lunch rush. The waffle fries and milkshakes stack up to any other options on the market, and honestly the same can be said for their chicken sandwiches. Even the wait times have been reduced and optimized, especially in the last 2-3 years. This location in particular, however, was one of the best I've ever seen. A few friends and I stopped in for a quick bite, and it was immediately clear that this crew was a well-oiled machine. There must have been 16 people behind the counter working like clockwork to serve up the hungry customer base. We spent maybe 7 minutes inside the restaurant, from waiting to order, placing our order, and picking up our food. I was thoroughly impressed. And the food itself was also of the highest quality - what I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A. I wish I was able to have waffle fries more often. If I ever passed through town again and I was in the mood for chicken, I'd come here immediately. read more

Delicious!! The service is always great and the food always smacks! The Mac & Cheese is my favorite!!

I've been here multiple times. Over the summer I got a cup of ice and it melted, leaving a ring of dirt in the bottom. It grossed me out. I figured we would try again but not get drinks. HUGE MISTAKE! There was a fly in my baby's fruit cup. He ate a few pieces before I found it. I originally gave 2 stars because usually the food is okay and thought maybe being swamped due to covid has led to them not keeping up as well as they should. But bugs in the food is absolutely unacceptable. Also as I was in the drive thru the girl packaging up the food was on her phone wearing gloves. She did not change them or wash her hands between touching her pockets and phone multiple times and touching people's food. Since she wasn't behind the line I was ignorantly hoping she didn't actually touch food just the containers. Either way, gross. read more

After a short drive through the boondocks, I arrived at this wonderful institution. Micah, a relatively young cashier, greeted me with a smile and helped me through the process of using a complex coupon. Everything was accurate and quickly served. If I were just rating their chicken sandwich I would give them five stars. But I detest their politics so much that I will seek out an alternative if possible. It's too bad because their chicken sandwich is seriously good. They lose two stars for their lack of empathy and fairness. read more

Ohhh Chick-fil-A... how is it that I hath not tried ye until today?? Lol We ordered the nuggets & Mac & cheese thru drive-through & even though a little disappointed that they forgot the sauces, given the unbelievable amount of people they were serving, completely understandable. I've ordered for my sons in the past & they are ALWAYS polite & kind , as was the case today. We also could not believe that given the line had to be roughly 40 cars in line ( wrapped around Aldi's parking lot) they were quick ,efficient & friendly... 5 stars Chick-Fil-A! :)) read more

One of the best Chick-fil-a's I have ever experienced and I have tried several across the country. We stopped on the way back from a NY trip to Rhode Island. It was extremely busy for lunch but the friendly and efficient staff took care of the long line quickly. From the owner to the dining room staff everyone was putting in a team effort to ensure quality of the service and food were exceptional. I had the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and it was served piping hot and delicious. The dining room staff took care of drink refills., condiment requests, cleaned, and even dropped mints on tables. This location is so hit or miss and it's super frustrating. One time I'll go there and get great service and my order is right on. The next time I'll go, the service is meh and my order ends up being totally wrong. The last time I went my order was right. The chicken I got was a little tough but whatever, it happens. The time before, I ordered on the app. I got nuggets with waffle fries, and asked for buffalo and ranch sauce, and a small salad container on side (put both sauces with nuggets in the salad container and shake like hell, trust me it's yummy). I went through drive thru, and the girl on the order taking thing seemed thoroughly inconvenienced (it wasn't even during a rush) and then once I got back to work to eat my order, no buffalo, no ranch, no container. I got chickfila sauce instead. Super disappointed. I don't mind paying extra but just tell me there's an upcharge instead of leaving everything out or subbing in other random stuff. I always cringe going here because it's literally a crapshoot about whether I'll get good service or bad. Some of those employees are so great, and some of them just don't care. :/ read more

When this Chick-Fil-A first opened I drove up from Wallingford, CT in the pouring rain with a friend and when we got there 2 gentleman with umbrellas walked us inside.....the single best act of customer service I have ever experienced. Since that day many years ago I moved to Buffalo and haven't really been back since, until Monday! I was passing through on my way back home and decided to take a brief detour to get some of this delicious Chick-Fil-A! The place was packed but the line went super fast. I ended up ordering way more food then I should have, but I ordered the large waffle fries, spicy chicken deluxe, and got a vanilla milkshake on the side. Like every other Chick-Fil-A experience I have had, all the food was hot, fresh, and super delicious. If you are in the Chicopee area, you need to come here for some lunch pronto! read more
