When I called to check on it, I was told the delivery service they use had my order stolen. The frustrating part is that nobody contacted me to let me know. If I had not called, I would have just been waiting with no update. They offered to remake the order, but said it would take another hour. At that point, I had already waited almost an hour and still had no food. I understand things can happen with delivery, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. Customers should be notified right away when there is a problem with their order.

The steak n' cheese grinder (~$12) was just that, steak and cheese. I would've expected onions, lettuce, and peppers, which would've made it much better. The toilet seat itself had poop on it. Not just that it wasn't flushed, I'm talking about the actual seat. Considering we were one of only two groups there, this should have been taken care of quickly. Pricing was on the higher side, which is why I expected a better overall experience.
