A hidden gem. We tried this Restaurant 3 times and all 3 times EXCELLENT! We both tried the spaghetti and meatballs dinner that came with a very fresh salad and garlic knot. The meal had seven meatballs, the sauce delicious! Big enough for 3 people. Only $11.00 for entire meal. I called ahead to see if we could order and eat in. The owner said of course. Generally the food is pretty good. I had an ordered delivered though and it was missing an item. The owner said he can't help me. I understand I may not be directly his fault, but he's responsible for the reputation of his restaurant. So I gave my meal to the person missing theirs and ate nothing. I will never order from there again because of how unhelpful and rude the owner is. So take your chances if you get all your food, it's not bad if you don't, you'll just starve and that's fine but the guy who runs the place. read more

Stumbled across this restaurant this afternoon while checking out the plaza, since moving my offices down this way. ALL of the staff were SUPER friendly. We had some wings, that were solid (They're fried, and then sauced.) and a salad (Garden with added tuna) and some curly fries. They brought us out a pitcher of tap water and two cups, and then brought us 3 garlic knots (Probably because they saw me going ooo over them. It's oddly not really a thing at most of the local places around here.) The portions were HUGE. We had lots of leftovers. The salad came with an entire toasted pita bread, what had to be about two cans worth of tuna, and was all really fresh. I had 3 wings left over. (The minimum order is 12.) They're close, fresh, friendly, and they deliver. I think I found my new spot for food while stuck in the office! read more

Kudos to this local business where both the food and the service are great! Millie's Kitchen is a hidden gem on the North Side, a nondescript Deli & Pizzeria tucked away in Hampden Ponds Plaza on North Road. As a senior citizen with a chronic health condition, during the coronavirus pandemic I relied on delivery services for food and groceries to be safe. I've frequently had food delivered from various local establishments with varying degrees of satisfaction. But Millie's Kitchen became my go-to restaurant for deliveries. Every single thing I've ordered from them has been fresh and wonderful, from grinders to salads to Italian meals. Their ziti with marinara sauce, meatballs and mozzarella is to die for. And the portions are more than generous; I get two meals out of one order. Delivery is fast. I'm writing this as I'm waiting for another delicious meal to be delivered from Millie's. read more

Simply put the service is terrible. Waiting over 45 minutes longer I was told. They also charge service fees even when paying in cash. Tons of other places in the area that the food and service is better. I'd honestly say to avoid this place unless you plan on being frustrated. read more

Millie's is located in the Hampton Ponds Plaza. It's tough to get out of the plaza and head towards 10 and 202 but they are worth your time and business. The food is fresh and the portions are generous. The prices are reasonable too. They care about their customers and go out of their way to provide a great dining experience. If you live nearby, take advantage of their free delivery. I can't recommend them enough. Give Millie's a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

Ordered for birthday party at Roots Aquatic center. They deliver there for free. The pizza is super delicious. We got cheese and combination. Combination is what I like the most. The only thing a women who receives calls is very rude. I've called to confirm that the driver is coming, because he was late for 10 minutes and she said: why do you call If he's only 5 minutes late and hang up on me. They have to change the lady but otherwise everything is good. read more

Just found this place sitting in the far corner of the plaza. Small, cozy, clean and quiet. We got a pastrami reuben and split it and it was really good. Reading though the menu some of the pizzas sound really amazing and we'll be back to try a few of those bad boys soon. Seems like a family running it and they were all pleasant and cordial. read more

Had the patty melt and to my surprise it was just plain gross. The lure of the patty melt is the oozy quality of the cheese and caramelized onion all grilled together to perfection. This was a tiny over cooked and wilted burger on stale marble rye bread that even greasy grilling didn't help. Had the same issue with a sausage grinder (stale) in the past. My advice, stick to the pizza! read more

I've lived in Westfield for the last year and have been trying to find a good pizza place, there certainly is no shortage of them around here. How ever I tried 12 pizza shops and they all fell short. Millie's how ever hit every note perfectly. They make their own sauce from scratch along with their dough and it's all hand tossed. Love this place, can order online and they deliver to Easthampton. Ordered four times and the food is excellent. They make the best Cajun fries. Their pizza is a thinner crust and really good and the grinders we got were awesome. Food was always hot. It's a definite must try. read more
